My husband and I visited the dealership on Memorial Day. We were quickly greeted by Gill and whisked away to his desk. I was searching for an affordable lease as I will be attending graduate school soon. Gill listened intently to my must-have and nice-to-have lists. He wasted no time in getting me in the driver's seat of an Elantra. Gill was extremely knowledgeable on our test drive, answering all my questions and pointing out features I didn't know about. Once back at the dealership, Gill offered to allow my husband and I to chat for a bit before coming back to the desk. This really tells me a lot of about Gill... since most car sales folks won't leave you alone for two seconds. I appreciated this immensely and it furthered my my desire to continue discussions. Once back at Gill's desk, he worked very hard to find a monthly payment where everyone felt comfortable. I really felt he was going to bat for me and made it happen! I would recommend looking for Gill in the back right corner next time you visit Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn.

Bought my Hyundai Tucson from Rt 44 Honda a few years ago.
I have only needed service a couple of times and when I went back to Rt. 44 Honda , they always had to order parts from Hyundai and never had them readily available.
I decided to try Rt. 44 Hyundai last year and I was very pleased.
This past week my air conditioning stopped working , I live on the Cape and thought I’d try to have it serviced locally. They had my car all day , never looked at it until 1/2 hour before I was going to pick it up ! Told me I needed a new compressor and would get prices for me before they closed. That was 5 days ago , still no call !
i called Rt 44 Hyundai and spoke to Cory in the service department who promised to call me back with an estimate in 30 minutes , 10 minutes later I received a return call from Cory with an estimate! He arranged for me to have a complimentary rental car and my appointment was today. Everything went perfectly and my AC works great! Sometimes it is worth traveling “the extra mile” to be treated as a valued and appreciated customer ! Highly recommend Cory and the Rt 44 Hyundai service department. Thank you:)

Nashua Hyundai sold me a car but they then told me they could not give it to me. They had no title for it Nate Green, General Manager, refused to cancel sale. He refused to give me the name of his superior. He said I would just have to wait as long as it took to locate the title. Then he Hung Up on me. Would he have used bully tactics if I had been a man instead of an older woman?

scheduled an oil change at 1:30 wasn’t done till 3:30. What’s going on Hyundai? 2 hours for an oil change is absurd.

I was to trade my car in and was told that my car was worth $14.500 then I went to the site on Mirak site Black Book and it said my trade was worth at least $ 15000. When I got to the dealer I waited 45 minutes to see about my trade. I was told that it was only worth $12500 My car is a 2017 Ford Fusion SE with 3150 miles on it. It still smells , rides and looks NEW. I am not happy with this dealer

I recently went to look at a Hyundai Sonata I found on a car app, at Prime Hyundai South. Before going, I called the dealership and I was connected to Louis Ferreira. I was sort of nervous because this was my first time buying a car and I didn’t want to be taken advantage of. Just over the phone, Louis was a very respectful and polite individual. He quickly and promptly confirmed the car I was looking at was still available at the dealership. I decided to take a drive by the dealership to look at the car. When I met Louis in person, I was impressed with his dress attire. He had a full suit, which revealed to me that I was dealing with a professional. After a bit of small talk, we took the car for a test drive. While in the test drive, Louis explained the car and all the major features, but he didn’t overload me with useless info. He also squeezed in some small talk and even gave me some great tips to build up my credit. When we got back to the dealership and Louis got me a water, we talked price. Louis was very honest and straightforward throughout the negotiation. I was looking at another car at a different dealership, and I let Louis know. I expected him to react in a negative way, but he was very kind and told me to call back if I was interested in the car. Push came to shove and I enjoyed the car at Prime Hyundai the best. I reached back out to Louis and he called/texted back in very appropriate manners. Throughout the whole process, Louis’s communication, respect, and professionalism was on point. I highly recommend dealing with Louis Ferreira for your next car purchase.

Happy with vehicle. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Little to no communication with customer. Doesn’t keep standard parts in stock. Simple CV axle boot repair and don’t have replacement part?! Don’t recommend servicing your vehicle here. Once mine is no longer under warranty- I won’t be.
