Great Instruction and Service - WRG34
I was greatly impressed by the information and guidance that I received from Kelly Chadwick during my test drives. Kelly was patient, informative and overall very helpful. I felt I understood a lot about the vehicle, after the interactions with Kelly. That's when I was convinced that the Nissan Maxima Platinum model was for me. WRG34

I was unllucky to have purchased a 2007 Nissan Frontier. - Jones
Nissan has a design problem with 2005-2010 with some models. Frontier and Xterra and probably more. The radiator/transmission will fail. Mine did. I was quoted $4800.00 for work.
Was told it was out of warranty. I had a 2007 truck with 65,000 miles. All of a sudden my transmission began to have trouble. Turns out there was a 10 year or 100,000 miles warranty and I would have to pay $3000.00 Somehow the dealer missed this with their quote of $4800.00.
There have been widespread problems with those models. Class action suit in North Carolina, but no one ever contacted me about a potential problem., so safety is not on their minds.
Not good. I could have been on I285 and my transmission goes out........Wow.
If you don't believe me then go on line and search for Nissan Frontier transmission problem.
Don't bother.... - Pathfinder74
I stopped by to buy a new pathfinder. I told them I was ready to buy and I saw online that they had a deal going on. The salesperson knew nothing about the online prices and that should have been my first clue…We did a test drive and I found a few issues with the car. We went to talk numbers. I started with a pretty low offer because I had shopped and found much better prices elsewhere. Mind you, most of these prices were out of state and I let them know that I wouldn’t be opposed to driving for such a great deal.
I still decided to talk numbers and try and work out a deal. When I looked at the pricing sheet I found they added back questionable add-ons (paint protection, $250 floor mats, etc) and that took the price close MSRP again. I questioned these and the salesperson couldn't understand why I questioned the add-ons.
Next they give me their financing sheet with payments and asked me which payment looked best. The payments ranged between $900 and $1100. The funny thing is they hadn't pulled my credit yet. When I asked about the interest-rate they couldn't answer me as to what their rate was on the sheet. Again, they seemed baffled that a 900 dollar payment looked bad to me. Who would pay that much a month for a $40000 car? I later figured out they were offering 13.9 interest.
When I continued to balk at the numbers, they sent the sales manager over. We discussed my concerns with the price, we discussed my credit (which is really good, just below great), as well as a few concerns I had with the vehicle. He said to sit tight and he would see what he could do. He walked 15 feet away, said something to the salesperson and not two seconds later the person came back over to tell me “I guess you’re headed out of state” and "thanks for stopping by". No additional conversation or negotiation.
I called a Nissan dealer in Gwinnett and told them what I was looking for and what I wanted pricewise. When I got there they had already worked up a few options they worked with me to hit my numbers. Thanks to them, I successfully purchased a pathfinder. Plus the new dealer didnt charge for any add-ons except for the dealer fee and they provide 2 years oil changes and maintence.
Great Experience - SAGMon

TERRIBLE SERVICE - UpsetCustomer2017
I decided to give this Nissan Autonation a try after having an extremely bad experience with the service department at the one off of Thornton Road but at this point I never want to buy another Nissan just so I have never have to deal with them. I had an appointment at 10am to have a spare tire changed and my brakes replaced. I dropped my car off at 8:40sm because I had to be to work. I got a call later in the day saying the brakes needed to be replaced and it would be $236. I said great go ahead and do it. When I got to the dealership to pick up my car I was told I would have to bring it back the next day because the tire was not in and that the total for my brakes would be $313. I thought ok probably just taxes added in. Then her supervisor came over and said she forgot to charge me for labor and it would actually be $538. The agent forgot to mention it would be $236 for each brake set. And tried to give me a $30 credit because she knows she made an error. Ashley was a sweet person but should probably consider looking for a new job because she her mistake cost me and extra $300 I can only imagine what she's costing everyone else
The worse experience I have ever had - Moamos 40
This is the worst dealership that I have every been to! The employees are rude and unprofessional. I have bought 2 previous new Nissans and wanted to stay with Nissan. I was interested in trading in my 2013 Nissan Rogue for the 2017 Nissan Rogue. I went there on August 12, 2017. I was pressured into getting the 2017 Nissan Altima. After having it for 2 weeks, my bank informed that my note was past due and about to get a late fee and the paid off quote they had gotten had expired. So after calling them for 3 days and leaving messages with no return call, I finally spoke with Chris the finance manager who said he did not know what was going on and would find out and call me back in an hour which he didn't. I called back the next day August 26, 2017 and spoke to Chris and he tells me that the deal did not go though and I need to bring them $5000 more dollars or bring the car back, I asked why no one called me and informed him that I had turned in my license plate for my truck and added the car to my insurance, he started yelling at me saying either bring them $5000 or bring the car back that all I can tell you. I