I came in from Vermont needing an oil change (I wasn’t able to get to my dealer there, as I’m working out of state). Antonio McDowell was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took me into the service area to show me that I was needing tires, also, and worked up an estimate and offered his advice on the tires. I would go back again to Al Packer with my Escape.

I drove down to Apple Ford today, David F. had called me Monday evening, and I told him that I would come down today. He was busy with a customer and took me to Neville D. Neville was great and so was every one that had a part in the sales process. David took me to Neville, Mike, and Teresa were great. Last Tuesday night at 10 pm I was on the highway and the rear tire on my rental was slowly but surely folling into pieces. I had an early fly to Ft Lauderdale and there was no time to have this fix.
Tom and Victor decided to open extra-early and fixed the tire. I was on my way before 7:30 AM and made it to my hotel and then to JFK on time.
They saved my vacation.

Overall service from techs was good. Customer service as it relates to receptionist was terrible. It took 2 hours to actually get someone on the phone. It was a manager who picked up the phone and I explained I just needed an answer to when a part was coming in.

I purchased my car with Century Ford of Mt Airy and had all of the service performed at Century Ford. Two issues recently came up and had my car in with Century Ford service department for 3 weeks and claimed they fixed my car. Three weeks later, my car started up with the same two issues that Century Ford claimed they fixed. I returned my car for the second time and they stated "they couldn't find anything wrong with my car". I was told two different stories from the Service representative and then the Service Manager within two days. They have lost a loyal customer due to them not willing to try and work with me and fix my car but just say that they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. I hope they will treat other customers with better service and courtesy then what I was given.

Took company truck in March 14, 2018 for recall work. Instead the service technician broke door latch during recall work. Told me they’d call me when replacement part came in but until then I’d have to wind down my window to get out of my truck. Gee thanks right. Wouldn’t have been a big time if would’ve been taken care of at end of March like they told me. After calling several times with same answer-“ I told you we’d call when parts came in”. I’m in awe now that 50 days later a 5 star so called company hasn’t resolved this issue. My truck worked fine before going there.

So fortunate to have Denton Ford only an hour from our home. For a solid month, I researched pickup trucks, Ford pickup trucks, and at least 6 different states trying to get the right truck for me and in our budget. I was just about cross eyed when I was finished. I kept going back to Denton Ford because their price was the closest I could find to our budget. I gave them a call and told them they had to pick up trucks that I would like to test drive, in no time at all they had them both on their lot for me to come look at! My wife and I showed up and couldn't believe just how pretty both of them were. I was feeling very very under the weather and honestly did not even want to be there. Betsy came in on her day off without complaint so my wife and I could test drive both of these trucks, she was happy as a lark! After my wife and I drove Each truck, I got in our car and felt like I was dying! My wife Linda, went inside and talk to Betsy and some of the other employees about the trucks for me. We still needed the price to come down pretty significantly to put one of those trucks in our driveway, and to be honest I didn't think it was going to happen. What's that saying.... Nothing ventured, nothing gained... So, they did a credit check on us and our credit wasn't absolutely perfect by any means, but then again it wasn't bad. They stretched our payments out over 84 months and got our payments really close to what we needed. But really close isn't the same as what we needed. At that point I still wasn't sure what was going to happen. My wife and John went back and forth on ways to make it work and lo and behold between John and whoever he was speaking with on the other end of the phone they put it in the pocket, that beautiful truck is now sitting in our driveway. I will forever be indebted to Denton forward for helping us get pretty much my dream truck, at the monthly payment we can swing. So hats off to you Denton Ford, anyone I come across that is looking for a vehicle I will be sending them towards you!!! My son already knows about you guys and he is going to be buying a new truck within the year he thinks. Sorry but then again not sorry for this long review but that is how it went down. My wife and I now are the proud owners of a Ford F-250 XLT crew cab pickup truck, the color of it is a white gold metallic with a tan/camel interior. Happy Happy Happy

Okay, I should have posted when the incident happened a while back, but it has irked me ever since, so here goes.
Took my Ford f150 there for brake and brake line work. No problem.
Brought it home, then a few days later drove it several miles when my real wheel CAME OFF THE TRUCK!
I found that there were two broken lug stems, but the other stems had no nuts on them!
I immediately called them from Lancaster County for a tow to their shop, explaining that I had just been there, and there was no doubt in my mind that they had somehow failed to properly replace my wheel.
Their response - "sorry, can't help you, it's not our responsibility,and we don't know what you or anyone may have done to the wheels between the time you left our shop and now, so we aren't going to warrant our work".
Had to call Harrington Auto in Rising Sun for a tow and repair at their shop at a cost of several hundred dollars.
Please feel free to call either of these shops to inquire is there is doubt to the facts.
I could also tell the details of a brand new vehicle purchased from them that required repair to the transmission under warranty no less than 6 times, that is....until the warranty ran out, after then, they didn't 'know us', and to this very day, the transmission doesn't function properly.
