He connected me with Joey Gulo, and James Sullivan to help me find my dream Mercedes. I went over, and test drove some new vehicles and decided on a new 2018 Mercedes E300. I must say the new 2018 Mercedes E300 has got to be the most impressive E series Mercedes has ever come up with, and this All new Mercedes E300 is by far the most luxurious car I have ever owned. I just purchased a new 2018 Audi A6 for my wife that is Beautiful but 2018 Mercedes E300 is at a new level of luxury.

Service, followup and communication was horrible. I usually have great things to say about this service center. I guess a busy Saturday morning with 1 attendee on the schedule was the reasons why my day here was so insane. I turned my car in for a simple light bulb change. After waiting for about 4 hours. I was given a rental. The reasoning was for a recall on the steering and fluid leak. Thinking I would get my car back in a few days, I ended up getting my car back 7 days later. When I dropped off the rental to see if my car was ready. I was told to leave the keys inside the car. The keys were then given to another person with my things still inside. I had to flag down the guest who was about to drive away to pop the trunk and open doors so I can get my belongings out. The rental was not ready to be given to the next guest. It took over an hour to see what was going on with my car. Again they had one person working on a busy Saturday morning and he looked completely overwhelmed. The service man who was helping out the week prior was out sick. The service person helping me this time had no clue if the car was ready or not. He stated that he guesses my car is ready and gave me my keys. He stated that he will email me the service report. Til this day the service report has yet to be received. I do not know what was done to my vehicle or if the problems were even corrected. The service light still remains on. It seems like my car is worse than when I turned it in the first time. My starter seems like its going out, my tire pressure light remains on and my car squeaks at times. I am so unhappy about the service I received.

One of the best car buying experiences I have had to date. I've been in the market for a new MB since Thanksgiving. After deciding on a specific model and color (black GLC43 coupe), I contacted at least 8 MB dealerships within a 500 radius from me (S.F.). Some did not reply and the ones that did respond, did not reflect the MB brand.
I had a fantastic experience with my salesman, Ray Cordero and the lovely Olivia Alvarado in the financing department. I contacted Ray via email initially and after going back and forth a few days, we penciled out a deal that was equal if not better then the discount offered by any other MB dealer I was previously in contact. Being in sales myself, I know what it's like to be on the other end of the transaction. I was not the easiest customer to deal with but they remained patient with me from start to finish. They were the most professional individuals I came across and made the car purchasing/leasing experience a breeze.
I drove down nearly 500 miles from the Bay Area to exchange my 2015 lease, signed a few documents and was out the door with my shiny new car, freshly detailed and with a full tank to get me back home. No games, no BS, no upselling.

After spending TWO WEEKS with my salesman Moe Mansour to build my dream car I was rudely told they were only selling to existing customers right now. I had been told about how Mercedes profiles its customers to keep their brand exclusive but I never expected to be declined the ability to even purchase a vehicle. This is BIAS, Hoehn engages in unfair and anti-American business practices. This is a total waste of time and absolute nonsense. I've contacted my attorney who is drafting a letter to the dealership and corporate Mercedes-Benz.

I never been treated like this trying to lease a car as I was with this dealership.
I tried ordering a car from this dealer in January, on the phone, I was informed that I would need to go into the dealership. When I went to the dealership I waited for an hour and ended up leaving without being helped. I finally ordered my car on the phone after calling several times, and was told I woud get the car in 4 to 5 months, maybe sooner.
I have been following up periodically since January until yesterday. I was informed that I won't get my car until year 2019, via text message only after I insisted on an estimated arrival time. Keep in mind that they never called me, I kept calling them. I am getting my 2018 car in 2019, how ridiculous is that, I don't know if they got more money than they charged me and sold my car!!!
I called the manager and have not heard back from him either, I am not sure if I ever will.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! What old world car dealer thinks they can still conduct business like this? The Keyes European, (Mercedes-Benz)? The staff at Keyes sure do. They are duplicitous and blatantly dishonest and they lie with such ease I’m stunned. I ordered a new vehicle, a vehicle I had built, it was my dream car. I waited excitedly and with great anticipation for three months (I had waited a long time to buy this car). Finally last week when my car arrived, I showed up in Van Nuys to pick it up and the Sales Manager informed that Keyes would charge me would not give me the $1000 discount I was promised in email but that an extra $10,000 charge was being added to my vehicle. I was exasperated, furious and at a total loss.
I was told my agreement with them invalid and I misunderstood their terms. This is absolutely unethical and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce. I am truly horrified by my experience at Keyes and I will never purchase a Mercedes-Benz product again.

We stopped to look as we were contemplating a new car, but what encouraged us to buy was the service.
Too frequently, when you begin the journey of purchasing a new vehicle, you can feel smothered and pressured by the sales people at the dealership. We get it- you make your living by selling the car, but all to often, something that should be fun turns into dread rather quickly.
We were welcomed by Nael Issa when we arrived. We made it clear, we were just looking and if we had questions we would come to him. Imagine our surprise when he said, "absolutely, take your time!" and fell back. There was zero pressure, there was time to look, digest and make decisions without feeling the salesmans breath on the back of our necks or feel like we were being stalked.
After about twenty minutes Nael came to check on us which felt very organic. He answered our questions, was very entertaining and quite genuine. To be honest, he was hilarious and we had a wonderful time with him! He kept us in stitches!! We must say, it was the most pleasurable experience either one of us have had buying a car; that says quite a bit because between the two of us we've purchased an S500, SL500, E320 several BMWs, etc.. Not even the other Mercedes purchases came close to this level or courtesy or service.
With that being said, we are both pleased with our handsome new E350 and we are both looking forward to our next purchase with Issa in the coming months.
Accolades abounding for Nael and the finance manager who moved at a blur whipping together our contract and taking payment in time for us to make our dinner reservations.

I also my E-350 serviced there as well and see Bill Parks. Great guy as well.

NO LONGER A GOOD SERVICE CENTER!!!!! - lotusbbw
My husband called to set up a service appointment. The service was for minor service. When he got there at 8 AM the service man told him he would have to leave the car until late afternoon. My husband said he had no way to get home and that he called in advance for an appointment so his car should be ready in a couple of hours. The service man told him that he would call Uber for him. My husband left with his own car and came home.
A few days later my husband called again for another appointment. This time the lady making the second appointment told my husband that the service should only take two (2) hours at the most.
My husband drove again to the service center and told the service man he had an appointment. Please read above for the out come of this visit (same as first visit).
A year ago my husband took his car to this same dealer service center and he was in and out in two (2) hours. The service people were very nice. NOT ANY MORE! I understand that this dealership has new ownership. My husband asked to talk to the General Manager or his assistance and he was told that both of them were unavailable. My husband left.
In addition to this, my husband called Mercedes "head quarters' and explained his problem with South bay Mercedes. The gentleman from the head quarters told him to next time "call Uber and that he would call South Bay Mercedes and see if this issue can be corrected for the future and that he would call my husband right back". The service man has not returned the call yet! (three days ago). Maybe they were busy!
