Ill start by saying that Preston chevy is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. From the first phone call all the way through. It is difficult to do them justice in a short review, but nobody wants to read a book. I was pretty pressed for time to find a car because of insurance policies (whole other book). Normally I wouldn't be comfortable expressing that to a car dealership because most dealerships see that as an opportunity to take advantage. Preston had the car I was looking for and it was pretty evident I was in a hurry. Instead of taking advantage they went out of their way every time I called them to make sure I was comfortable. I was going to be purchasing the car entirely over the phone aside from the final paperwork. I spoke with several people starting off. Each person was knowledgeable and very helpful. The salesman I ended up working with was Tom Z. As far as salesmen go he was by far my favorite. He is very straightforward very friendly and super helpful. He stayed in contact without being pushy at all. He was just there everytime I texted to get whatever answers I was looking for(Even on sunday, Sorry again Tom if you are reading this). He did a great job. For any of the questions I had concerning financing I talked to Mike. Mike went over and above to help even answering questions and explaining steps outside of the actual purchasing of the car. Questions I had regarding the steps having to do with my car getting totaled and navigating through insurance paperwork and other issues I was running into with that. The entire team at Preston has been amazing. They told me on the phone initially that their goal is to create costumers for life. They did. I would recommend them to everybody I know.

Gabe was amazing! I was given his name by another of his customers so I called ahead with a couple of choices I was looking at and he had them ready and waiting when we arrived. We ended up driving 3 different vehicles that day, made a trip to the bank and we were still in and out in 3 hours. The first hour and half was spent driving and deciding which one we wanted so to be fair, Gabe had all the paperwork done, car cleaned again, gas tank filled, and on our way in 1.5 hours. Our next purchase will come from Gabe at Wally Armour!

I have purchased many a vehicle in my 75 years on earth, but Jalisa was by far and away the best vehicle salesperson I have ever encountered. She listened and she offered many options without trying to steer me in a particular direction. It was a real breath of fresh air to work with a salesperson who was not "pushy." Julisa went to bat for me on my trade-ins (I had two) without complaining that it couldn't get me the value I requested. She was always polite and respectful. Sometimes those younger than us seniors treat us like we are old fools, but not Julisa. I was also considering a Honda, but had a bad experience with their pushy salesperson. I am very glad I stuck with Toyota (my 4th). My only complaint is that the dealership, just like every other dealership I have ever encountered, pushed hard on services that were of no interest to me, even after I made that clear. In this case it was additional warranty coverage.
