Follow up on buying experience - Honda purchaser
A few minutes after I finished my previous review I received a follow up call from Jamie Garaufis, another sales manager. We had a very pleasant and productive discussion regarding my prior conversation with John Desrochers. After establishing that I still wanted to purchase the car, he graciously proceeded to finish up the transaction. I cannot describe how much happier I am with the dealership and Jamie, Jill, and the telephone receptionist ( whose name I don't know) in particular. They turned a terrible experience into a very easy, professional, and enjoyable transaction. I would now highly recommend the dealership and this sales team. It took a lot of professionalism to call me back after my previous experience with another employee.

I just bought my CR-V from Honda Cars of Boston, and after the great service I received I was compelled to write a review. John Fitzpatrick was my salesman, and he was fantastic! It was by far the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. John took such good care of me- he explained and demonstrated all the features on the car- and there are a lot in the 2018 CR-V Ex-L's! He was patient and answered all my questions. Over the three days from shopping for the car and driving it off the lot, John stayed in close touch during each step of the process.I was so impressed with this dealership and this salesman- everything went so smoothly and without a hitch. He even called to check in with me to see how I was enjoying the car, and encouraged me to call anytime with any questions or if I needed anything. What really impressed me was that I brought my daughter with me who was possibly interested in buying a car. After discussing her options with John, it was determined it was not the right time for her to buy a car. Imagine that! Most car salesman would've only cared about selling another car even if it was not a smart financial decision for the customer. I have bought many cars over the years and have varied experiences, When I bought my last car eight years ago at Herb Chambers Honda in Boston, there was a delay getting the car on the day it was originally promised and I felt kept in the dark and had to keep calling them...not this time! I recommend anyone buying a car go see John Fitzpatrick at Honda Cars of Boston!

This was my first visit to Honda Barn in Stratham, NH. I was the closest dealership to me when my car would not start. I was greeted and helped by Laura who got my info into the system and said they would try to et to my car that day but more than likely it wool die Monday. We agreed that the battery needed checking as well as the alternator. Along with that also wanted them to to the 60,000 mile service. Laura called on Monday and said that the trouble was my battery and replaced it. Got a call on Tuesday letting me know my car was all set and ready for pick up. Laura was very informative and explained exactly what was covered in terms of what they did. I arrived and picked up my car on Tuesday. I will definitely go back to this dealership for service on my Honda. If I had to choose one negative it was that they told me the car would be washed on the exterior but it was not. I was very happy with the service they provided.

My wife and I were looking for a new 2018 Honda Civic to replace our 2012 which we gave to our son. Living in New Hampshire, I searched all the NH Honda dealer’s on-line Civic inventory and found none with the trim, color, and options we desired. Since growing up in Holden, MA, I have driven by the Ron Bouchard’s Honda Store countless times. My wife and I figured to give the Honda Store a chance.
We reviewed the Honda Store’s on-line inventory and found the 2018 Honda Civic we were searching for. I contacted Internet Sales rep Ashley Wirta. who was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL! She was extremely helpful and pleasant, both on-line and via phone conversations. She quoted me the Honda store’s e-price which was better than another nearby Honda dealer (BHW in Westford, MA). Any questions I had, Ashley promptly returned my email or phone call with the answer. My wife and I agreed on the price.
We were then put in contact with salesman Casey Bortle. who also was EXTREMELY courteous, helpful, and pleasant. We set an appointment time and traveled to the Honda Store. When we arrived, Casey introduced himself and warmly greeted us at the door. He went through all the car buying paperwork. Then covered all the many options and how they worked, even syncing our phone to the car. It was an enjoyment to deal with Casey, a TRUE PROFESSIONAL!
The bottom line: The Honda Store made car buying a pleasure, something that is virtually extinct in today’s world. Their sales personnel, Ashley Wirta and Casey Bortle, are UNSURPASSED in customer service and are the BEST! With our car buying experience through the years, the Honda Store has become #1, a definite 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you!

The no haggle policy allowed us to focus on our needs rather than price, which was extremely fair from researching a half dozen of the same vehicles. Angela was great. Purchased a car from here, with damages to the interior of the vehicle, which was promised to be repaired. Roughly a month later, someone did a botch job on my seat. Had contacted the salesman I purchased the car through to get it fixed, promised to fix it the right way. Over a period of 5 months, they weren’t able to “reach the upholstery guy” contacted salesman and even went to the dealership once and spoke to them one time when I had other work done to the car (certified vehicle) rotors were rusted over. Spoke to the manager, they tried calling the guy no answer..left, said they would let me know if they hear from the guy. Few months later still nothing. finally got sick of waiting& asked to speak to manager, salesman called. said they were going to make it right for me, said they were going to order seat cover and replace it alls I needed to do was make an appointment. Scheduled appointment, went in for the repair, they had no idea about the repair, nor did they have the seat cover (that I confirmed with my salesman that it had been delivered PRIOR to scheduling my service appointment) and sent me away to come back another day. A week later I go back and finally get seat fixed. Long story short, use another dealership. Not worth wasting your time. Never been treated so poorly,

I got very helpful service and advice from Michael in the Service Centre -- we discussed adding a roofrack to the car and he located and priced the correct model and even had the spare parts person show me the precise model.
The showroom is pleasant and I enjoyed a coffee while waiting.
The service (annual check and oil change) took less than an hour. I arrived on time and left about 1 hour later. Well done to the team. I recommend Honda Village to others.

Went in to buy a 2016 Honda Civic EX for my son. Larry was great as well as the GM and Finance. However, the service department is less than desirable, and wonder if they have anyone in there that actually knows what they are doing. Signed paperwork on a Monday, but they told me the AC unit needed to be replaced and would be ready for pickup on Tuesday. Tuesday came and then they say they found out the AC unit needed a new line, come back Wednesday. Picked car up Wednesday, only 1 Key. 1 Week later get the second Key. Look and there are no valve stem covers. They said car was not in accident, carfax reports differently. Driving home Wednesday 2 miles down the road, the TPMS lights come on, called and salesman said he forgot to tell me. After 2 days notice rear muffler bracket hanger popped a weld, so bring it in to have re welded and they stick 3 self tapping screws in it putting 3 new holes in the undercarriage and slop fluid film over it. xxx??? If it came from factory welded, why not re-weld instead of being lazy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HONDA SERVICE DEPT!!!!! Should have followed my gut and gone elsewhere.
