Wanted to take a Pilot out for longer than the usual around the block loop because I needed to hear it at highway speed, and they just said take it, be back in 45. Came back, took it out again in a different one to compare. Nobody made a face about it. Bought the second one.

This service visit went really well. I received an email from Mercedes stating that my 2025 GLC300 was now ready for a software update to add the Digital Vehicle Key feature that was not available when the car was built. I waited 16 months for this update. I called the dealership and spoke to Pedro Shimazu, my service advisor. He told me to make an appointment and be sure to request a loaner because they were not sure how long it would take to do this update. I did exactly that. When I arrived at the service center they took my car and the loaner was waiting for me and off I went. I returned the next day and the software was installed and is working well. I want to give a special thank you to Pedro who coordinated the whole process for me from beginning to completion. When you bring your car in for service ask for Pedro and you will be assured of top level service. 👍🏽
