This is the second time that I have brought my vehicle in for service and, once again, the experience was excellent. The multiple methods for booking made it convenient and they were able to accommodate my preferred time. I received notifications via text and email to remind me. The service was performed quickly and the car was delivered back to me with a complimentary wash. I waited in the showroom that was equipped w Starbucks Coffee and WiFi. They had offered a loaner vehicle if there was a need to keep my car for an extended period. Very easy.

I can't begin to explain how great our experience was with Acura of Peabody especially the exceptional service we received from David. The majority of our interactions were done through email except for the day we test drove our new used MDX. Due to our smooth exchanges we drove the extra distance just to deal with David. Our email communication was a no pressure conversation in comparison to others which don't pay attention to what you're asking and all they want is to know is when you can go in for a test drive. I was dealing with another dealership at the same time, due to the different interactions between the 2 is the reason why we chose to drive the extra 40 mins each way. Once we got to Acura of Peabody, David was nothing but courteous and helpful. He asked if we had any questions then brought us for a test drive, during this time he went over the car in detail. Once we got back to the dealership he asked what our thoughts were about the car. From that point forward we handled the paperwork, which is where things usually go downhill, however that wasn't the case. The great experience continued, David went above and beyond for us. What I forgot to mention is that he actually met us on a Sunday on his day off and also delivered the car to us on his next day off. Once we completed the paperwork with him we dealt with Vanessa, she was great, quick and to the point. We completed our entire interaction on less time than I had experienced before. Again I can't say enough about the entire experience. Thank you again David.

I brought my car in for an airbag recall. When i received my car back it had the airbag light on. The dealership originally refused to fix it. As soon as i completed the survey i received i heard from an associate there looking to fix the issue. We spoke a few times and when it came time to arrange the pickup of my car for them to fix he disappeared and never heard from him again. I left multiple voicemail's and never received a call back. Finally I was connected directly to him and he recalls the situation perfectly however blamed the fact his extension changed. He now will not stay true to his word and fix the issue that the dealership caused. Do not trust bringing your vehicle there for any type of work as you will get it back with an issue that you did not have prior to arriving there.
