I bought a vehicle there about four or more years ago,so I have used their service dept. ALOT of times! Also I have had the pleasure of working with their body shop.(Dwayne,Bob,and that other nice guy),plus Lyn by telephone! She gave me so much encouragement over the phone, that it really put me to rest knowing my car was going to be serviced by the body shop!I had about ten-Thousand dollars worth of work done on my DENALI,and it looks,"AWESOME",and drives like a dream!!I chose this body shop, because I knew they were going to be in close contact with the service department, and I have had the best of service their! You see, most people have it all backwards when it comes to doing business with a service department:they usually think that if they go to "their little Sam and Bob`s gas station"well, that will be just fine, but at a bonified service department, there are records and paper trails, and they answer to a "higher authority"!Also, they have people that usually are required to go to further schooling,or else.I believe that to be true!!I am over 63,and I`ve tried it both ways.I do know the difference!!And,by the way,you as a customer, have to do something also:TRY BEING NICE TO EVERYONE!!!!! Do not,I repeat,Do not go into a service department with your bad breath,or your bad attitude!Oh you`ll still probably get the same good service I get,but maybe they`ll just hate to see you coming!!And,they can`t watch everyone all the time!!In a word or two: BE NICE,YOU KNOW,LIKE YOU WERE IN CHURCH!!For some of you, that won`t be good either!Just do your best!
