My partner and I have been looking for a second vehicle for a long time, but sporadically. It wasn’t an emergency so we did a lot of research and narrowed down our search to a few vehicles we were interested in. We were essentially looking for what anyone else is-the best mix of features, style, condition/mileage, warranty, price, and also experience.We decided we’d like an Atlas or Atlas Cross Sport. After spending far too much wasted time and energy at the VW downtown Chicago, we weren’t giving up on an Atlas overall but we were completely over the whole experience buying and took a break. (Yes, it was that bad.) Without going on about our negative experiences, we can easily say our experience at this VW location was phenomenal. We had the cars we requested waiting for us before we arrived. Matt the manager was awesome and Ray our salesman was warm, funny, and a joy to be around. He was also super patient and kind to us while we were considering a few options and then essentially flipped the budget and our needs. Every employee here was friendly and respectful. I really carefully consider my options for big purchases but when I know something is right, it’s right- everything about our vehicle purchasing experience felt *right*. Although there were some minor issues due to communication problems, after communicating with the sales team and their management, they proactively helped me resolve the issues. They are not the kind of dealership that once you complete the transaction, they are no longer responsible. They are very responsible, transparent about the condition of the car, reasonable in pricing, and efficient. If I need to replace my car next time, I will still choose them

I went to several dealers looking for a car before I ended up at Berwyn Kia. I walked in and thought "here we go again" because of the bad experiences I had at other dealers - appointments not kept, cars "not there" or "not ready to be sold" and they try a bait and switch, thousands of dollars of additional add ons to the advertised price, etc. That all changed when they introduced me to Mr. Brown. He was a straight shooter - he saw that I was serious and he treated me like an adult. I was in there at 5pm, he showed me the car I wanted to see, got me a fair value for my trade in, and I was out of there by 8pm with my certified pre-owned KIA. Plus, Jim is a really cool guy. He bent over backwards to make sure the sale worked and the car was acceptable. Thanks Jim - I'll be recommending you in the future!

The sales rep Joey was laid back, no pressure, and going forward I’ll only buy cars and send all my friends and family to Haus of Imports to see Joey! I had outside financing already arranged with a check in hand and they explained they have a bunch of banks they work with so I gave them an opportunity and they beat the rate I was able to obtain!
