I usually don't like dealing with sales people because of the pressure they put upon you and I started out cautiously, but Ernie's friendly demeanor and non-pressure vibe put me at ease. Ended up purchasing a 2018 Honda Accord EX-L. I started on their website with their up front pricing (I LOVE THAT!) but had to finish the deal at the dealer because I had a trade and was using Capital One Auto Finance (Auto Navigator service). Every time I go to buy a car the games begin and I usually figure out later I've been taken advantage of in one way or another. No matter how hard I tried to avoid it, this industry is good at taking advantage so I approached this purchase with all the distrust I've collected over the years. Thankfully, Robert Baker, our rep, was patient. We had spent 3 hours at Jim Coleman Honda working on the exact same car a day earlier but their sales manager put me off and they were charging $600 for an appearance package and $130 for nitrogen in the tires. I had bad vibe there so we left. We were going to look at a Ford Fusion because I thought we could get better discounts but then I stumbled upon the online car buying at O'Donnell and at the end of the day O'Donnell came in 3K cheaper than Jim Coleman's best price (or so they insisted). My only feedback would be to bring the documentation in line when using Capital One Auto Finance pre-approval service. They are one of their participating dealers BUT you still have to sign a Honda credit application that states they can send your credit to Honda or others. I almost walked at that point because, as experienced previously in my life, dealers do what they want and when you tell them verbally to only send to Cap One, they send to two or three others to see if they can make a better deal for themselves. The credit app should not contain this conflicting legal language when using Cap One. Once again I ended up trusting a dealer with my credit and I'm happy to say this time they honored my request and did not take advantage. They put my app through to only Cap One. They do get you for $228 in pinstripes and that irritates me a bit but weighed against all the other experiences I've had buying cars, this one was the best, so I let it go. Overall, there aren't any reasons why I wouldn't go back. I appreciate the up front pricing and doing only what I ask in regards to running my credit. The price was great too.

Great sales experience but Finance guy sucks . I highly recommend having your finance in place so as not to deal with this person for any length of time. If you aren't buy he has no reason to deal with him. A wet dish rag has more personality than hi,. Otherwise the sales experience was great for someone like me who despises the car buying process.

The Finance manager and our salesman were awesome! The salesman was very educated about the Honda CRV we purchased. The finance manager had all paperwork ready when we arrived at the dealership so we were in and out. I made a short drive to this dealership, as opposed to a dealership a bit closer to home, but it was well worth it for the friendly service I received!

I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.
