From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and without any games. We received a great price, a very fair trade-in allowance, and—most importantly—there were no surprise fees at any point in the process. My salesperson, Jeff Shade, was excellent to work with. He was honest, straightforward, and respectful of our time—no pressure, no gimmicks, just clear communication throughout. That made a huge difference and is not something you always find at dealerships. The finance portion was just as smooth. Sandy Cuttone was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The entire process was low-pressure and well explained, which made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car surprisingly pleasant. He was polite, funny, and extremely personable. Their test track is first class and he gave a thorough breakdown of the truck for me. Well informed and down to earth guy, the truck had already sold itself before I arrived but Derek definitely made things as smooth as can be. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.
