With the help of mike, (mike sales) I got into my brand new car. He was able to help me get the car, and also made sure I was happy with my payments and interest. Unfortunate that I left my son’s vehicle at this location for Warrenty service and the mechanics never checked the radiator fluid. Two days following service my son needed to recess h fluids and ask an associate to drive him to an auto parts store to purchase the appropriate antifreeze to add. Shame on the apathy of the service department for ignoring something so essential and simple to check.

Took my Mercedes in to get repaired and although the repair went fine they scratched my car and tried to cover it up with paint filler without telling me about it. This is completely unacceptable for them to try to hide their mistakes like this instead of being transparent and telling me about the damage. Obviously I will never come back here again.

Agreed to a deal to purchase a car from them set them up with my credit Credit union directly because I live in Arizona , After speaking with my credit union and knowing I was approved they insisted on me writing a check for the full amount to hold until the credit union overnighted them the check . I was told if I did not write them a check they would not release the car . I have made multiple phone calls to General manager, the sales manager, and the finance manager to find out why they made buying a $6,500.00 vehicle so difficult , not one person has returned a call . Worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

I was contacted by their internet specialist who made my selection a breeze! I emailed her my preference and price range and she found the car that fits all category. Financing was easy - I emailed my guidelines and was pre-approved and scheduled a test drive same day! My sales rep and everyone at the sale floor was nice and courteous. I came out of there with the car I wanted, with the payment terms (including extended warranties, etc) within my budget and the car was impecable! You cant beat MB quality of product and service. Yes so much attitude arrogance, wasted time and feel they are ALWAYS RIGHT!! no regard for the well being of a CUSTOMER!!! the saying customer is always right treat them with respect and loyalty will follow is not their standards of how to deal with CUSTOMERS. They really are bullies and trickles all the way up and especially Jay Faulkner and Jack. Thousands and I means thousands of dollars later and still car is not fixed properly.
