I know some of you might look at all the other 5 star ratings and think this was probably just a bunch of paid shills or AI bots but I ASSURE you, all those reviews are genuine. Chris cares about the customer first and will give you the best deal possible. I flew 2500 miles to buy a car from him thinking the car I wanted was too good to be true…well, it wasn’t and every bit as good as Chris told me over the phone. Even allowed me to do a PPI, no qualms, and the inspecting party thought it was a great deal. Chris and Washington Street Motors are the real deal.

When I arrived at the counter, the woman working there saw me but didn't ask how she could help or even say good morning—and the same went for the staff processing payments. However, a little later, Tim Inslip arrived and assisted me with such kindness and professionalism. Tim is definitely one of the best employees this company has; if you go there, try to get Tim to help you.......you will not be desappointed
