I went here to buy a 2011 Ram. I told them upfront to give me their best price, no back and forth, no negotiating. They did just the opposite. Used the old tactics of back and forth between sales managers, stalling, removing options to hit a price, offered less rebates than what was available at other dealers, and kept me there 3 hours through all the B.S. I called Meador the next day, got a rock solid and better price with more rebates, and all the options I wanted in under an hour! Alan Samuels told me at 9am they couldn't do a better price than what was offered me unless I wanted to remove some options. I called at 2pm and told them I was buying at a better price with all my options from another dealer. Then at 5pm they called and said we'll meet the other dealer's price....I said sorry, I was heading to buy my truck from Meador. They had the nerve to tell me to turnaround and buy their truck after all their lies and BS. Stay away from Alan Samuels.
