Hello I actually previously had a great experience with Prime Infiniti of Hanover however they have let me down badly recently. I was in the market for a Q50 Hybrid and they had one listed that I watched for several months at a price of $38,500. I decide to pull the trigger and purchase the vehicle but when I went up to check on the price it had gone up to over $42k. I had asked several times via email, messaging and via phone if the $38,500 would be honored if I were to come in and buy the vehicle. They never actually responded with an answer and tried to evade the topic of price. They asked me to prove that the price was down that low and I pointed them to Cargurus which has the full pricing history. Then they tried to say it was a different car which was silly since the VIN was the same. In short I would be very wary of this dealer they are not honest or forthright. I eventually moved on and made them aware that I was doing so.

Great experience at Infinti of Norwood. Very professional but relaxed atmosphere. Very pleasant to deal with at the time of sale (used BMW X5) as well as after the sale. They stand behind their vehicles 100% and in my case went above and beyond to solve an issue I had. Adam was a pleasure to deal with. Well worth the trip from the South Shore.
