This was our first GMC purchase, it was easy as pie thanks to Mike Foster. We went in Sunday and after a few hours the deal was done and the sale is complete… The car was ready two days later! Mike spent an hour going through every detail in the car with us and was helpful in every way. He was available via text and phone the whole time. I've worked with salespeople at a variety of dealerships. I've bought Lexus, BMW, Honda, more. Chris Adams is by far the most professional salesperson I've run into so far. He helped me close out on a 2017 Terrain Denali. I actually never even knew much about GMC except that they make trucks. Happened to be driving by on the way to a Jeep dealership to shop for the Grand Cherokee Limited, and thought I might as well do my due diligence and check out GMC since they had some good looking SUV's outside. Chris Adams happened to be the salesperson at the door, and I told him I was just exploring. He was the opposite of the hard sell, and more like a high-end concierge at a 5-star hotel. I work in Cambridge, and have done most of my car buying in Boston and Watertown, so it was completely random stopping up here in Lowell. So glad I did! Chris Adams basically asked me what I was interested in, asked interesting questions to try to figure out my goals, and only showed me cars that I might be interested in. When test driving, he also let me drive wherever I wanted with absolutely zero pressure to hurry back to the dealership. It really let me relax and try the car out. Then when we got back, he asked a few more questions to figure out how I felt--no pressure at all, he really was genuine in trying to understand my goals. I left the dealership thinking I'd end up in a Grand Cherokee, but after trying the Cherokee out and feeling the quality and comfort was a level below that of the Terrain, I waited a couple days before contacting Chris again. Not a single phone call from the dealer, which is what I'd requested, since I find phone calls and voicemails tiresome. We started the process over email, and Chris was super responsive and detailed.
A 10 out of 10 experience, I would get another GMC when it's time to get another car if Chris is still around just to deal with him.

I purchased a truck from Tom Abbott, he was great. I am a contractor so getting to the dealership is tough. I sent a few dealers requests for prices, Tom was the only one to call me back in a timely manner, one dealer actually called me back a week later when I was at dealership taking delivery. Tom had the truck and paperwork all lined after doing everything through phone and email. I met with Joel in finance to finalize the deal, he was also nice and very professional. Lance was open and honest in negotiation process. We got to a agreed upon price quickly, not a lot of trips between salesman and manager while negotiating the price. I shopped many dealerships for this vehicle both large and small and Lance was by far the best experience.

Leased new work truck. - Daily Maintenance
We needed a new truck at work to replace the 2008 Silverado that was worn out. I solicited prices from 3 dealerships to determine the best value for what we needed in a truck. Banks came in with the lowest overall lease price for a new 2017 1/2 ton 4X4 pickup truck. The vehicle was in stock and ready to go in 3 days even with the addition of the spray in bed liner. The process of leasing this vehicle was quick and easy.

The team at Deluca usually does a good job - we’ve had our Acadia for 10 years and 170,000 miles and have serviced our vehicle exclusively at Deluca for the last 9 Years. Generally we’ve been very happy with the service. The car isn’t as reliable as a Honda or a Toyota but service experience generally is good to very good. This last visit I brought the car in for a issue that I unfortunately need to return for which is difficult given my work schedule. I’m sure they will address issue to satisfaction - they always do. Just inconvenient this time.

Returning customer for third purchase. Great credit, money down if needed, etc. Salesman Adrian was great, but could only do so much. Dealer held back by their inability to swap in other units of the same model AND their finance team’s banking network. They tried to force me into something else on the lot (different model, chassis and size) I was told I would half to put down at least $5k and my interest rate would be close to double digits :) (Used car tactics) Spend nearly two weeks back and forth, finally went to another dealer as they can’t make a deal with what I really wanted. (Purchased the new truck within 25 mins of being at the new dealer, hundreds of the same model in stock, $4k more for trade in, Put down $0 down, in a different state, literally night and day.)

Sales at Robertsons are great. Service is horrible the guy who runs the front desk ( Jim ) has know personality and takes know responsibility. Horrible experience on recalls and schedules my truck has been there four times for shaking on the highway. I scheduled a oil change and recall for Thursday, I bring my truck in They tell me they have me down for Friday. God help me I have know patience this service department. My advice buy your vehicle some where else

Went in once and discussed a truck with the salesman. Then had multiple conversations and emails regarding the truck and price. Finally agreed to price over email only to get in there and be told the same truck that we discussed was going to cost me $4,500 more. It wasn’t a case of the truck being sold, it was the same stock number. I showed the sales manager the email that stated the price I was told by their salesman and I was told it was a miscommunication on their part. An honorable dealership would still honor the price, NOT PRIME. I wouldn’t even waste your time inquiring on a price because they will say whatever you want to hear and then not give it to you.

This dealership by far is the worst I have ever dealt with. I leased a vehicle and went to buy it out. They said "you have to come in for the paperwork" I've never heard of that before. I went in for the "inspection" and they wouldn't provide me the paperwork. They lied to me about how I had to finance with them after I was already approved at my bank. They sat down and lied straight to my face. I would never buy a vehicle here again and I strongly recommend that no one buy a vehicle from them.

Great Service, unexpected surprise - foodie42
I was really surprised at the excellent attention that was demonstrated by Rob Wayburn & Andrew. I wanted a preowned car within a certain price range. My first experience was with Robert several months prior, unfortunately I was unable to find anything at the dealership. Robert took my information and promised to notify me if anything comes in. At this point I was use to this being the last time I'll ever hear from a sales person. Pre-owned cars are a hit or miss issue as it is. To my great surprise, Robert called several months later with a potential car that will meet what I was looking for. SEVERAL MONTHS ! Rob, was attentive and kind, I actually ended up purchasing not the car Rob called about ( it did meet my needs ), but, a slightly more expensive car. I couldn't be more please with my experience as well as the car. I was treated very fairly & respectively. I has some minor issues that I wanted repaired or replaced. I went to Rob, he walked me to the service department & introduced me to Rich in the service department to make sure I knew who to go to. Rich was also friendly & very patient as I tried to explain my issues. Not a problem well take care of it. Even though this is not a GM product, I will continue to have my car serviced at this dealership. I just can't tell you how great my experience has been with Cape GM, Rob should be commended for his outstanding customer service skills, thus , making this dealership stand out more than others I have experience.

BUT, after meeting this staff this dealership went to the top of my list. We were treated great! Offered very affordable terms and our time was valuable. Great job to this crew!!! My experience leasing a GMC Acadia through my business was fantastic. Initial contact was made by me online. Jim sent me an email asking a few questions and he followed up with a voicemail. I emailed Jim back with what I was looking for and within a day he sent me a couple of options; I knew from online research that the deals Jim sent me were well below MSRP and they were very competitive. I have to admit that after looking up a few different vehicle makes online the Acadia was probably #3 on my preferred the list but the hassle free, ease of doing business with Lance put them over the top for me. Jim drove the Acadia to my office so I could take a test drive. I liked the car and told Jim to find me one (the one I test drove was almost exactly the model I wanted but not quite). He found me the car, I went to the dealership that night, signed some paperwork with Geoff who was very helpful setting up the lease through my company... and the car was delivered to me a couple of days later. The entire process went off without a hitch, Jim was attentive and made sure I got in the car I wanted, there was no pressure or shady tactics one sometimes sees from other car dealerships. All in all, I'm very happy with everyone at Lance.