felt that I should bring the car back after how I was treated, get there and Chris is gone and the salesman there is trying to ask me to put another $1000 down, then $2000 to keep the car I declined because I did not like hoe the deal was handled and asked for my car back and my deposit. They said my car was locked next door in the used car lot and they could not get the keys. I went back the next day , Chris tried to get me to put $1000 down and keep the car, I said no just get me my car and my deposit after keeping me waiting for over 20 minutes he come back and tell me my car is not there and is at another location and I would have to come back. I told him I have to work I work 9-7 and its a 40 minute drive and they would be closed when I get there. He told me they would deliver my car and deposit because of my inconvenience and pick up the car. But when I called him the next day he told me my car was there but he had to wit for them to process the check and it would not be ready until the next day. Next day I go to the dealership, surprise my check still not ready but they have my truck and Chris is not there, so I leave with both cars. 30 minutes late Chris calls my phone yelling at me to bring the Altima back I asked if he had my deposit he says no so I told him I will bring the car back when he have my money and he tells me either I bring the car back or he will repo it and I won't get my deposit. I tell him I will be back tomorrow. I leave a message for the general manager the next day, he calls me back and is no better than Chris. Tells me they have to get the car back and inspect it before they can give me my deposit back. I make arrangements for them to come pick up the car because I turned in the license plate on my truck I wouldn't have transportation to get back home. They get the car back , J.B. calls me tell me he inspected the everything is good they have processed my check and it is already in the mail. This is Friday September 1, 2017 and I should have it by Tuesday on Friday I called and left message because I still did not have my check. He called me back said he would check into it and call back never did. I called Saturday September 9, 2017and spoke with J.B. he asked if I paid with a debit card, I said yes so he said I had to come swipe my card for them to put it back on my card. I drive all they way there and he sent me to Chris and Chris bring me in his office gets on the computer never saying anything to me and five minutes later hands me a receipt saying he put it back on my card. I asked I don't need to swipe my card he says no he was able to do it without it. I can't they had me running back and forth there for a week, when he could have just put it back on my card the whole time. Not even a I'm sorry.
Best ever!! - Tiff16001
Thank you and Steve so much for everything this weekend!! It's very seldom that you don't have even one complaint in a car transaction much less nine in two car transactions!! You guys went above and beyond and made it so simple and stress free and made us both so very happy!!! So again thank you!
Recalls - Mad customer
Went in for recalls on my airbags and springs under my car, drove it in and wasn't able to drive it away. They had my car for three days, called and told me it was ready ,get there the car would not move!! Found out they broke my cv axle, ball joint, and motor mount. They did not offer to fix my car but gave ME a bill for $600.They of course put the blame on me EVENTHOUGH I only went in for some simple recalls.I would not recommend coming here for repairs. Take it elsewhere! Thank me later!
Bate and switch (fraud ) - Ed Laborde
My wife and I drove 182 miles, one way, to Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia on 9/16/17 to see a car that was advertised online at a reasonable price. We were greeted by Weiss Naderi, our salesman. He wasn't the one I spoke to on the phone about the car but that was alright. I ask him to let us drive the car and of course, he said he would go get it. He came back with it and we took it for a drive and REALLY liked it. I agreed to try to work a deal. We went inside and began the process. After signing and completing the deal, we walked to our new car with the salesman, he gave us the key We drove off the lot and, of course, we were in heavy traffic like you'll find everywhere in Georgia. I heard a whining noise and thought it was outside noise from someone in the traffic. Once we went far enough to get into less traffic I still heard the noise and realized it was coming from our car's transmission. We had been at the dealership for 3-4 hours already and had 182 miles to go to get home so I continued to drive realizing every mile I drove that I had been screwed. This was a "BATE AND SWITCH" situation. If I had been allowed to drive this particular car upon arrival, I would not have bought it. They knew that and gave me a different car of the same color to test drive.I put a stop payment on my down payment check and called Nissan corporate office in Franklin,Tenn.
I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was... - burrita
I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was a pleasure to buy a car, but these folks made it a great experience from start to finish. They were quick to answer my questions about the vehicle, and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I was an out-of-state buyer, and they offered to pick me up at the airport (1 hour, 15 min drive) and stayed open late to allow me time to get there. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They were located a few miles away from the row of brand-new car dealerships coming into town, and their showroom is little older and less fancy, but if you're in the area and looking for a Nissan at a fair price in a low-pressure environment, this is the place for you.
