"Didn’t want to make a deal"

- themnmgirl@aol.com

Really like DAngelo the salesman... the money guy was a dick and didn’t want to deal... no negotiation, nothing , he just said this is it! Drove directly to another Mazda dealership and got a great deal...their loss is Gunther Mazda’s gain!!

"Deceitful Service "

- Phil m

I had a leveling kit installed on my 2018 Silverado. Not an issue, even Chevy dealerships sell lifted trucks. My leveling kit raised the front about 3 inches. This caused the headlights to aim to high into the faces of oncoming traffic. Went to Coconut Creek Chevy to have the headlights adjusted. They told me it would take about 1.5 hours and charge me for 1.5 hours of labor. After about one hour and forty five minutes they told me my truck was ready. The GM mechanic told me that he adjusted the lights down as far as they would go and I should be alright. “I should be alright” is not what anyone wants to hear. They charged me $217 !! For this adjustment. Later that night I drove my truck. The mechanic was correct, he adjusted the lights all the way down. My lights pointed at the ground right in front of my truck. Aggravated, I googled headlights adjustment. So it turns out that this $217 one and a half hours of work consists of this. Open the hood of the truck and turn two Phillips head screws. No exaggeration, it took me five minutes to correctly adjust my lights. this is an example of why dealerships have a reputation of being crooks and ripping off customers. This was a perfect opportunity for the dealership to be honest and say it will take us a couple minutes to do this, not a big deal. This would make me a return customer. Instead they lie to me, charge me $217 and don’t even fix the problem. They lost a customer and I hope others use caution before being serviced at this Chevy dealership.

"Liars who are disrespectful!"

- Angrybut never again

They put my wife in a lease for a $27,000 car for $4,200 down and $538 a month. How is that possible you ask, I don’t know because they refused to talk to me about it. (At first) So, after entering the dealership I ask to speak to the manager, then I ask him if we could go over the deal he made with my wife. I never gave him my name or the name of my wife. He asks if I’m on the new deal, when I say no, he then tells me he can not discuss the new deal with me. Now, I’m on the car that was traded in and the bank account the payment came out of, but he tries to tell me he can’t discuss it with me. I say ok and leave. About a mile down the road, I get a phone call asking to speak to my wife. REMEMBER, I never gave him my name or my wife’s name, how did he know who to call? So again I ask him how he justifies that much xxxxing money on a lease? He asks me not to cuss, I apologize and we proceed to have a back and forth where he tells me I’m talking out of my xxx and I don’t know what the xxxx I’m talking about. So, apparently it’s ok for the sales manager( General Managers brother) to cuss at a customer who has bout 4 consecutive cars from them. Additionally, I guess it be against the law to speak to me about the deal was another complete lie (he spouted # after #. Furthermore, how in the xxxx did he know who to call, oh yeah, it’s not that often you get over on someone that bad. BE CAREFUL, these people are out to get every last dollar you have and will then treat and talk to you like a piece of garbage afterwards. Don’t you think they would have been eager to talk to me about the great deal they made my wife if it really was one? xxxxxxxx! It’s not just me, look at all their reviews.

"Do not buy here--I wasted a 2-hr round trip!"

- StevenP

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! Let me save you some time and hassle. I found a used car in their online inventory that I wanted to buy. I called them at 12:30pm and gave the info to the CS rep, who confirmed the car was available, made an appointment for 2pm, and gave me a confirmation number to deal directly with a manager when I arrived for this particular car. The drive over took an hour and I arrived at 10 minutes to 2. A sales person looked up my info, sat me at the desk of the designated sales person (Billy), who showed up a few minutes later. I gave him my confirmation @ and info. So far, so good. He then excused himself for a minute, walked across the floor, came back in a bout 3 minutes, and told me THE CAR HAD BEEN SOLD 30 MINUTES EARLIER. ***WHAAAAA?!?!?!?!?!?!?!????? I asked to speak to his manager (John), who just shrugged and said he was sorry. Car was sold. Nothing they could do. And they don't hold cars for customers. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. I mean, I called about the specific car, had an appointment with confirmation # that was just 90 minutes after the call, was 10 minutes early to the appointment, and the car was gone half an hour before I got there??????? So I had another hour-long drive home (2 hrs round trip), empty-handed. And yes, I was prepared to buy the car on the spot if it was as advertised (CarFax looked fine too). I was not just kicking tires. AVOID this place if you want to buy from a reputable dealer with good business practices. This place isn't it.
