Please disregard this email. I sent it to your dealership by mistake. However I did purchase a vehicle from your dealership but By paying cash I would have expected to not have waited 4 hours to receive the vehicle. And furthermore the salesman ignored us as soon as the deal was made. Overall experience could have been much better.

You are not too concerned, Dan. I have not received a phone from you and I have made several attempts to reach out to you with no return phone call. I have also continued to call service and I get (when someone actually answers) “let me look into it and I or someone will call you back” I have heard nothing back from anyone. It’s been 5 months and I am stuck with a vehicle I would have never purchased if I would’ve known the seat was never going to be replaced and if I would’ve known your dealership was this horrible. I was lied to AND sold a CPO car that I had to pay to replace the windshield wipers, have it aligned, breaks checked, detailed (all things that should have been done prior to being put out on the lot) and nothing being done that’s on the Due Bill.
