I have never had any complaints about the service - LMATTLEE

I have never had any complaints about the service department with my vehicles. Mike has always been and is a great service writer for me. I use him every time I need service for any of my vehicles. He can always find the answers I need or already knows the answer. I think the service department needs to update the picture for Mike because he looks like a kid in the posted picture! LOL

The dealership that actually cares about you and not just - marissasnyder11

The dealership that actually cares about you and not just money. This dealership is the best because they actually take the time to make sure everything is right not only for them but for you! Definitely recommend working with Klaben! I had the pleasure of working with Justin when buying the car and then working with Josh on my first service on my car and i definitely had a great experience both times!

If you’re looking for the good guys in the automotive - Nate.reed.98

If you’re looking for the good guys in the automotive industry, you will find them in Rick, Andy, Mike and Justin at Haasz Automall of Ravenna. These guys worked as a team and provided me with the best experience I’ve had buying a new car. I did not feel pressured at any point in my path to purchase. Rick was patient with me and worked with me for almost four months as I figured out what I wanted to do. Once I was ready to buy, all four of these guys stepped up to meet my needs so I could drive away a very happy customer. Whenever the need arises, I will be returning to Haasz Automall of Ravenna.

18 yr old Sons 2017 Silverado lost a battle with a deer! - tony.lynch0531

18 yr old Sons 2017 Silverado lost a battle with a deer! So the search was on. Came across a 20 Silverado Trail Boss at Silver Star. Reached out and spoke to Eric. He was very upfront and honest about the truck and shard many details (good and bad). Talked to and treated my son very respectfully! Helped him with financing option . So we made the hour drive . We were met promptly and taken to truck being discussed. It was better in person than described. It’s hard to find a dealership that will treat an 18yr old with this much respect . We will be return customers. Highly recommend working with them.

After having some bad experiences elsewhere over the - sonministry

After having some bad experiences elsewhere over the years I found Ken Ganley Volkswagen of Bedford and their sales team especially Joe Walker to be exceptionally good. They're professionalism and how they set us at ease and the good deal they gave us was amazing. Please visit them for future needs and you'll be impressed as I was

Greg is fantastic. - squirrel

Greg is fantastic. He's not pushy or "salesy". I've had some rough experiences with car salesmen, including at Ganley. Now I will only work with Greg, so I'll be screwed if he ever leaves! He's respectful and doesn't make me feel like a poor person when he looks at my credit and student loan debt. The service department staff are also really great. Jasmine is who I remember since she sends texts but I've worked with other service team members and all have been really kind.

I had a wonderful experience at the dealership! - Joannab216

I had a wonderful experience at the dealership! Pete was friendly, helpful, and made the process feel easy from start to finish. I am not the easiest customer. But he answered my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car! I plan to be back on a future lease.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service I - austinhans50

I am extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Perfect Auto and specifically from Ron. The vehicle that we purchased was a Kia Telluride, which isn’t the typical inventory for this dealership that sells Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Rolls Royces etc.. However, the service we received from Ron was the same as if we were buying one of their cars that cost 20x as much. I would absolutely recommend Perfect Auto and I would definitely do business with them again.

Five Stars for Crown Acura – Exceptional Service and - aspen131313

Five Stars for Crown Acura – Exceptional Service and Unmatched Honesty! I recently had an outstanding experience at Crown Acura and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier vehicle service or a stress-free dealership environment. I actually purchased my Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Acura MDX from a different dealer, but before I bought it, I reached out to Chris McGrew, the General Manager at Crown Acura. Because the SUV was originally purchased and serviced at his facility, Chris was able to shed light on its exact history. Even though he knew I was ultimately buying it from another dealership, he took the time to review the records, told me the car was in great condition, and genuinely recommended that I get it. There was absolutely zero pressure from him or his staff to change my mind or buy from them instead. When the MDX needed some warranty work completed later on, I brought it straight back to Crown Acura. I was paired with service representative Ashley Rubensaal, who was absolutely great to deal with. She was incredibly thorough in explaining the warranty service that needed to be performed, and she seamlessly arranged a loaner car for me so my day wasn't interrupted. This wasn't my first time at Crown Acura; I have been to this dealership several times before, and the staff is consistently polite, helpful, and never pushy. I would have gladly purchased my MDX directly from them, but they just didn't have the specific year and model combination I was hunting for at the time. On top of the stellar customer service, the facility itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. Plus, it is located right off the freeway, making it incredibly convenient and easy to access. If you want a dealership with true integrity, go see Chris, Ashley, and the team!

I had a great experience working with Nick J. - sandra8120

On the test drive he was looking for other cars. I picked the 2nd one!! He wasnt pushy and was fun to work with and talk to. He kept me informed worked it out for me!!! I will be recommending him. It's also a clean and friendly place. He told me to call him anytime with questions about the car..he may regret that...hahaha
