Ron is an amazing salesman. My mom and I came to Peter's looking to potentially get into a Civic and Ron was very helpful and knowledgeable about Honda products. We ended up going with the Accord instead. Ron worked with us throughout the process and made it a very smooth process. We could tell that he cared about getting us into the right vehicle. The no haggle policy allowed us to focus on our needs rather than price, which was extremely fair from researching a half dozen of the same vehicles. Angela was great. I recently bought a used vehicle from here and will never step foot in this place again. I suggest you not either. The sales person was great, and the service manager who helped me go over the vehicle was a solid professional which is why I gave it two stars. I gave them 4 days notice of my coming in, and their response was to have the car not ready with a dead battery, be rude and condescending to me while trying to pressure me into using their financing, and playing dumb about how bank transfers work. Had I not traveled 2 hours and already dropped off my one way rental I would have left and gone back home. The sales team members were talking negatively about me in their little area, and didn't seem to care when it was pointed out to them not once, but twice that I could hear them. I stayed the night to make the deal work, and was met with more sarcastic comments from the sales team when I showed up the next morning to finish the deal. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized sales and financing team.

For a simple oil change, I got virtually every aspect of the cars operation checked. In addition, there was a problem with the windshield wiper. The service agent took time out to attempt to fix, when it did not meet with his satisfaction he found a slot immediately in the repair schedule, without my asking, and within 15 minutes had the job done. What more can you ask?

Buying a car is never easy. At Honda Gallery we had a great experience, after shopping around at other places (and other local Honda dealerships) the service at Honda Gallery was far better. From a call to confirm the make, model, color, style we wanted to see was available to signing on the dotted line and everything in between, it was great. Herve was our sales consultant (we will absolutely use him again), he answered all of our questions, took us though everything, assisted with the dashboard set up when we took ownership and was overall really honest and helpful.

I wanted to share an experience I had with Autofair Honda in Manchester NH. I inquired about a 2015 Volvo )2015 VOLVO XC60 T6 PREMIER - VIN: YV4902RK8F2644217). The price was 22.5k. We exchanged several emails with the last (send from Autofair) to me) stating the vehicle was sold. So I said oh well...on with my search. A day or two later I see a 2015 VOLVO XC60 T6 PREMIER pop up at Autofair Subaru in Haverhill Ma. And wouldn't you know...it was the same car! So...Autofair Honda lied to me. They moved the car to their Subaru dealership in Haverhill MA and increased the price by 2K. So...I'll leave it up to anyone who reads this to decide if they want to do business with any Autofair dealership.
P.S. - google the VIN if you want to verify. Your search will return links to both Autofairs (manchester and haverhill). Same car...that they 'sold'...now 2k higher in price.
