Nashua Hyundai sold me a car but they then told me they could not give it to me. They had no title for it Nate Green, General Manager, refused to cancel sale. He refused to give me the name of his superior. He said I would just have to wait as long as it took to locate the title. Then he Hung Up on me. Would he have used bully tactics if I had been a man instead of an older woman?

scheduled an oil change at 1:30 wasn’t done till 3:30. What’s going on Hyundai? 2 hours for an oil change is absurd.

The motor in my sonata died and what could have been horrible turned out to be a great experience. Hyundai was able to give me a brand new motor and the folks at Irwin got it installed and back to me in record time. All the staff in the service department were great to deal with and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I was to trade my car in and was told that my car was worth $14.500 then I went to the site on Mirak site Black Book and it said my trade was worth at least $ 15000. When I got to the dealer I waited 45 minutes to see about my trade. I was told that it was only worth $12500 My car is a 2017 Ford Fusion SE with 3150 miles on it. It still smells , rides and looks NEW. I am not happy with this dealer

I have visited this dealership several times in the past few years. Although I have not yet decided on what my next vehicle is going to be, I feel compelled to write about the 1st class treatment I have ALWAYS received at Grappone Hyundai. Starting from a friendly greeting upon entering the showroom, I can usually find myself behind the wheel of my chosen vehicle within a few minutes. Upon returning from my test drive, I'm met by my sales rep who is well armed with product knowledge and enthusiasm. Moving on to issues of pricing, leasing versus buying, current promotions and rebates, I am treated like an intelligent adult, never feeling manipulated or pressured. During my most recent visit, I met with Sarah Emery. On this occasion she spent approximately 3 hours with me while I test drove 2 vehicles, and she researched my lease on my current vehicle to determine its' current value. Having worked in automotive sales for several years, as well as the service side of the business I have to say that Sarah, and Hyundai Grappone are the benchmark of customer service!

I purchased a van with them in may, the day I went to pickup the vehicle I got in and drove around the parking lot and notice some weird sound on the back under the car, guess what they had removed my spare. I stop went back in and called James Lewis the guy who sold me the van, he said they may forgot to reinstall the spare after whatever they had done to the van. He assured me i would have on shipped to me in a week, but nothing got couple calls asking for my address i told him is the same on file! Then one more asking for the vin sticker at the door, at this point im sorry they were asking for information they had.
To date 07/19/18 i hove no spare in case i get a flat in a highway and be a in bad situation or something they will hear from my lawyer.

I had my car listed for sale on craigslist and in my yard at home. Salesperson contacted me multiple times over the phone pretending to be interested buyer. Asked me to come down to the dealership so he could take a look. Arrived and immediately was trying to push a trade. Offered me 50% of my asking price.

The sales people were absolutely obnoxious. I stated several times I was just looking. First sales person backed off a little. Second sales person then kept at me and told be that if I'm on the lot looking he has to be there talking to me. I said no problem and left. I got in my vehicle and the general manager knocks on my window to ask what he can help with. I tell him how rude his sales people are and he proceeds to ask what I'm looking to buy. I said nothing here.
