Unfortunate that I left my son’s vehicle at this location for Warrenty service and the mechanics never checked the radiator fluid. Two days following service my son needed to recess h fluids and ask an associate to drive him to an auto parts store to purchase the appropriate antifreeze to add. Shame on the apathy of the service department for ignoring something so essential and simple to check.

This dealership sold us a car that had broken struts, control arm and panel damage that must have come from an accident that they did not declare! They knew the car was not safe to drive but they still sold it to us. they are no different from those small dealership scammers! so disappointed. we tried to give them a chance a make it right but their rude used car manager named bobak ignored all our emails and calls! dont buy from this dealership but if you do, make sure you test drive and have a machanic test the car!

My fiancée and I recently moved to Marin County from SF and discovered that we needed a second vehicle after living in the "burbs". We had shopped around at several dealers in the area for comparable lines of cars. We stopped by on a whim later in the evening Labor Day weekend (very near closing) and were greeted by Jerry Malone.
After spending 5 minutes with Jerry, we knew we had just found a dealer for life (which is great since we are new to the area from NYC) and at the end of the process also felt as if we walked away with a new member of the family! He proceeded to spend time with us listening to what we needed and expected in a car. Jerry was able to explain every detail of the cars we tried and showed us how to experience what Mercedes-Benz has to offer, which is a lot!
Over three days of working closely with us due mainly to my indecision and fiancée's busy work schedule. We came to the conclusion to get out of the current car I was in and are now walking away with a FANTASTIC deal on his and her Mercedes-Benz and could not be happier! She drove away in a C300 and I got the GLC300!
Not only did we get two great cars, we had an amazing experience from start to finish! The entire team was fantastic we can not thank the sales managers enough for the awesome deal they provided, Jerry guiding us through, and finally Milly Hu the Finance Manager. Scratched my car and didn't tell me about it - Ml500
Took my Mercedes in to get repaired and although the repair went fine they scratched my car and tried to cover it up with paint filler without telling me about it. This is completely unacceptable for them to try to hide their mistakes like this instead of being transparent and telling me about the damage. Obviously I will never come back here again.

I made an appointment on a Thursday @0940 in regards to a recall service & check engine light . Anthony was the technician who I was assigned to. He inspected vehicle & made suggestions to which service offered needed for my vehicle in which my husband both agreed on. I waited anxiously for an update to find out what the check engine light was about. I didn’t hear from Anthony until the next day. I was told that my vehicle would be ready to be picked up but would need to bring vehicle back because they didn’t have the part for the recall item. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to pick up vehicle that day because I was at work. Instead my husband & I picked it up the following day. My husband wanted to speak with Anthony about the service done on vehicle but unable to because he was with another client. We waited for 20 min. & couldn’t wait any longer. No follow up from Anthony to check what questions we had about vehicle. The vehicle was nicely cleaned & washed unlike the past this time they did a good job. Employees are nice & friendly.
The other complaint I have about this dealership is no one answers the telephone. I wanted to speak to someone from finances & the phone kept ringing. Made several attempts still the same result & left a message.

Your Sales Representative, Brenda Dryden, immediately reduced my stress level as a prospective Buyer! She was very low key, but extremely informative during the Sales Process. Brenda increased my knowledge and ability to make an informed decision in acquiring a new SUV! She answered all my questions, and suggested resources available to me, to make this transaction happen! Most of all she has been following up with me regarding some minor corrections that need to be made with the vehicle Thank you Brenda, I would definitely come back to you to purchase a new vehicle in the future!

I was rather disappointed with my overall experience.
1. My credit was run without my permission even though I arrived with a pre-approval & explicitly said not to do so.
2. I purchased a certified preowned vehicle and the wheels were bent & brakes were bad.
I had to take the car to a 3rd party auto shop to diagnose the problem that arose shortly after having purchased the vehicle (shaking).
The sales reps and service managers were not very much help. I was in fact hung up on multiple times by the sales reps. (Sunil & Others)
Furthermore, to add insult to injury, the Pre-Owned Director told me that "Mercedes are expensive cars" (as though I was unaware) and that "if I have a far commute, that this wear is normal." Which is ridiculous.
According to that, I need new brakes and rotors every 3 weeks. smh
The one redeeming factor is that they did fix the rims/wheels.
I would give a big thanks to the Customer Relations Manager who went above and beyond with all my concerns. Danielle is great!

I dreaded going into dealerships as most of my experiences with other places have summed with employees trying to upsell, rush the process, pressure me into buying something or simply acting like a know-it-all. On my visit to Mercedes-Benz Walnut Creek, I have encountered Danny. He is patient, thoughtful, helpful and considerate. He took the time to show me what I wanted but he also gave me sufficient space to decide without pushing to sell or rushing me. Even if initially, I went for a specific car, I ended up getting something else and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The whole team made sure that we are happy!
