There was no hassel on buying the car. They gave a great APR%, even beat our own bank. The only disagreement I had was the extra warranty. They know when you are searching for a car you are already hipe up. Normally the customer never even hear half of what he trying to sale, they just want the car. So the salesman take advantage of that state of mind and add everything in the catalog to your contract. You end up paying for something you don't even know what it is or if you can even used it. Most of the time it dosen't even apply to you or the car. Don't be a sucker. The car never break down until after you are finish paying for. Then the warranty is no good. Read everything and ask question before you sign. Because you only have a couple of days to change your mind about anything.

DeAnthony was the best. From my first tire kicking/ test drive to my final taking my CX 5 home he was there.
Arranging a display so I could make the all important color choice, clearly and patiently explaining and having me try all the new features of this wonderful car and a test drive that allowed me to get comfortable with the feel of the car and experience the new safety features. He did it all. I couldn't have ask for more.

I've been raving about my car buying experience with Hilton Young all week to my coworkers, and decided to finally fill out an official review online. I spent a week looking for a new car, visiting 7 different dealerships and test driving a dozen vehicles to really do my research. Every dealership I went to tried to pressure me into buying a car right away, and almost every salesman I met with second guessed the kind of car I wanted to get and the features I was looking for. A friend recommended the Jim Ellis dealerships, and I'm so glad they did.
From the moment I walked into the Jim Ellis Mazda dealership, my experience was 100% positive. Hilton listened to me and never second guessed me about what kind of car I wanted, and he took me for a nice long test drive where I could see how the car drove in traffic, how it handled curves, the turn radius, how it handled bumpy roads - everything. It was such a positive experience taking the car for a test drive and being listened to and not pressured that I knew that I was going to buy my car from him.
When I decided to purchase the car, Hilton walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with all the different service packages. He had prepared an owner's manual for me with color coded tabs marking important pages, and went through the pamphlet explaining all the car's special features in detail. He then spent another half hour or so with me sitting in the car, showing me how the car's display worked, how to access my settings, and even connected my phone via Bluetooth so I could make my first phone call. By the time I drove off the lot, I knew my vehicle and all its safety features, and even had some radio stations on my favorites list. Hilton took care of me as a customer, and I've kept his business card so I can recommend him to all of my friends.

This is one of the worst place to buy a car. I bought my car in 2015. The car has a lot of maintenance or it wasn't put together very well, I changed my Eloop battery after 1 year and changed my car remote battery 3 times in 2 years. When you finance with them they will charge you a very high interest rate I have a 800 credit score they were giving me 18% until we negotiated to 3% also they ask for an extended warranty DO NOT BUY everytime i tried to use my warranty they will try to avoid it saying "THATS NOT COVERED" also you will be paying interest on that too! After buying the vehicle they don't care. The service dept is one of the worst too, they treat you like your time is not valuable, They made me wait 3hrs for an oil change and told me "oh, i forgot all about you" many other issues with them too but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO NISSAN OR HONDA. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. Oh and also the general manager told me to take my business somewhere else.
