This is the second experience I have had at Lamoureux Ford and it won't be the last! I always enjoy the time spent with my sales person and the financial exec. It is always quick and painless and the folks are not just professional but are also packed with personality which I really appreciate! Not only would I send my friends, as their slogan says, but I consider them now friends! I'm a bit picky and so they went above and beyond and helped me design my car exactly how I wanted it! Not only did they "nail it", but in my eyes - they "Gailed it"!

I have to be honest my last buying experience, July 2017, was not a good one at Jannell that I swore not to go back. A month ago I was getting service on my explorer and Rob Sylvia approached me and struck up a conversation. We hit it off so last week I decided to give Jannell another shot. NIGHT and DAY experience. Rob was busy with another customer when I arrived, I didn't have an appointment, so I waited for him to finish. I am very thankful I did. Rob was extremely professional and manage the entire process. He made sure everything was ready and prepared one step ahead. This is now the 3rd car I have bought from Jannell and by far the best experience I have had. If you are looking for a good, honest and attentive sales person then Rob is your guy. First class all the way.
Then came time for finance. Kathy was my kind of girl. She shot me straight and was to the point. I knew what I wanted and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!! Completely happy with the process!
The sales manager Bill remembered by last experience and made it a point to come over and speak to me. He also check in during to process and make sure everything was going smoothly.

Salesperson Bob Morrissette went above and beyond to find the exact F150 we were looking to purchase. It came from another state, arrived when promised and our purchase experience was completed within a couple of hours. We received a crash course on the vehicle and electronics and drove home. There was a crack in some molding which no one noticed on purchase day. But when notified, F of L promptly ordered the piece and scheduled the repair. We had great experience at F of L when we purchased vehicles there before which is why we returned to make this purchase. Excellent!

I decided to try Wareham Ford. The dealership is very small by today's standards (which was a welcome surprise). I was treated kindly and with respect by Serena and all involved. No charge for 4-wheel alignment because vehicle was "perfect" when checked. Service has always been timely and reasonable cost. Other dealerships (not Ford) have attempted cheating me in the past to charge for repairs & parts not needed.

Hunter answered all of my questions and was very easy to work with, Shawn was extremely pleasant and did an excellent job of explaining everything in regards to finance, and Robert provided VIP treatment from start to finish.
I shopped around at numerous Ford dealerships before finally buying from Quirk Ford. Quirk offered me the best price by far on a new Platinum Ford Explorer and offered me the best trade-in value by far on my previous vehicle. They were also willing to work with me on accommodating all of the extra options that I wanted installed in my vehicle before taking delivery.
I could not be happier with the service that I received from Quirk Ford. Next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, I’ll just start here and avoid all the runaround that the other dealerships give.

My entire experience with Stoneham Ford was dreadful. Their sales staff members, Lisa Canha and Chris Santarpio, were both unresponsive and would ignore my emails. I would ask them for information and not hear back from them despite the fact that I showed great interest in purchasing one of their high end vehicles. Chris Santarpio attempted to make me believe that once the current promotion ended, there would be no more promotions which we all know is a lie.
The sales manager was very insulting. He attempted to lowball me on my trade-in vehicle, offering far below the Kelly Blue Book trade-in value, even after admitting the vehicle was in excellent condition. On top of that, he was very rude in trying to tell me what I wanted in a vehicle rather than letting me decide for myself.
The dealership was not willing to negotiate price and let a $50K+ sale on a year old vehicle slip through their fingers knowing full well the new models would be arriving any day. This dealership has more vehicles than they know what to do with, which isn’t surprising since it’s obvious they don’t know how to sell them.
