Bought a used car from them. The salesman (Eric Johnson) was a very nice and helpful person. No complaints there. But the car and the paperwork process left much to be desired. As far as the car goes, it was overall in decent shape but it was very obvious their service guys had no clue. The nav system was bust. Trim pieces were improperly attached (one exterior trim piece came flying off the car on the way home), some electronics didn't quite work and the battery was almost dead. They were afraid of shutting it off in case they had to jump it to get me off the lot! I bought the car in spite of these issues because I'm a mechanic by hobby and I can fix all this stuff myself. BUT, these are the kinds of things a regular customer would not necessarily be aware of and were not disclosed.
More importantly, the finance manager was extremely difficult. I paid cash for the car, with some money down and the balance in a certified check I was going to bring the next day. (Wasn't sure I would buy the car so I didn't bring the full amount with me.) She tried to get me to sign a finance contract without disclosing what it was. She also tried to get me to sign an agreement for them to find financing for me. Uh, NO! When I refused she aggressively asked me if that was because I didn't plan to pay them. "We need the car to be paid for in case you don't pay." I replied that I would have the cash the next day and the car would be on the lot until I did, but there was no way I was allowing them to procure financing for me. I was also not happy with the stealthy attempt to get me to sign a finance contract - one that would have cost $1,000. Then they mistyped the purchase order and didn't include my down payment. Perhaps an honest mistake but not encouraging after everything else.
The title woman was rather rude. The used car department is a trailer in the middle of a depressing lot. The new car showroom looks like something from the 70s and smells like it too.
Overall, you can probably find a hidden gem or two here - IF you are a mechanic/hobbyist and are not intimidated by pushy dealers.
