Had a great experience with my 2013 Silverado. Talked to John about different options to fit my budget, went for a lengthy test drive, truck needed a repair. Repair was done for me before I signed and picked it up. Mike in finance was able to get me a better warranty for the same price then originally offered. Only complaint is a full tank of gas would have been more appreciated, cost me $70 as soon as I pulled off the lot. All in all, a great experience, go see John, you wont be disappointed!

When I went in to the dealership I was greeted by Charlie and Janice they were very attentive listen to what I needed and introduced me to Mike Kinney the salesman I told Mike I would like to trade in 2 cars on a new vehicle he showed me three vehicles I selected a 2018 Ford Escape Titanium we went for a test drive and Mike was very good about answering all the questions I asked him during the test drive and even more knowledgeable when we got back to the dealership and he showed me all of the features that I didn't realize that I was getting and show me how to use them and spend a lot of time on the safety features which impress me quite a bit we settled on a deal and later that day I spoke with Kathy who was in the finance area she was well experience in a job friendly attentive to questions and we were in and out of there very quickly and professionally treated for that reason I would definitely recommend Janelle two friends and folks I know that may be needing cars or service in the future thank you

For my wife, I purchased a Ford EDGE 2015 loaded model from Imperial Ford with the help of Dean Childs, Sales; and Lou Carvalho, Sales Manager. They allowed me to take the vehicle home, show it to my wife and then bring it back. Upon my return to the dealership, I told them we really liked the car but the price was not in our budget. Lou said, "Let me see what I can do for you!" Currently we had been paying $350 per month on the vehicle we were trading in. Lou and Dean offered me a monthly payment (INCLUDING a non-deductible 9 year/150000 mile warrantee) under $400!!! It was a no brainer. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. Buying a new car for me is like pulling teeth. When I lurched my F250 last year I ended up yelling at the salesman and manager. Which is why I didn't return when buying a new mustang. I decided to try Wareham Ford. The dealership is very small by today's standards (which was a welcome surprise). I was treated kindly and with respect by Serena and all involved. Those Maga-dealers need to take lessons.

I went to Quirk Ford to look at some trucks. Mike Travers asked me if I needed any help and showed me some new F-150s. Unfortunately, the brand new trucks were out of my price range. But, Mike found a quality, certified used pickup truck with low mileage that was within my price range. He did not pressure me at all. But, he was able to get me a deal that I just couldn't turn down. I also worked with Antoine Jamison and Chris Cannavo and they were also a pleasure to deal with.
