She answered every question I had, even the ridiculous ones. And if she didn’t know the answer she forwarded to me someone who did. Steve & Jorge in finance jumped through hoops to get me every detail I requested. I didn’t get any attitudes or back talk. Everyone was truly professional yet extremely friendly. Ouafaa answered my texts no matter what time of day it was. And Mike… such a gem. It took me almost 3 weeks but I finally went through with my purchase of the Kia Sorrento & I absolutely LOVE IT!!
