Gregory my salesman is a real deal professional, he treated me with the feeling that I wasn't pressured to purchase a vehicle, but educated me on all the models; asked what I did for a living and fit me into the proper vehicle. In short, i was not happy but they made me happy. They fixed my car really happy and even offered to deliver me the car at my work place and gave me 4 oil changes on the house.

"Happy with my beautiful new black Q50"

We brought my Q50 in for some general servicing yesterday. While waiting, we met with salesman, Jeff Simone. We had met Jeff before while at Infinity. We have been customers for a number of years. We feel quite comfortable with Jeff. He is always congenial and courteous. We never feel pressured by him when inquiring and looking at cars we plan to get when our leases are up. In fact, my lease was going to be up in two months. Bottom line, I left with a 2016 Q50 and I got my first black car! I am so happy that our comfortable and easy conversation regarding the great promotion offered would be the best option for me. Thank you Jeff for taking such good care of us!

"Unnecessary"

i missed my first 5000 mile service so i figured i would come in without an appointment. I pulled into the service bay and i was immediately greeted by someone who asked me my name. I could not answer so as i'm reaching for my wallet to hand her my license she aggressively starts asking me "why wont you tell me your name" or "why is it such a big deal for you to tell me your name" when i couldn't respond. I finally handed her my license and she takes my name down. As i'm telling her i could not say my name because of a speech disability, shes walking away over talking me saying she does not understand why i cant tell her my name. they had me in and out in about an hour which was standard give or take. everything else left me appalled to say the least. 5 stars for making me feel defective.
