I would only recommend Texas Auto Brokers to acquaintances with very bad credit, like myself. I bought here on referral because my credit is severely compromised. They claimed to pay a referrer's fee, but never credited the people that referred me. Finally, I'm nitified 6mos after I bought the vehicle that they have "some relay switch" that came in a long time ago and I need to call back on Monday to set an appt for a Tues or Thurs between 9am and 3pm to have it put on- at the location that's 40 miles from me. And no loaner car is offered. Talk about sloppy (the delay, and Jeanee's lack if knowledge or willingness to find out what the part does) and sub-standard service (immensely inconvenient to rectify THEIR oversight). I was pleased with the purchased and feel it went very smoothly. They did work with me on the price of the vehicle and I know it is a 2nd chance financing lot, The only issue was I just cant get financed smoothly. Bout my car here earlier this year. I was happy thay theu financed me. I pay my bill on time every 2 wks so I have no trouble with them.
