He listened to what I wanted in a car, took me out to test drive those cars, and found the color I really wanted. Marc was patient with me and gave me the space to process everything at my own pace. When it came time for me to make my decision to buy, he was ready, and moved at the speed of lightning to make it happen. Only once was I disappointed in my service experience, and Mike Savage was very willing to meet with me to correct the discrepancy in my bill, to my satisfaction. Today I went back to purchase my second Subaru, as my current Subaru was rear-ended. It was a busy Saturday, bur Dillon and Liam still made sure to fit me in to their schedule, to help me look for a new car. Liam asked appropriate questions about my likes and dislikes in a new car, to determine a "best fit" for me. Another dealership forgot that my car was in for service that day. (It has not been moved, when I returned at 5:00 p.m.) Two other dealers did not rotate my tires when they claimed they did. After 8 years, I still trust Matthews ! I have never felt as comfortable at a dealership as I do at Matthews.
