"Auto repair"

i recently wrote a bad review about a car i purchased from here having expensive mechanical issues with it, well nicole from the service department contacted me on a Friday, i took the car up on Saturday and within 30 minutes they had me on my way with a loaner car while they fixed my vehicle, she said it would be ready tuesday and what do you know i got the call that it was ready on tuesday, i went up and traded vehicles, they fixed my oil leak and my car door lock, it is so nice to drive my vehicle with out my warning message light on. i still stand by my review of the salesman. But the service department is awesome!!! and made things right, now i dont have to stress about driving my vehicle with my kids in it.. THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! you guys are awesome!!!

"Recently I purchased a Chevy Duramax 2500HD Diesel truck..."

Recently I purchased a Chevy Duramax 2500HD Diesel truck from Northwest Motorsports (This also is my third vehicle purchased along with the other 3 people I have referred to NWMS that have also bought vehicles). Within a week of owning the truck it started having significant issues. The issues are so major that the vehicle will not go into reverse and gets stuck in 3rd gear. I currently have not got the issue fixed but, Chase has been nothing but helpful in this process. Being that it is a brand new truck that I haven't even had for a month makes this very difficult. New shiny toy that I can’t even drive yet, paying a monthly payment on. During this process Chase has been in touch with me every day or so letting me know how things have been going with the repairs. I understand that his job can be very stressful at times and can has a lot to do in a day, therefore I am very thankful to have such a great guy on my side. I look forward to continuing my purchasing with NWMS along with recommending people to your company. Thanks again to Chase and the NWMS team with all of my vehicle needs. I hope this email can get to the right person and Chase can receive the praise he deserves!!

Don't buy a truck or the warranty it's a scam for $ I bought a truck and then had problems and went to have warranty cover as they said it would when I got it and went it and it all of a sudden didn't cover. They were rude took forever and then got an attitude when I asked for truck so I could take to ford dealer to have real mechanics and service people help. They argued that because my wires were wet it was submerged in water well news u d*mb@$$es it rains here. Ba service really bad attitudes and they think cause am ex-mariner helps sell trucks there so cool news flash that team just like yours never went or did anything wont be back never and telling all military people to STAY AWAY.

I bought a truck from NW Auto Sports and it needed a bedliner sprayed in. I stopped in and talked to Christy Coyner, a service writer. From the first moment I had an enjoyable experience. She quoted ma a price that was significantly less than other places I had called. I made the appointment and returned the next day for the job. Again Christy made me feel almost like a friend rather than a customer. She knew her stuff and made the whole experience a pleasure. If more service writers were like Christy, they might not have the reputatuion they have. 5 stars for Christy

I called and inquired about spray-in bed liners. I'd checked several local franchises for national spray-in liners and felt the big corporate interests were overpriced. Northwest Motorsport quoted a price over the phone 30% less. They said bring it in and they'd get to it today, the job required removing my canopy and disposing of the plastic drop-in liner. They included that in their price. My truck was done in 2 hours, quality was excellent. No surprises. I'm not a difficult customer but do have fair expectations and expect to be treated with respect. The team at Northwest seems genuinely interested in doing business fairly. Christy Coyner in service was humorous, yet very conscientious and professional. Good folks with big service and a small town approach.

Since purchasing a different vehicle from Northwest Motorsports, I decided to check out their service department for my first oil change needed. I was extremely impressed with the price - about a quarter of what the toyota dealer would have charged me. Great price, quick service, and easy to get in for an appointment. I will be back there for all of my future service needs!
