I have been going to Stone Mountain Nissan for service on my 300ZX and my 350Z for close to fifteen years. I have been treated with courtesy, exceptional service, and outstanding workmanship. Anytime I had my car serviced, whether for regular maintenance or something broken, the work was performed right the first time. I NEVER once had to return for the same issue. Recently my 350Z saw the end of a long and wonderful life and it was time to purchase another car. I so much wanted another Z, but couldn't afford a new one. Looking all over, they had a 2 year old 370Z with only 10,000 miles on it. The price was still a little much for my pocket, but the dealership went above and beyond good service to work with me for a fantastic price and give me a higher trade in value for the 350Z than I expected. Long story short...they made an offer I couldn't refuse, and I purchased the CPO Z that very day. There was no hassles or forcing extras on me. They made the entire process smoother than could be imagined. I would recommend this dealership for anything Nissan, and especially my salesman Tim Berry.

I recently purchased a car at Gwinnett Nissan. It was truly a good experience. The sales guy came out immediately upon me entering the parking lot. He introduced himself and ask what I was looking for in a car. I told home and my price range, he took me to the computer pulled up several choices for me , I choice one, we liked at it, I drove it and loved. We went back and talked price again . He got his boss involved and he asked me what exactly I wanted to happen in turns of price and they made it happen for me. I left with the car I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. I had to close out my paperwork with a different guy and he was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood it. It was truly a great car buying experience!😁👍🏾
Unprofessional and rude! - Car buyer
I had to purchase a car and found the one I wanted online with this dealership. I used my own financing so I wouldn’t get scammed with added fees and overpriced vehicles. I did great in that respect all on my own actions. I lived out of state so I had to make extra efforts to pick up the car, I would have expected more from them since I did all the work for them with the financing and pretty much handed them my business. I dealt with a green sales person who had to keep repeating my questions to someone for answers ( which led to conflicting stories and empty promises. ) They would tell me they would do this or that and ended up doing nothing. I got fed up and drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the car and when I got there to sign paper work and leave the people in the dealership were pretty rude to me after the empty promises and conflicting stories! I would not recommend this place because their customer service is crap. I work in the sales industry and I don’t treat people that way so I expect the same. It’s a shame everyone doesn’t feel the same. Good luck to you guys but I can see that with a few other dealerships in close distance and your unprofessionalism you won’t stay in business!
Recalls - Mad customer
Went in for recalls on my airbags and springs under my car,drove it in and wasn't able to drive it away.They had my car for three days,called and told me it was ready ,get there the car would not move!! Found out they broke my cv axle,ball joint,and motor mount. They did not offer to fix my car but gave ME a bill for $600.They of course put the blame on me EVENTHOUGH I only went in for some simple recalls.I would not recommend coming here for repairs. Take it elsewhere! Thank me later!

They will tell you one thing on the phone/email and once you get there, have you wait, and then tell you something else. We were told they would match an advertised price, then after driving there and waiting, they told us the best they could offer was $3,000 higher than the corresponded price.

Went look at a new Nissan and the FIRST offer they presented was a decent price on the car but $2000 in dealer fees. Tried to negotiate with them and they wouldn't budge one dollar. Never had a salesman not negotiate a deal. Thankfully I walked and got a a dealer who wanted to make a sale and was willing to negotiate. Don't waste your time here, go to any of the surrounding dealers and you'll save money.

Awful Dealership, Damaged My Car Beyond Repair - FordFella
The most horrible, unprofessional service I’ve ever received at a dealership.
It all started when my alternator went out in 2016. They were very friendly at first, but the moment I decided to trust them with my car, everything went downhill.
They stole several items out of my car when giving me a “complimentary detail” for which I did not ask, and they could not seem to locate the items when I personally went back to the garage to look for myself.
They “fixed” my alternator - only to find out they’d broken my A/C in the process. When confronted, they tried to act like they didn’t do it, until I went to management.
Foolishly, I trusted them again with a simple task: replacing windshield wipers. In doing so, they left the plastic on the new blades, which was a serious hazard driving in rush-hour rain.
Just when I decided to stay away from AutoNation Nissan Marietta, my alternator went out AGAIN… only one year after they “fixed” it the first time. Again, they tried to wiggle out of taking responsibility, until I spoke with management… again. The cherry on top….. Two hours after picking up the car from the dealership, it broke down in the middle of an intersection…..
I ended up needing to get a new car (which I was not happy about, and it was NOT from Nissan). It was apparent that they’d damaged my alternator (and who knows what else) beyond repair.
The only reason they have such a high rating on Google is because they give incentives for good reviews - but please dig deeper before trusting them with your car.

I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was a pleasure to buy a car, but these folks made it a great experience from start to finish. They were quick to answer my questions about the vehicle, and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I was an out-of-state buyer, and they offered to pick me up at the airport (1 hour, 15 min drive) and stayed open late to allow me time to get there. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They were located a few miles away from the row of brand-new car dealerships coming into town, and their showroom is little older and less fancy, but if you're in the area and looking for a Nissan at a fair price in a low-pressure environment, this is the place for you.
