Mike hatcher sold me my 2012 Hyundai Elantra! He was very nice and patient with me. I have owned the car for about 2 weeks. The only issue I have ran into is the tire pressure light Is on and one of the headlights went out which is an easy fix. That is expected from a used car. but overall It rides smooth and everything is Clean. Mike also called to make sure the car I still in good condition. I recommend this dealership to new car buyers!!

Just about every time I bring me car in for a grease & oil change I have had to bring my car back in before I even leave so they could put air in my tires. No one has checked it. This time they did not even reset my oil gauge to 100%. I am just wondering what else they did do. I thought this was a 6 point inspection. I never got a sheet for one.

I bought a used Silverado some years ago at another dealer. I went in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace my oil pan gasket for $300 and some dollars. I looked at the oil pan and it looked like someone had smeared oil on it--not seepage. I watched it for the next five years and never had a spot on the driveway or needed to add oil. I never went back until today. I called about replacing my airbag igniter and was told the part was there and scheduled appointment for the next day. When I showed up at the dealer they did not have the part and had no idea who made the appointment. They are 0 for 2 and will never have another chance with me.

Had struts replaced on my 2013 Caprice PPV because a performance car shop in the Atlanta area botched putting on new Konis. One strut was cross threaded and the other was leaking. Childre Chevy found the problems, used extra effort to get the damaged parts off, showed me the situation in the shop and put new struts on correctly after sourcing the part for my rare (in the USA) Australian-built Chevrolet Caprice. These folks know their GM cars and pay attention to you. Recommend Childre over the huge high volume dealerships any day.
