"BEST Volvo service center in southern NH"

These guys are the most honest out of the Keene, Nashua and Manchester Volvo dealer repair shops. They don't try to make you think you need more than what you need. They give you a great price, have a good waiting area (desk workspace, too), and let you pay in installments if you need that. They do the job right the first time. Great people.

The entire staff was nothing short of professional, friendly and straight-forward. They helped guide me through each decision-making process and helped me to understand my options from car selection, warranties, insurance, services and anything else vehicle-related. They even stayed with me past closing just to help with switching to another insurance dealer so I could save more money on payments! I have nothing but the highest regard for Toyota Volvo of Keene, and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

"Awful service "

I bought 2 cars here in the last 5 years. Had to come out multiple times for an air bag recall that should have been fixed in one trip on my Avalon. The Camry I bough is a lemon. It makes a squeaking noise the dealership refused to fix. I brought the car out for an oil leak test. I was told the car passed, meaning it wasn't down a quart after a thousand miles post oil top off. This is a little off since the last 2 times my light to change the oil came on, I was down 2.5 quarts. My oil pressure came on today right after the light came on to get the oil changed yesterday. I have never had a car in 30+ years that had this issue. It has a defect and they don't want to fix it under warranty. I have darkened their doorway for the last time. My advice would be to find another dealership if you want good service after the sale. Everyone is nice to you until you sign the papers and drive away after buying the car. I am very disappointed by the way our cars were "serviced", or lack of it, for warranty/recall issues.
