I bought a new Lincoln aviator and one of the speakers was messed up. I got the run around for quite a while but they finally fixed it. I made an appt. for it's first service and to get my recall fixed. Y was messed up. I got the run around for quite a while but they finally fixed it. I made an appt. for it's first service and to get my recall fixed. Your supposed to get a Lincoln to drive when you have your Lincoln serviced. I wasn't offered anything to drive and they didn't fix my recall. They acted like they didn't know about it but when the the girl looked in my paperwork they had an additional recall listed. I had a a 2017 Lincoln MKX with 60000 miles on it that I traded for the new aviator. I wasn't treated very well then either. I insisted on a loaner and they gave me a worn out compact car. I thought I was treated that way because my Lincoln wasn't new. I have the new one now but the service isn't any better. They act as though they are doing you a huge favor just waiting on you. I guess they have enough business to treat people however they want! More
I have a 2017 F250 with the 6.7L diesel. About 6 weeks ago the turbo failed. It took Wilmes Ford over a week to repair it. Shortly after I picked it up the 'check engine light' came on again. I took it back to Wilmes and was told they had no one to work on diesel trucks. It took over two weeks to get the truck back in for service at Wilmes and another ten days to get my truck back. I left the dealership and again the 'check engine light' came on. This time I was told the EGR valve had failed. But, again, they couldn't fix it. A week later a new technician was hired and I was told my truck would be repaired as soon as he got situated. The new tech started a week ago. Still nothing from the service manager re: getting my truck in for repair. This is the third time I've had this truck in for the same issue. This dealership has the worst service department I've seen in almost 40 years of buying Ford trucks. More

I took my 2020 Fusion (5,700 miles) in for maintenance because the shifter dial is very difficult to turn. (My wife can't turn it; I can barely turn it. We have to turn it all the way to drive before turn because the shifter dial is very difficult to turn. (My wife can't turn it; I can barely turn it. We have to turn it all the way to drive before turning it back to reverse, or it will keep on going back to park on its own. ) The dealer said it wasn't covered under warranty because of the debris There was a little dust - the car was pretty darned clean, and if that causes a malfunction, there is a defect. Their tech didn't even take it apart to check - he just looked at the outside. They gave the impression they didn't want to work on it because we bought it elsewhere. (When we called, they wouldn't give us an appointment after we said we hadn't bought it there, and they said to just drop it off next week. When we dropped it off, they seemed annoyed we didn't have an appointment (again, after they asked if we bought it there.) They let it sit for the better part of two days, no phone call. We finally called for status and they told us it wasn't covered. I took may car to another dealer and they fixed it under warranty with no issues. It took them less than 24 hours to diagnose, get the part, and replace the part, with text messages at each step. I had them send photos of the removed part - no sign of any debris. I asked the tech if there was any possibility it was cause by debris, and he answered there was no debris. If you didn't buy your car at Wilmes (Altus AFB is right there - if you PCS'd in and own a Ford) take it elsewhere. If you did buy it there, I still wouldn't trust them. More
