I've been looking for a G-Wagon for years. And I mean years. Every time I found one, something was off. Wrong spec, wrong price, wrong condition. There was always a reason it didn't work out. Funny enough, we weren't even planning to buy a car that day. We were just killing time between the kids' soccer games and decided to stop by Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel. As luck would have it, they had just taken in a G63 on trade. It hadn't even been washed or detailed yet, but I could tell it was exactly what I'd been looking for. That's when we met Shawna. We couldn't agree on a price initially, so we walked away. What I really appreciated was that Shawna stayed in touch without being pushy. No constant calls, no pressure, no typical car-salesperson routine. Just friendly, straightforward communication. Eventually, we found a number that worked for everyone, and I finally bought the car I'd been chasing for years. As someone who's half Persian, I feel like owning a G-Wagon is practically a birthright. At my age, I'm a little late to the party, but I'm happy to report that I've finally fulfilled this important cultural obligation. My ancestors can rest easy. All jokes aside, Shawna was fantastic throughout the process. She was patient, professional, easy to work with, and never made us feel pressured. What started as a way to kill an hour between soccer games turned into a purchase I'd been hoping to make for years. If you're shopping at Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel, I'd absolutely recommend asking for Shawna.

Since we had to wait for parts I was supplied a loaner by my service advisor with skills and excellent communications, she was a delight to work with her as a service advisor. Often technical skills does not always go with great communication skills, but she did that. She got me informed during the process in a most pleasant manner. I asked her for her business card since I always return for general services but she had none, I recommend she receive a business card as soon as possible can be done. I thank her for keeping me constantly well informed in a complete and pleasant manner, thank you Ms Lynette.
