I recently purchased a Q50 RS from Infiniti of Nashua and it was only a matter of time with how bad the roads are that I hit one that was bad enough to cut the sidewall of my tires up. I was running around to different tire shops to get a tire mounted before close and since it was a late sat, I didn’t want to be without a car till Monday. Luckily, I was able to reach service and Liliana Arboleda was able to find the right tire to match the rest of my tires and get it installed. This all happened right before close and I would have understood that they did not have to service me at the time. Further more, she informed me that the dealership I bought my vehicle from did not have my information in the system which meant that if I were to service my vehicle for warranty, I wouldn’t be able to because Infiniti of Nashua didn’t lease the vehicle from their system. Without this vital information, I would be denied warranty until this issue is fixed and by that time, it would be too late. I highly recommend Liliana and the rest of the crew at Infiniti of Boston. Everybody was there to help with a smile on their face. I will def be going back for any issues with my vehicle.

I have been servicing vehicles for nearly 40 years. Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston is exceptional, and Erio Perez is the best Service Manager I have ever encountered. I live closer to other Infiniti Dealerships but this one is superb. Erio services and takes care of my SUV as if I were family. He possesses outstanding qualities, and has great customer service skills. Erio is very knowledgeable, skilled, and explains what needs to be serviced in great detail. He is also very kind and patient. In addition, Erio is bilingual and is able to communicate well both in English and Spanish with the customers and staff. I love going to Infinity of Boston because they are an honest dealership, and only repair items that are in need of immediate service. They also have a nice waiting area where you can use the internet at their workstations or watch television. They also serve beverages, bagels, muffins and donuts while waiting for the vehicle and even wash and vacuum it at the end of the service. I always have an amazing experience when servicing my SUV, and Erio is definitely an asset to the Company. He always provides me with the utmost of customer satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston.

"Treated like Family every time!"

There are two reasons that I not only use Infiniti of Boston but also have sent others there to purchase their cars. Erio Perez is outstanding in the service department! I am treated like family which includes hearing exactly what my car needs and when. I know that I am being treated fairly and that anything I need, I can call and we’ll hear since year recommendations. Erio is the best! Jose sold me my car two times and gives me the same family-style welcome every time I am at the shop. He recently helped a friend of mine buy her car and he goes 110% on everything he does. It feels like a gift to have found someone so committed to making people happy in their vehicles.
