We were under a time crunch after our vehicle got totaled. And we had been to several dealerships with either novice or aggressive/condescending sales people. Car shopping is frustrating under the best circumstances. We found a vehicle (2017 Kia Sedona) at a great price in their online inventory and I made an appointment for a test drive.
My wife and I were immediately impressed with our sales rep. Brian Hinson was so knowledgeable—he knew every feature of the van and was able to answer all our questions about warranties and financing. He was also attentive to our needs instead of trying to force us into a sale, a simple courtesy we had not seen elsewhere. He worked with us on some options like roof rack rails, and we had to push a little for a preferable interest rate (shop around for this first, kids). And we drove home very happy.
As we were finishing up, we realized that there was only one key. We were told that a replacement would cost about $175, so we figured it would be easiest to just pay out of pocket (we were ready to go home by now). It turns out it was actually going to cost twice that, but Brian stayed with it and ended up finding our original key and shipped it to us. It’s unlikely that that would happen to you, but I was impressed that he stuck with it and resolved the problem.
I hate car shopping, but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had.

It was my first time getting my car serviced in McDonough, GA and I must say that I was extremely pleased from the moment I walked in! I was greeted with a smile and was taken care of right away. I only had to wait about 1hr and my car was ready. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. I must say, given the fact that I'm very new to the McDonough area, I will be back again to have my car serviced!

Don't' trust what they report to CarFax - Mmay1588
I looked at the reviews and most of the bad ones focus on the service dept. This is another failure in that area. Maybe it is time to replace the people working in that area!
Make sure you verify everything they said they reported they did to carfax. My carfax stated Kia Carland did complete inspection on vehicle as well as replaced the engine air filter and the cabin filter. My wife and I loved the used 2015 Sonata we bought from them, after we got home with it I checked the engine and cabin filter and you could tell they were full of dirt and trash. I then took the car to my local Hyundai dealership and found out it had a busted cv axle. My dealership was not sure they would be able to cover it under warranty since it was just the boot that was busted, so it could cost up to $700. I notified Kia Carland and they told me they would only reimburse me what it would cost them to repair. Fortunately, my dealership(Autonation Hyundai of Columbus) was able to get the cv axle replaced under warranty so I no longer have to deal with Kia Carland.

They were totally nice until they had my money in their hands. Then, they dropped the ball completely. The tire pressure gauge was on and they took it to the garage "to have it looked at" -- it was still on when I left (they did nothing). I went to a tire store immediately and they topped up the air in the tires and the light went out - fixed.
I left my LoJack paperwork at the dealership, which would have been easy enough to drop in the mail to me, but they won't do it -- they keep saying I need to come back out there and talk to the finance guy. I've called, written emails, and have gotten no response whatsoever except "Come out here." I work all the time out of town and don't have time to run by to get paperwork that they could put in the mail. I'm thoroughly disgusted with the way I have been treated since they unloaded this car on me (I do like the car, though). I'll be looking for a car for my teen in the near future and will NOT be going back there. They need to figure out it's not OK to treat a customer dismissively like that. It was a lot of money for me to drop in one place and I regret giving a penny of it to this dealership.
Child seat unhooked and not told it was! - Neveragain!
If you value your kids safety please do not buy a car from here!!!! I bought a 2017 Kia Sorento. I was told to bring it back for a complete detail. I noticed the next day that a piece around my windshield was missing so we call and the salesman told me he would order it. We called at least 8 times to get it replaced finally they said to bring it in and they would replace it with a used part we agreed. I took the car the same day to get the part replaced and the car cleaned. They did a horrible job cleaning the car and it took an hour and a half. While supposedly cleaning the car they unhooked my 4 year olds car seat and did not tell me. They also tried to hide it by shoving the belt in the seat. I talked to 2 different managers and the owner. At first they acted like they cared until I informed them that any amount of trust I had was lost and I would prefer to bring the car back and cut all ties with them. We purchased 2 extended plans also so we are required to bring my car there for service. I talked to Ralph over a week ago and he said that they would reimburse me the amount for the warranty and allow me to keep them to regain my trust and come get my car to detail it properly .... I have called back and emailed multiple times and now he won’t return my calls. I will report them to the better business bureau and take other action if need be. I am so disappointed with everything that has to do with this place. I hope I can save someone else the pain of dealing with such a horrible business. I have never felt so helpless as a mother and can not understand how someone could do that and then not say I unhooked your child’s car seat. It’s a simple sentence that could save my child’s life.
