The basic service was completed on time and a few difficult, less common but noticeable interior and exterior cosmetic items were also taken care of with ease and little fanfare. Worst buying experience ever! - pat_W
After test driving the FJ cruiser on a Wednesday evening of the final week of August , I decided to put a $3,000 downpayment and was told that they will have the car ready by the friday of the long labor day weekend as it needs several dents removed and painted and that they need to get this sales booked for August, which works out well for both parties. Planned for an out of town getaway with the car. I was then informed a day or 2 later that it will not be done till Monday. When I speak out about what we had discussed prior, the backup sales man that was asisting me was visibly upset and implied that I am impatient. I dealt with 2 sales men on this transaction because the first sales man that I dealt with was on vacation the day I went into the dealership. The main salesman then told me that there will not be body shop workers working on Monday so they will get it painted the following Tuesday and ready for pickup on Wednesday (7 days after putting DP on the car). It is now Thursday and still no news, I called and left a text message but no response. When I was still shopping for a vehicle and was an 'online lead' for them, the level of service provided was completely different compared to after I had put down the DP on the car. After putting down the DP, I was treated like an 'inconvenience', 1 of the salesman even implied that it was my fault that I came in just before the long weekend. At this point, I dont really care if they still want to deliver the car or not. If you dont want to follow thru on your sales contract, the least you can do is return the deposit to me!!! Unbelievable sales/business practices, like the mentality of a shady used car dealership...

Always apprehensive about getting serviced at a dealer. First time at BMW South and it was a nice experience. No pushy service sales pitches, very communicative with updates...in and out easily while I waited. SA Carey Phillips was great to work with.

Wide selection of CPO BMW at several thousand $ below any dealer in TN. Well worth the dr8ve from Nashville after getting the details of a few cars onoine and over the phone from Tony Bass. Honored all rebates and did not kark up the financing from BMW financial. This is my 9th BMW in 11 years and probably the best experience with a BMW dealer so far.
