We went for an oil change and by no means planned buying a new car. But the moment we walked in we were greated by turned-out-to-be-our salesman Pete Dalton who was a simply down to earth nicest guy you can meet. No pressure, no stress, no hastle! The whole thing was just an easy conversation and we were just amazed by how smooth and friendly the whole experience was. Bought quite a few cars at different places, some were ok, some were outright bad beyond words. This place just blew our minds! Thank you for being simple and easy and now we drive a BMW! I have been purchasing cars from Boch New To You for over 20 years, my children have also purchased cars, this is the only place we go to when looking for a car, my grandaughter has recently (March 2018) brought a car with Boch New to a You, service is good, Dealers continue to help you with the best financing and warranties. Dealers are very friendly and respectful, they give you all the time you need to decide on a car purchase, they do not rush you.

"Service & Fly at Boch! "

As always, Steve is a gem! I had my vehicle serviced while I was away. I was on the “Service & Fly” package which included dropping my truck off for routine service, getting a ride to airport from Boch & drop off on Sunday nite. I was 100% confident my truck would be outside the gate and it was! Easiest service experience ever and I saved a ton on parking!!! Thank you Steve, You Rock!

"Best auto service I have ever had"

Today I took my 2007 Honda CRV in to Boch New to You after getting quotes from two other places. After being extremely frustrated with Good Year and a local garage who were both talking in circles quoting me over 700 dollars to fix a small problem with the alignment, and charging me just for the estimate. At Boch the service people were all extremely accommodating and even offered to give me an estimate for free. After this, I was informed that the problem could be alleviated painlessly and after waiting only an hour for both the service and an inspection I was able to leave Boch spending less than $200!! The other garages tried to rip me off I feel and I am so thrilled that Boch was able to do everything in their power to make sure I had the best possible experience. I saved myself so much aggravation and money by choosing Boch. I am thrilled with my experience and would recommend this service center to everyone!!! Thank you so much Boch!

"I bought my car here and returned 6 times in the first..."

I bought my car here and returned 6 times in the first month of purchase. There were so many things wrong with it. Most important was an oil leak that the mechanic identified as coming from the head gasket. I set an appointment to have the head gasket replaced. I was told it would take 4 days to complete the work. When I picked up my car, they had not replaced the gasket. They only tightend the bolt. One week later, I saw oil drippings on my driveway. I also smelled oil whenever I turned off the engine. I returned to Boch. The Serice Manager told me that it was not leaking, but only seeping. He refused to authorize the work. I took my car to a Subaru dealer for a second opinion. They told me that the head gasket needed to be replaced. It cost me $2,000. This dealer is not interested in satisfying the customer. The General Manager could csre less if you are satisfied. I would not recommend this dealer. However, if you find a car you like on their lot, make sure that you fully inspect the car and/or take it to your own mechanic/dealership for a professional inspection. Negotiate all repairs before buying, while you still have leverage.

I bought a used car from Boch New to You in August. My experience with Mike Resteiri was great. He showed me only the cars I was interested within my budget and helped me obtain financing when I found what I wanted. Five months later, I was having a problem with all four tires retaining air pressure. Even though I bought an extended service program and Boch also gives you a 12 month warranty, tires are not covered. Nevertheless, Boch stripped all four tires off of the car, found the problem and fixed it at no cost to me. I would highly recommend Boch New to You car sales and their service center.

"First of all, I felt incredibly pressured to accept..."

First of all, I felt incredibly pressured to accept delivery on the spot. I had my own financing at a rate over a full percentage point lower than what Boch was offering, but the salesman and the business manager kept harping on taking their financing deal and taking delivery that day. NOT what we wanted! Should have walked away then. We waited around for over an hour for the service department to go through our trade-in and offer a price. Should have walked away then. We live less than a mile from Boch Toyota South, but have to drive 20 miles to get our car serviced in Norwood...we were told by the salesman, repeatedly and imfatically, that we would get five additional FREE oil changes for the inconvenience...that never showed up on the contract and he pretended he didn't know what I was talking about when I questioned it. Should have walked away then. It took several phone calls to get an appointment for service as I kept getting the answering machine and leaving messages before my calls were returned. Today we took the car in for an oil change and to have some steering problems corrected. We were told repeatedly and adamantly at the time of sale that we had 100% bumper-to-bumper coverage...the maintainance and repair of the car would not cost us one thin dime for 12 months! When we took it in to be serviced and/or repaired today, the service manager pointed to some very, very fine print tucked away in the middle of the contract...it costs $100 PER INCIDENT to have any concerns diagnosed! Why didn't we walk away?????
