Out first contact was with Brian Bluman via email. We expressed the details of our finances and exactly what we were willing to spend for a specific used vehicle they had on the lot. After a few minutes, he
sent us a PDF agreeing to the amount of our request pending approval. An appointment was made with the salesman, Mike Ballard.
Mike exceeded our expectations! He was friendly, courteous, professional and made the entire experience simple, easy and stress free. After visiting 2 previous dealerships, this visit was refreshing.
In-addition, Scott (the finance specialist) was also exceptional in every respect. Best Sales Team we ever experienced.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the options on the car, and the inventory was good so there was a great choice of colors.

Went in for an Oil Change. I was in and out in a flash. Jennifer Yadvish always very nice and helpful. I totally trust her recommendations when she gives them to me. I was disappointed that you did away with the car washing. The people at the service desk where you pay your bill is always super friendly too.

1st the service manager never returned my call, then when I called him, he was rude and condescending. I was not impressed with his customer service skills. I spend $36K on a nn a new car, just to be treated so poorly by the service department.

Very rude service department. I asked the service manager to point out the hole in my condenser - next thing I know he was in my face demanding that I do not speak to him in that "tone". Seems like the service manager is full of himself. I walked into his office and first thing I see are his feet up on the desk, leaning back in the chair like he owns the place. I ended up getting "kicked out"

I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.
