This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had in my life. The dealership is rundown and smells bad, and the salesmen are worse. Dishonest, deceitful, arrogant. They still use sales tricks from 1980 and expect that their customers are too dumb to notice. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE! I bought my 2013 Enclave over two weeks ago from there and i'm still livid over my experience. The only reason I bought the car was because the price was right and we needed one quickly. If I could go back in time I would have walked away.

Deceived on the performance of a 2014 Durango V6 by Jerry Chenausky. We went back to trade up to the Hemi V8 Jerry refused to communicate with us and Terry mgr refused to make a fair deal. We traded elsewhere and got a fair deal. Many delivery issues also!!!

This is a disorganized & dishonest dealership with poor communication strategies. I really wish I could give them 1 1/2 stars because the car I purchased is fantastic. So they deserve at least a 1/2 star for that. I might love the car, but I hate the dealership. At first they were super accommodating to my rushed schedule, they got me the car at the price I wanted to accommodate the payment I wanted. Signed paperwork the next day and drove off happy with my new car. 2 weeks later I get a call that they didn't get all the paperwork done correctly and to come back in. I asked if anything changed and they said it was all the same they just had to switch banks. My fault for not checking the new paperwork before signing it, but I trusted them all when they said nothing changed. I've received my first bill and it seems the interest rate jumped 4.5% and the payment jumped $50. Take the time to drive an extra 20 or 30 miles to find a better dealership. These people will have you running from building to building and once they have you good and tired they will bait and switch you.

I went here to buy a 2011 Chyrsler. After agreeing on price they told me they had to check on the rebate. They did not check the rebate, they just waited untill the rebate expired (days). They had the nerve to tell me they were on the phone with Crysler about the rebate and hours later tell me they did not call yet. Stay away from Alan Samuels. Such a bad dealer.

I went here to buy a 2011 Ram. I told them upfront to give me their best price, no back and forth, no negotiating. They did just the opposite. Used the old tactics of back and forth between sales managers, stalling, removing options to hit a price, offered less rebates than what was available at other dealers, and kept me there 3 hours through all the B.S. I called Meador the next day, got a rock solid and better price with more rebates, and all the options I wanted in under an hour! Alan Samuels told me at 9am they couldn't do a better price than what was offered me unless I wanted to remove some options. I called at 2pm and told them I was buying at a better price with all my options from another dealer. Then at 5pm they called and said we'll meet the other dealer's price....I said sorry, I was heading to buy my truck from Meador. They had the nerve to tell me to turnaround and buy their truck after all their lies and BS. Stay away from Alan Samuels.

This dealership was dramatic to work with. They sent me home with a car over night said it was mine. I even signed that I would buy the vehicle at a certain price per month. The next day when I went to finalize the deal they said they had messed up the paperwork and it was actually going to be 300 more a month than quoted and agreed upon. Everyone is human and we all make mistakes, but this was 10k mistaked. The best part was when they said they could meet the first quote with another vehicle and they could not do that either. Be cautious when you shop there, it is dangerous and frustrating.
