There is NO other dealership in Gwinnett County that has the dedicated employees as Gwinnett Place Nissan has.
I have worked with J.P. Gibson, whom is a young product specialist. I purchased two vehicles from him this year.
The finance manager, Ryan Little, is a very honest, fair, and caring individual. It is very difficult to find people like Mr. Little whom you know has your best interest at heart and genuinely cares about you as an individual.
Regarding the Service Department, I have worked with Alex Catalfano as my service advisor. I trust him and his judgment 100%. If he tells me they (technicians) have discovered something which needs to be replaced or repaired, they always give me options. They don't start working on it without FIRST telling me how much this particular issue is going to cost me.
I love this place because of the people. The quality of vehicles is exceptional, but most importantly, working with people -- particularly car salesman and service advisors -- stands out more than their desire to make a profit.
Recently, a nail was found by Pete, a service technician. I immediately said let's put a new tire on. He told me that he can simply patch up the area where the nail was instead of me buying a new tire.
This kind of honesty and genuine concern makes Gwinnett Place Nissan the dealership other dealerships envy, and they set the standards for all others to follow.

My Husband and I bought an suv tonight from Robert. Our experience began with Ryan on the phone as he followed up on an internet deal. He talked with me about setting up an appointment and personally greeted us when we arrived. Robert was our sales team member and he was personable, honest and down to earth. He was up front about things in the car that we were looking at and didn’t push us to look out side of our price range. He was willing to help in anyway possibly and stayed an hour past closing to ensure we were taken care of. Jerome was the finance manager and he too was great! Walked us through the paperwork to minimize confusion and also stayed an hour past closing to take care of us. Ryan, Robert and Jerome made this car buying experience a memorable one. They made us feel welcome and treated us like family. I highly recommend this dealership.

Unprofessional and Untrustworthy - NissanATL
Both the sales GM and the GM of this dealership are not as friendly as they seem. The name of both are Scott and one of them try to be all peaceful but don't let them fool you. The sales GM is a xxxxx he will look down on judge you and will not help you if he doesn't like you.....and when you tell the GM about the sales GM unprofessional he will just take his side because they are all buddies and have each other backs so you as a customer have nothing to say or they will not do anything for you ....they will claim that it just a misunderstanding just shut up and take your car leave since you are just trash to them.....trust me they will show their true colors once they don't like you.... I will never refer anyone to this dealership....I don't like playing the race card but in this instance they definitely made me feel hated...and just judged by a sales GM that is just bad for that company I would never want to hire someone like that idiot...just to let you know I purchase a 2018 car and they treated me like I was just a piece of trash that I didn't deserve the respect or the service of a customer...something was wrong with the 2018 car but they refuse to hear me out and told me to come back at their convenience.....didn't even try to help me with the issue of the new car....other dealers would of gave me a loner till the car was fix but that sales GM was such a disgrace that he just told me to leave and come back when someone can take a look at it.... so please don't shop there if you are in that area looking for a Nissan go somewhere else....I should of went back to Hyundai down the street maybe they would of treated me with more respect.......
Unprofessional and rude! - Car buyer
I had to purchase a car and found the one I wanted online with this dealership. I used my own financing so I wouldn’t get scammed with added fees and overpriced vehicles. I did great in that respect all on my own actions. I lived out of state so I had to make extra efforts to pick up the car, I would have expected more from them since I did all the work for them with the financing and pretty much handed them my business. I dealt with a green sales person who had to keep repeating my questions to someone for answers ( which led to conflicting stories and empty promises. ) They would tell me they would do this or that and ended up doing nothing. I got fed up and drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the car and when I got there to sign paper work and leave the people in the dealership were pretty rude to me after the empty promises and conflicting stories! I would not recommend this place because their customer service is crap. I work in the sales industry and I don’t treat people that way so I expect the same. It’s a shame everyone doesn’t feel the same. Good luck to you guys but I can see that with a few other dealerships in close distance and your unprofessionalism you won’t stay in business!
Liars. - Car Shopper
The price on their website is a lie. They try to charge you an addendum for around $700 for "environmental protection package" which the sales person told me she didn't know what it was for and a few lug nuts. They also try to charge $699 for document fees (what, to type up a bill). Then, they try to charge you more than $1000 if you don't finance with them. Never, and I repeat NEVER buy here. They lie so much that they can't even tell you how much the car costs.
Poor performance in all areas - g-man
Bought a brand new Nissan Titan. They had to get it from another Auto Nation dealer. Did not come with promised accessories. I drove the new truck out of the dealership and their were existing recalls. Also dome light did not work. Also could not get my iPhone voice recognition to work with the Bluetooth.
Took it back a couple of times and the resolution from the inept service department was that iPhones are "tricky" and it would never work. Really? I hear they may become pretty popular.
Tried to get Nissan to help. They told me I had to work it out with the dealership.
Arvind Serathy, General Manager of the dealership, was no help. He will tell you anything to get you out of his office, but no resolution.
Never will buy at Auto Nation and never another Nissan product. Recommend going anywhere but here.
bad brakes - angrymama
Had brakes put on here two years ago and they've never been right.Took it back last week.Paid $115 for brake work and the brakes are actually WORSE!!Spoke to Cass,the so-called service manager.Total jerk.Emailed the main office.They didn't bother to read my email.Just sent my contact info to the sales dept.-0 stars

I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was a pleasure to buy a car, but these folks made it a great experience from start to finish. They were quick to answer my questions about the vehicle, and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I was an out-of-state buyer, and they offered to pick me up at the airport (1 hour, 15 min drive) and stayed open late to allow me time to get there. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They were located a few miles away from the row of brand-new car dealerships coming into town, and their showroom is little older and less fancy, but if you're in the area and looking for a Nissan at a fair price in a low-pressure environment, this is the place for you.
