I usually HATE the entire car buying experience, but I recently negotiated a tremendous deal on a 2018 Accent @ your Route44 location. Sayed Mahmoud, and Brett Viveros were two of the best sales people that I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of car buying. They were upfront, no B/S, and honest. I searched the internet, and could not find a better price anywhere else. The trade in price for my vehicle was right in line with Kelly Blue Book. All in all, it was a great day.I didn't end up closing the deal because of personal financial issues, but I will definitely refer customers to these two guys.

The lens cover to the instrument panel had a crack on this inside. I called the salesman to have it replaced. He handled my call appropriately, asking when I could bring it in. I told him I was going out of town and would bring it in after I got back, which I did. Service looked at it and the salesperson told me he had to talk to his manager, who was not in that day, and would call me back when he knew what they were going to do about it since it was a $2,000 part. Over a week later, he had not called me back, so I called him and left a message. He called me right back and asked me to schedule an appointment to get it switched out. So, living an hour away, I brought it back in for a 2nd time. No one even said they were sorry it had happened. I asked service if I could speak to the manager when I first came in. I waited for the car for 1.5 hours and never saw the manager. When the car was ready, I asked again and the manager finally came over. He was not sorry either. I hadn't even had the car for a week. I thought he should have at least given me a $25 gas card for all of my travel and time spent on this. I understand that things happen, even to a new car, however at least I could have gotten a "sorry" and not been blown off in finding out what they were going to do about it (the original indication was that it was not a covered item!) and then by the manager. I had put $10,000 down on the car, so 1/2 of it is mine. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and will not be going back. They would have had my business for an automatic car starter and future buyers.

This was the first car that I bought, at Hyundai of Keene. I was looking for a good, used car, and I originally spent a few nights, reviewing vehicles at the Fenton Family Dealerships website. I wanted a car that was a few years old, and I feel that Hyundai of Keene has cars that are very reasonably priced. I emailed the dealership (quite a few times) with inquiries, and they always responded quickly with helpful information- I felt like they were really trying to help me find just the right car. When I visited the dealership, Dave Lamontagne was the first person I spoke to. Dave is a friendly, knowledgeable, non-pressuring sales associate, and he was ready to show me several vehicles, if need be. He devoted a great deal of his time to make sure that all of my needs were met. The other staff members and associates that I dealt with were equally as helpful and courteous. I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe, and it's a great SUV! It really felt like a family atmosphere, and I would highly recommend this dealership to others.

We started leasing from Irwin Hyundai in 2014, when after leasing Chevy's for over 12 years, we were treated badly from Cantin Chevrolet. The changeover to Hyundai was the best thing we've ever done! The Santa Fe Sport (we had a 2014 and now a 2017), is an excellent vehicle, with so many options, and a great price. We received a call on Saturday that there was a recall on our Santa Fe Sport and were scheduled for our appointment on Monday. Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly smiles, checked in, and had a great waiting room to wait for our vehicle to be finished. We were kept apprised as to the progress on our vehicle, and when it was done, 50 minutes later, they came to us with our keys and the paperwork. No hassles here!! I love Irwin Hyundai, and will continue to do business with them. Heck, I'd even work for them if given the opportunity!! :)

Very poor service department experience - dissatisfied
I attempted to have a safety recall repair performed on my vehicle. I scheduled the appointment by telephone with the service department during which time it was confirmed that the repair parts were in-house. I then received two appointment reminders via e-mail. So far, everything ok. I arrived at the scheduled appointment time (on a weekend morning) and waited for 1.5 hours in the waiting area for the recall repair to be performed. After my wait, the assistant service manager notified me that the part was in fact NOT ordered and that I would have to reschedule my appointment. This was an absolute waste of my time with no attempt at service recovery by management other than an explanation that the inventory system was "new" and that I could make another appointment later that week. I would suggest avoiding this dealership until the service department coordination is approved.
