When arriving at Al Packer I was greeted with the utmost respect without feeling any pressure. When Craig Parks first approached me, he treated me as if he was there to help me rather than sell me. After speaking with him I felt comfortable with forward actions in my purchase. After I finally found the truck that I wanted, he worked with me to find the best option so that I could leave with my brand new Ford F-150. Overall my experience with Craig was the best car buying experience that I have ever encountered. I will definitely recommend him and Al Packers to others because of the comfort that I experienced.

If you are in the market for a new Ford in the Belair MD area you have to go see Gordy at Plaza Ford. He was so down to earth and real. We felt he handled our transaction quickly, honestly, and was fully transparent during the entire process. I went to Koons just to inquire about a car i was interested in. The process was faster than me writing this review. The staff was friendly answered all of your questions and very respectful. I got there at 1145 am went on a test drive in the car i wanted. At 12:15 they were running my Credit, by 1230 i was signing all the paperwork that needed to be signed and they were getting the care detailed and filling it up with gas. At 105 pm they were giving me the keys to the car. Melvin Bagby, and Will Malloy was so awesome to work with. He even asked was I okay. My answer to him was i was still shocked on how fast and painless the process was. I've been to dealers in the past where it pretty much takes up most of your day. I hate going to dealers because it takes up so much of your time. This one was completely different. Well organized and got there stuff together. If your interested in getting a new car or used i would highly recommend Koons Ford of Baltimore.

I purchased my car with Century Ford of Mt Airy and had all of the service performed at Century Ford. Two issues recently came up and had my car in with Century Ford service department for 3 weeks and claimed they fixed my car. Three weeks later, my car started up with the same two issues that Century Ford claimed they fixed. I returned my car for the second time and they stated "they couldn't find anything wrong with my car". I was told two different stories from the Service representative and then the Service Manager within two days. They have lost a loyal customer due to them not willing to try and work with me and fix my car but just say that they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. I hope they will treat other customers with better service and courtesy then what I was given.

In buying a Mustang on-line from Ohio, trust and confidence were critical in my decision to purchase a car sight unseen. Crouse Ford delivered on both factors in working with Brady Crouse both via email and phone. He was responsive to my inquiries and worked with me on his personal cell phone when not at the dealership. All his commitments and condition of the car were met. I am very happy with the Mustang since delivery in Ohio. Even though we have not met in person, I got the feel of a "family" dealership. Customer service was as good as it could have been from a long distance purchase. This was my first on-line car purchase. I was concerned and nervous. Crouse Ford with a Certified Pre-Owned Mustang and a representative like Brady Crouse made this a great experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Our son went to this dealership, to purchase a vehicle. After a few issues arose, I called (I live out of state) to speak to the GM, to help with the issues. The GM was rude, did not care about how he was speaking to a customer and then hung up the phone on me. Because of the principal of how the GM treated a customer, my son went to another dealership and bought a car with NO issues. Do not recommend this dealership, because of the actions of the GM.

So fortunate to have Denton Ford only an hour from our home. For a solid month, I researched pickup trucks, Ford pickup trucks, and at least 6 different states trying to get the right truck for me and in our budget. I was just about cross eyed when I was finished. I kept going back to Denton Ford because their price was the closest I could find to our budget. I gave them a call and told them they had to pick up trucks that I would like to test drive, in no time at all they had them both on their lot for me to come look at! My wife and I showed up and couldn't believe just how pretty both of them were. I was feeling very very under the weather and honestly did not even want to be there. Betsy came in on her day off without complaint so my wife and I could test drive both of these trucks, she was happy as a lark! After my wife and I drove Each truck, I got in our car and felt like I was dying! My wife Linda, went inside and talk to Betsy and some of the other employees about the trucks for me. We still needed the price to come down pretty significantly to put one of those trucks in our driveway, and to be honest I didn't think it was going to happen. What's that saying.... Nothing ventured, nothing gained... So, they did a credit check on us and our credit wasn't absolutely perfect by any means, but then again it wasn't bad. They stretched our payments out over 84 months and got our payments really close to what we needed. But really close isn't the same as what we needed. At that point I still wasn't sure what was going to happen. My wife and John went back and forth on ways to make it work and lo and behold between John and whoever he was speaking with on the other end of the phone they put it in the pocket, that beautiful truck is now sitting in our driveway. I will forever be indebted to Denton forward for helping us get pretty much my dream truck, at the monthly payment we can swing. So hats off to you Denton Ford, anyone I come across that is looking for a vehicle I will be sending them towards you!!! My son already knows about you guys and he is going to be buying a new truck within the year he thinks. Sorry but then again not sorry for this long review but that is how it went down. My wife and I now are the proud owners of a Ford F-250 XLT crew cab pickup truck, the color of it is a white gold metallic with a tan/camel interior. Happy Happy Happy

Nope! First we worked with Jake - who was fine and knew what we were coming to see... walk in and I’m asked all over again which vehicle I was looking at and told that Jake only gets me into the dealership but I’ll have to work with another person, Read: please explain what you’re looking for over and over again because we like being inefficient and wasting your time.
Secondly - NOT family friendly!! No changing tables at all! Had to change our baby outside in the front seat of our truck in 27 degree weather.
If you have a family and are considering a ford go with Apple Ford in Columbia - clean, friendly and even has a kid play area for them and BEST prices we’ve found hands down.
If they want to fix it they need to:
-equip your bathrooms with changing stations; and educate your staff as they didn’t know whether or not they even had changing tables.
-ensure turn over from your internet office to your front desk and sales people
-teach people how to properly greet customers and remove a condescending tone from your reception people as they attempt to explain to you why you have to first tell the internet team what you’re looking for, and then tell them, and THEN tell a sales person.

A big THANK YOU to Alexis, the after hours telephone receptionist. My 19 year old son was on his way to pick up his car which was ready from servicing. It was however after 7 PM, the service department was closed. Alexis took the effort to find my son's paperwork, closed out his account and made arrangements to get his car from where service places cars to be stored overnight. Alexis did right by my son so that he did not have to come back the next day from the Eastern Shore. As a parent, this meant a lot to me and I say Alexis represented Koons Ford in an exemplary manner. Thank you Alexis!!

So my wife had her mustang towed here because I was out of state she her coolant system blew antifreeze all over the engine and the temperature guage went high. She paid the 130 diagnostics to find the thermostat housing had cracked. Estimate cost 570 after the diagnostics fee was deducted. I told her to tow it home, I'll fix it when I got home.
I not a mechanic, but 72 dollars in parts, an hour under the hood, and an internet video is what it cost me.
This company will fail with labor prices at $500/hour.

I have had my truck serviced there several times. They have always been polite and done the work I requested.. no more no less. Randy my service adviser has worked with my extended warrantee company and and saved me thousands. They have always treated me fairly and I will keep coming back.
