Very responsive - NSR
Leon has been wonderful for the 2 times I have gone to this particular BMW dealership. He is professional, responds in a timely manner and I have no problem recommending him.

White 320i (2018) - Asheima
This is my second BMW I bought from Ms Karen Anderson. My first car was a 328i (2015) and now I have a 320i (2018). Ms Karen is very patient and she doesn't push you into getting something you don't want. I was determine to get a white car my second time around and Ms. Karen made it happen along with all the features I wanted and some in my new car. I got both cars for the price I wanted and thanks to Ms Karen I'm a satisfied customer.

Greg Myers Makes BMW of Towson Great - Wkfjr
Greg Myers is exactly the type of Service Manager you want. He started out as a technician, so you never have to worry about his competency when it comes to repairs and maintenance. He will advocate for you with other dealership departments and even your warranty company and third-party companies. Greg is a reliable communicator and always replies to messages. He’s also personable, never fails to ask about your family, and is overall a great forward-facing rep for BMW of Towson
Great dealership - lenebene
We truly had a great experience purchasing our 2nd car from BMW of Bel Air. We purchased a used vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. Fran Meyers was our sales guy. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Rachael H was amazing. Both helped keep our 4 crazy kids busy while we filled out all the paperwork and worked the deal! We couldn't have proceeded with the deal without them. Last but not least, they turned our tags around extremely fast esp with titling in PA.
Poor Customer Service - Paul Boyce
I was greeted at the dealership by Ben Allen, and I informed him I wanted to test drive a pre-owned 550 that was listed on their website. As we sat at his desk to take my information I asked if a 535 would come with the same features (lane departure, blind spot etc.) as a 550 - Ben's response took approximately 35-mins explaining in numbing detail the nuances between a 535 and 550.
We finally get outside to drive the car and it needs gas. Ben drives to the gas station, Ben then drives us around for 15-mins in a very aggressive manner "to show me what the car can do". When I'm allowed to drive the car, Ben sets the seat and mirrors for me and explains this is the ideal position for driving (I'm 49, have owned several cars, with one accident when I was 21). My time driving the car was a total of 4-mins. I informed Ben I would be back Friday (my visit was a Wednesday) with my wife, and if she approved we would purchase the car. Friday morning I get an alert from CarGurus the car was sold; Ben has yet to inform me the car has been sold.
