My appointment was at 7:30 am, and I was greeted with courteousness, kindness and efficie Michael Phelps is the Ultimate in Great Customer Service! My appointment was at 7:30 am, and I was greeted with courteousness, kindness and efficiency at the start of his day. Since it was my first time at this dealership, I called the day before and left a message before I scheduled service online. I was in and out within 15-20 minutes. Within that time frame, Michael called and texted me regarding the message I left yesterday about servicing my vehicle. There was no "hard sale" at the end of service. I was given a printout of recommendations, and I have chosen what to have service next. I will be returning to this dealership often, and am hoping Michael Phelps is the "norm" of the people working at Middleburg Heights Mitsubishi. More

I’m pretty sure I had this problem since I bought this car and it just got worse. It seems like it has gotten quieter since you guys fixed the problem. Really bad experience here. Tried to sell me a car with front end damage that was NOT on the CARFAX. I was trying to buy a car outright in cash with close to $30 something thous Tried to sell me a car with front end damage that was NOT on the CARFAX. I was trying to buy a car outright in cash with close to $30 something thousand. Finance manager was very rude and condescending would not take off the cost to have the severe damage to the front end fixed. Acted like the car was worth it even with damage. The salesman that showed me the car appeared “surprised” about the damage when I pointed it out… the car was sold and I feel bad for whoever bought it. I bought my car from here when it was new with the previous ownership. Stereotypical car salesman behavior. I will not be buying from here. More
