After finding out my car was a total loss last week from an accident that occurred in March, I was very stressed and had little time to find a new car. Fred Leavitt made this process much easier for me. Fred was absolutely amazing; kind, patient, informative, and helped me each step of the way of purchasing my new Jeep. He listened to my wants/needs, spent hours searching through the inventory, and made sure it was just right. Bob and Jason were also incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative! I could not be happier with my purchase and overall experience at Heritage Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Parkville and I will be back soon to go through the process again for my boyfriend!

When I saw the videos of the new 2019 RAM come out I knew I had to wait for these to come out as opposed to getting a 2018 off the lot. After searching various dealers when the 2019's just started to arrive I could not find the truck with all the options I wanted. I didn't want to buy a 60k+ truck and not have it perfect. Due to that I decided to place my first Factory Order for a car and build it to the exact specs I wanted.
I was connected to the sales team at Ourisman in Clarksville, MD and I could not be happier with the end result. I live in Northern VA and the drive for me was about 80 miles but it was worth every bit of my time.
I placed the order for my truck on Saturday 4/28 and it came in 7 weeks later on 6/16 when I picked it up. Through the entire process I was helped my Matt Moon in sales. Matt was super responsive with my all my questions while I was waiting on the truck and let me know the day it made it to the dealer. Matt made for a very pleasant buying experience and I would recommend anyone to him.
My entire purchase was a NO NONSENSE process and it was an amazing experience. My sales price on the truck and trade in on my car were all agreed to when I placed the order back in April. There was no discussion of price when the truck came in and I actually got the truck for EVEN LESS since I could take advantage of a new rebate that I could not use before. I really got an amazing price on this truck.
If you are in the market for a new truck there is nothing better on the road than these 2019 RAM's. You just have to test drive one to know how great they really are. The interior in the high end trims like the Limited I purchased are just jaw dropping gorgeous. Do yourself a favor and go check one out at Ourisman in Clarksville, MD and ask for Matt. We purchase new Jeeps every 3-4 years. We've been dealing with Thompson since 2005. Recently I decided to order an extra set of floor mats for my 2018 Jeep Rubicon Recon that I purchased in late December. I spoke to Joe Pearce in parts and they were special ordered for my. Chrysler. My husband and I stopped by one evening to look at a 2018 Durango. We came back the following evening to make the deal. We were very impressed with everyone involved and ended up driving the truck home! From our salesman to the sales manager to the finance manager, we were quite happy. Looking for a Tradesman in NJ I had no luck. I was in a trade that was impossible to trade except for when I spoke with Carl Granville there. They worked with me for close to 1 month , keeping me in mind for something that can be done. After 1 visit to the dealership meeting Kim the Finance person and working with the management team they made it happen.
I got a kool truck with no hassles or games. Good people that never mislead me during this venture.

I've bought over 15 cars in my life time, this by far was the best experience i have ever had with any dealership. Everyone from Rodney Mattison (Internet Sales Rep) to John Barbo (Sales Rep) were immaculate and professional and made my wife and i feel like family. Anytime the owner walks over to introduce himself, that speaks volumes about the company. I have yet to encounter another dealership that seems to put customers above making a dollar.
Fluff on top and incompetent from Top to Bottom - dix6767
Spent 100k in a week on 2 trucks. Trouble from the start, second vehicle delivered in horrible condition, took it back and cleaned it again but obviously didn’t lift the lift gate. I was told they didn’t want to use a cleaner on it so they didn’t mess up the paint, I took a wet cloth and it came right off. List goes on and on, the straw that broke the back for us, our trade-ins were not paid off in time and I had to shell out $500 to get those loans closed, dragged me along for over a week and could honestly careless. Suddenly the fault is mine, and they honestly could careless (notice a pattern). As I told everyone at Cook, I am not a complainer but they sure make it easier to become one. Never Again, I have two beautiful vehicles and would be just fine getting my old one’s back then go through that again. A lot of fluff on the surface but upper management is garbage! I have documentation and messages to back all of my statements.
Bumper to bumper warranty not honored - Nomorejeepjunk2018
Took jeep in for warranty work, 28k miles, 2016 grand Cherokee. Loud squeeling brake noise. Tried to charge for diagnosis, didn't fix vehicle, wanted to charge for warranty work while not replacing 1 part, never called corporate for guidance, when picked up vehicle after wasting time, inside vehicle seat was filthy, fuzz and dirt on seat, no floor protectors. Am now dealing with corporate on this ripoff dealership, next move magnuson moss, and consumer affairs division. Absolute clown club.
