We recently purchased a new XC-60. our salesperson, Peter Dudas was excellent to say the least. We've owned plenty of vehicles over the years and this was by far the most enjoyable experience. I had an issue with my Volvo when visiting PA. I live in TX. They could not have been more accommodating. Lisa in Service was very nice, keeping me posted as to when they might get to my car. I figured I'd be there all day, but my car's issue was diagnosed, handled and I was on my way home by noon. My 4th Volvo and I've previously had service in NJ, PA, TX, and GA. But to get "walk-in" service and be handled promptly is a real treat. Thanks to Lisa & Ken Pollock Volvo.
