This was my 1st experience with Regal Nissan. Everything from the operator who answered the phone to Warren, who picked me up, was a pleasant experience. Sheldon sold me the battery and he was great, he put it in for me and explained how to start the car once I got home. Warren stayed with me the entire time making sure I was able to get my car started. I just needed a battery replaced in my key fob and he took me to the dealership, waited for me and brought me home. Even when I got home and I couldn't start my car, we got jumper cables and he jumped the car and it started. Very professional I will definitely be back to this location to have my car serviced in the future. Thank you to everyone who helped out today, especially Warren. The only downside to my experience today was when I called in and spoke to Armando. He wasn't very helpful, he didn't even tell me that shuttle service was available for me to come to get the battery replaced. When I asked him if they provide shuttle service he simply said yes but I may do better going to Walmart to get my battery replaced and then to come to that location. That was very surprising to me since I've never been there and I would think Nissan would want to have a future customer. Other than that, everything else was awesome!

Randy Moore and Tim Dye were very easy to work with. They completely made me forget that I was dealing with a sales person. They honestly made me feel like family and not just a number. With that being said, we have never met face to face and made the deal over the phone. These gentlemen even delivered my vehicle at no extra charge. I'm very busy at work and live over 80 miles away from the dealership. I will only buy from cronic Nissan from now on and definitely send anyone interested in buying a car there.

Made a request via Trucar and someone contacted me within minutes and took my requirements and came back to me with quotes on the phone. That was first good sign that they are sure about their quote. I did shop around and other dealers would not match the deal offered by Gwinnet Place Nissan. The final negotiation was quick and surprisingly, not painful. Got the car and very happy with everyone involved, especially, Chris.

Unprofessional and rude! - Car buyer
I had to purchase a car and found the one I wanted online with this dealership. I used my own financing so I wouldn’t get scammed with added fees and overpriced vehicles. I did great in that respect all on my own actions. I lived out of state so I had to make extra efforts to pick up the car, I would have expected more from them since I did all the work for them with the financing and pretty much handed them my business. I dealt with a green sales person who had to keep repeating my questions to someone for answers ( which led to conflicting stories and empty promises. ) They would tell me they would do this or that and ended up doing nothing. I got fed up and drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the car and when I got there to sign paper work and leave the people in the dealership were pretty rude to me after the empty promises and conflicting stories! I would not recommend this place because their customer service is crap. I work in the sales industry and I don’t treat people that way so I expect the same. It’s a shame everyone doesn’t feel the same. Good luck to you guys but I can see that with a few other dealerships in close distance and your unprofessionalism you won’t stay in business!

I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes ML 350 from Town Center Nissan on May 25, 2018. Weeks later, I am unable to drive the vehicle due to safety concerns for myself and child. Agreed upon repairs from Town Center Nissan were NOT performed. I was instructed by the service department to seek assistance from Mercedes due to their limited knowledge. I was quoted $2,382.27 for repairs from Mercedes. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to speak with Town Center Nissan to rectify the situation. I emailed Scott Graap, Scott Middleton, Rick Mathis, Dominique Goodrow, Bernard Faulk, and Aziz Atot THREE times and NEVER received a response. I left a message for Scott Graap and he did not return my call. I spoke with THREE representatives from Nissan corporate who were unable to help and advised me to contact the dealership AGAIN. I would NOT recommend purchasing an automobile from their dealership. Town Center Nissan does NOT exhibit the excellence they promote and lacks integrity. It is my sincere hope you heed my advice and take your business elsewhere; I do not wish this experience on anyone.

The most horrible, unprofessional service I’ve ever received at a dealership.
It all started when my alternator went out in 2016. They were very friendly at first, but the moment I decided to trust them with my car, everything went downhill.
They stole several items out of my car when giving me a “complimentary detail” for which I did not ask, and they could not seem to locate the items when I personally went back to the garage to look for myself.
They “fixed” my alternator - only to find out they’d broken my A/C in the process. When confronted, they tried to act like they didn’t do it, until I went to management.
Foolishly, I trusted them again with a simple task: replacing windshield wipers. In doing so, they left the plastic on the new blades, which was a serious hazard driving in rush-hour rain.
Just when I decided to stay away from AutoNation Nissan Marietta, my alternator went out AGAIN… only one year after they “fixed” it the first time. Again, they tried to wiggle out of taking responsibility, until I spoke with management… again. The cherry on top….. Two hours after picking up the car from the dealership, it broke down in the middle of an intersection…..
I ended up needing to get a new car (which I was not happy about, and it was NOT from Nissan). It was apparent that they’d damaged my alternator (and who knows what else) beyond repair.
The only reason they have such a high rating on Google is because they give incentives for good reviews - but please dig deeper before trusting them with your car.

Went look at a new Nissan and the FIRST offer they presented was a decent price on the car but $2000 in dealer fees. Tried to negotiate with them and they wouldn't budge one dollar. Never had a salesman not negotiate a deal. Thankfully I walked and got a a dealer who wanted to make a sale and was willing to negotiate. Don't waste your time here, go to any of the surrounding dealers and you'll save money.

I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was a pleasure to buy a car, but these folks made it a great experience from start to finish. They were quick to answer my questions about the vehicle, and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I was an out-of-state buyer, and they offered to pick me up at the airport (1 hour, 15 min drive) and stayed open late to allow me time to get there. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They were located a few miles away from the row of brand-new car dealerships coming into town, and their showroom is little older and less fancy, but if you're in the area and looking for a Nissan at a fair price in a low-pressure environment, this is the place for you.
