Overall I had a great experience at this dealership. I had been looking for a car for a few months and had been quite disappointed at other dealers. Here attention was polite and efficient from the first call. I was able to see and test the car I was interested in as soon as I got to the dealer, and they were quick to provide all the info I needed. It was great working with Matthew Strong, he made the hole process from testing the car to driving it home absolutely smoothly; when some issues came up with the paperwork for the title, Matthew made sure to keep me informed as soon as there were any developments (responding to my calls even early and late in the day) and even drove all the way to Boston to drive me to the dealership so I could pick up the car as soon as it was ready. It was my boyfriend and I's first time buying a car from a dealership. We knew, based on our budget, we would have to buy used and we walked in incredibly nervous, not knowing the first thing about cars, loans, or dealerships in general. We had all sorts of terrible visions of the stereotypical "sleazy used car salesman" in our heads and we were sure someone was going to try to talk us into something we weren't comfortable with or otherwise trick us with wordplay or numbers we didn't understand. Of course, we got nothing of the sort. When we walked in, Russell came over and helped us out right away. He was very friendly and straightforward, answering all our questions clearly and to the best of his ability. He made things incredibly easy. I remember when we left we were looking at each other asking "was that it..was it honestly that easy?" Russell made us feel incredibly comfortable and gave us all the tools we needed to know we were making the right choice every step of the way. Moreover, I really appreciated that no one tried to push us into anything we couldn't afford or didn't feel comfortable with. They gave us all the options, laid them out, and let us decide on our own with no pressure. They even told us how to go out and do our own research if that's what we wanted to do. They took care of everything, from the car loan to the insurance right down to the plates and registering. I didn't even have to step foot in an insurance office or DMV. It was so simple, and everyone was so friendly and understanding despite our many questions. A big thank you to Russell and to everyone at Lundgreen Honda for all your help!!

I was hesitant about going to Honda Gallery after reading all the bad reviews on yelp, but I made an appointment with Tina to see the 2011 CRV advertised so I decided to go.
Erick Joseph was the salesman I dealt with and he was wonderful. He could sense my ambivalence from the start, and although I kept asking him the same questions over and over he remained extremely patient and continued to go over everything with me until I was satisfied.

My wife and I were looking for a new 2018 Honda Civic to replace our 2012 which we gave to our son. Living in New Hampshire, I searched all the NH Honda dealer’s on-line Civic inventory and found none with the trim, color, and options we desired. Since growing up in Holden, MA, I have driven by the Ron Bouchard’s Honda Store countless times. My wife and I figured to give the Honda Store a chance.
We reviewed the Honda Store’s on-line inventory and found the 2018 Honda Civic we were searching for. I contacted Internet Sales rep Ashley Wirta. who was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL! She was extremely helpful and pleasant, both on-line and via phone conversations. She quoted me the Honda store’s e-price which was better than another nearby Honda dealer (BHW in Westford, MA). Any questions I had, Ashley promptly returned my email or phone call with the answer. My wife and I agreed on the price.
We were then put in contact with salesman Casey Bortle. who also was EXTREMELY courteous, helpful, and pleasant. We set an appointment time and traveled to the Honda Store. When we arrived, Casey introduced himself and warmly greeted us at the door. He went through all the car buying paperwork. Then covered all the many options and how they worked, even syncing our phone to the car. It was an enjoyment to deal with Casey, a TRUE PROFESSIONAL!
The bottom line: The Honda Store made car buying a pleasure, something that is virtually extinct in today’s world. Their sales personnel, Ashley Wirta and Casey Bortle, are UNSURPASSED in customer service and are the BEST! With our car buying experience through the years, the Honda Store has become #1, a definite 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you!

The no haggle policy allowed us to focus on our needs rather than price, which was extremely fair from researching a half dozen of the same vehicles. Angela was great. In finance, Vitor was very good with me, and got me a good rate, and also gave me financing advice for the future! I didn't know exactly what to expect at first, because every dealership is different, and let's face it, we all hear horror stories of salesmen and sales managers. Nothing but lies from the get go - Angry and Disgusted
So let me give you a little tip...To start out, I purchased my 2007 Honda CRV from Prime Honda around 7 years ago. I live about an hour south of this dealership but I found just the CRV I wanted on line for a really good price. Right before I left my house I called them to make sure that this specific vehicle was still there and to tell them that I was on my way. I'll bet you can guess what happened next. Yep, the ole bait and switch. I got there and, "Oh my God!, it had just been sold! But we have some others that you might be interested in". Well to put it mildly, I flipped the F out right there in the showroom! After my public display of anger and disgust they became very accommodating and I actually ended up getting a better vehicle for the same price as the original one that I wanted. So you might be saying to yourself, "That was 7 years ago. Why complain about it now?" Well the story of how sleazy Prime Honda is does not end there. Part of purchasing a used vehicle from them was a dealer-based lifetime Powertrain Warranty. The only caveat being (this is what I was told at the time.) was the fact that I had to get regular oil changes and tire rotations done at their location only. So I kept up my end of the bargain. Every 5000 miles I would leave work early in order to make the 1 hour trek to West Roxbury to get my (over priced) oil change and tire rotation. This went on like clockwork for 7 years! On Friday I called to make my next appointment and for some reason I just thought to ask about the warranty and check to make sure that it was still valid. Jeff Bertoni in Service told me that as long as I had been within 1000 miles of getting my oil changed and tires rotated by their service department, and as long as I had been having my transmission fluid changed by them every 30K miles I would be good. WAIT A DARN MINUTE! I was NEVER told about this tranny fluid change having to be done by them! I did get it done, but I had my local transmission shop do it instead of hauling xxx a mile north to have Prime do it for substantially more money. Any sane person would realize that if I was making that long journey several times a year for an oil change to keep my warranty, I most definitely would have had them change the transmission fluid to stop it from becoming void. Jeff told me he wasn't absolutely positive about this so he would check and get back to me the following day. Obviously I had to call him back and leave messages three times before I was finally able to hunt him down and get a definitive answer. I guess they were hoping to suck me in for one more oil change today. When he told me that my warranty was indeed void I told him as nicely as I could (Hahaha!) just what I thought of Prime Honda and that they would never, ever, ever see me again. So there you have it! Don't say that you weren't warned.

Made an appointment online. Arrived timely only to be asked why I didn’t call for an appointment as was their preference. Asked me to leave my car overnight despite the fact I only needed to have a quick diagnostic due to “check engine” light. Clerk couldn’t understand why I #1 made an online reservation, #2 why I couldn’t leave car overnight, #3 didn’t I see how many cars they had waiting to be serviced, #4 next appoint available for checking a “check engine” light would be in 14 days. I sat in their lot, made a call to Boch at 11:15 a.m. and was asked if I could make their next appointment at noon! Arrived and was greeted like family and received quick service!! Ocean Honda.....goodbye.

Made a deal on the phone, went in with wife to go over deal, said would go to lunch and decide. Waited a day called to make sure deal was still on,they said yes. Drove in to sign deal, drove an hour away. Arrived picked out color and car was suppose to get $4950 off as quoted with email. When arrived and ready to go and told them I would get my Honda Care on my own, they balked at the price. They knew I knew how much it really cost to purchase it anywhere at any Honda dealer. The Honda Care had nothing to do with the deal. Was lied too from the beginning to end.
