"Fast, Efficient, Effective "

Quick help as soon as you pull in the service drive. My service advisor Todd was prompt and courteous. Was only in for an oil change but they took care of a couple of small nagging things as a courtesy as well. Spectacular experience.

"Always great service "

Always get great service from Bryan and his team. Have been taking my car here for 6 years now. There was a period of time when I would drive all the way to Sarasota for Acura service even though I purchased my hotel at Ferman. Did not have good experience with service, but Bryan changed all of that. It’s a pleasure to bring my car in for service! Thanks!!!

I wanna say thank you to Todd and the manager that called me about my issue I really appreciate you all being patient with me and I really appreciate you all fixing my problem, so far my car has not Alerted me about the gas cap Usually by now it would have went off so I think the problem is fixed thank you guys very much. I love my acura.

Ferman service could be five stars but in my experience something is always left undone. In this service I told my service advisor that the front charging adapter was not functioning. My service statement indicates it was a fuse but no repair was made.

"Car Dent Repair"

My car got hit on the passenger door side, and my dad recommended to take it to repair at Ferman’s because he figured they would fix it in a few days. Took my car on a Tuesday morning, and it was ready on a Friday morning. The other driver’s insurance covered the repairs and my rental car with Enterprise, who has a branch near Ferman’s. Highly recommend!

No hassle. Estimate was accurate. Service was timely. Loaner car was ready and waiting. I would highly recommend to anyone... Avoid the tire stores and compare rates. I was greatly surprised. Appreciate the efforts of Robert the service advisor.
