There was no hassel on buying the car. They gave a great APR%, even beat our own bank. The only disagreement I had was the extra warranty. They know when you are searching for a car you are already hipe up. Normally the customer never even hear half of what he trying to sale, they just want the car. So the salesman take advantage of that state of mind and add everything in the catalog to your contract. You end up paying for something you don't even know what it is or if you can even used it. Most of the time it dosen't even apply to you or the car. Don't be a sucker. The car never break down until after you are finish paying for. Then the warranty is no good. Read everything and ask question before you sign. Because you only have a couple of days to change your mind about anything.

Just about every time I bring me car in for a grease & oil change I have had to bring my car back in before I even leave so they could put air in my tires. No one has checked it. This time they did not even reset my oil gauge to 100%. I am just wondering what else they did do. I thought this was a 6 point inspection. I never got a sheet for one.

Between Alee, Rod and the General Manager, I was treated very well when purchasing the Buick Encore and coming back a year later and trading it in for the GMC Terrain. I lost quite a bit on the Encore but not being happy with that car I had to take the loss although I didn't think it should have been that much of a loss, but to be happy with the last car I will ever buy again, I had to take the loss. I'm happier with this GMC than the Buick. Alee was very professional and Rod made sure that I knew all that I needed to know about my warranty. I have been very pleased with all that I worked with when purchasing both cars.

I bought a used Silverado some years ago at another dealer. I went in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace my oil pan gasket for $300 and some dollars. I looked at the oil pan and it looked like someone had smeared oil on it--not seepage. I watched it for the next five years and never had a spot on the driveway or needed to add oil. I never went back until today. I called about replacing my airbag igniter and was told the part was there and scheduled appointment for the next day. When I showed up at the dealer they did not have the part and had no idea who made the appointment. They are 0 for 2 and will never have another chance with me.

I hate everything that has to do with car dealerships but Carl Black Roswell Provided an amazing car buying experience. The time the sales person took to go over every feature of car really made me feel confident and the managers transperancy with the numbers was a breath of fresh air. Had struts replaced on my 2013 Caprice PPV because a performance car shop in the Atlanta area botched putting on new Konis. One strut was cross threaded and the other was leaking. Childre Chevy found the problems, used extra effort to get the damaged parts off, showed me the situation in the shop and put new struts on correctly after sourcing the part for my rare (in the USA) Australian-built Chevrolet Caprice. These folks know their GM cars and pay attention to you. Recommend Childre over the huge high volume dealerships any day.

I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Rick James. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle.
The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn.
