Sheer terror is what I feel when I need to go car shopping. So many choices and so much "suspect". Social media brought me to Rick through a friend of a friend. Within minutes Rick was texting me and took time to understand my budget, my needs as a REALTOR who lives in her cars. He worked with me on a price that would meet my budget offering me multiple options and taking the time to understand the risks and rewards of each one. He greeted me by sharing a cookie and we ended the transaction with a really nice hug! Anxious to drive a much nicer car than I thought I could afford! Bonus another salesman at a competing dealership followed up and told me this was a "reputable dealership". Feeling calm today. Terror is gone and now I will be selling my old Ford Fusion "as is". Bonus, Rick and I will likely be friends for life! He was decent, honest, and very respectful.

Just got my fourth Kia from Lev Kia and it was another fantastic experience. Our sales rep, Ken Russian, is not only one of the most knowledgeable and hard-working guys there, but he is also one of the least pushy and nicest salesman I have met. In addition, the managers, finance guys, and especially the service department are all top notch and great people to work with. No doubt that I will be headed back there again when it's time to look for a new car, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality vehicle at a great price! Lev Kia is the best!

I bought an Optima here back in 2015, and have had it serviced(oil changes, tire rotations) ever since. They just lost a customer over a $15 part that takes 5 minutes to replace.
Service and Sales staff were very nice.
Get a wash and vacuum with any service(including an oil change)

The technicians don't care about your vehicle. I brought my car in because a piece of trim fell off the car and was under warranty. I still had the broken part, in case they needed to see what I was talking about, and instead of replacing the part, they just glued the broken damaged one back on, and it wasn't even done well... It wasn't lined up at all with the rest of the trim(very noticeable at a distance) and was scratched and damaged.
I brought my car back today, and again, asked for this part to be replaced, the repair looks good, and since it was a warranty part, I wasn't charged. But they then left my car unlocked with the windows open in front of the service station.... In the middle of a rain storm... Thankfully I showed up just as it finished(coincidence, they didn't call), but if I had been 10 minutes later, it started raining really hard and this would have been worse.
In short, the technicians have no pride in their work, and don't respect your vehicle. Go elsewhere.

My husband and I went to Kia on Sept. 12, 2018 to purchase a new car for the first time ever from this particular dealership and, wanted to try something new. The sales rep Courtney Smith and manager Micheal King sold us a car at the higher sticker price fully knowing they were deceiving us and lying statng that there were no current deals causing us to think that they were being honest about it and that we were getting the best deal to enter in a contract. We were going to purchase a second car for my husband so I went on their website over the weekend and found out about the deals they had was not offered to us. So the following Monday I went in and spoke to them. The same mb manager stated that I didn't qualify for the deals because they were for the folks who were leasing and Coming in every three years. I left very upset and decided to call another kia dealer in NH who informed me that I did qualify. Furthermore I had my husband email a dealer from the same place I purchased my car and was told him that he did qualify for the discounts if he was buying. I have proof of what they did to us from their website, emails from their own sales rep and text from another kia rep here in NH. The car I ended up with was not my first choice Cortney told me that the one I wanted was going to be alot more money. I then found out that there was a 7000 dollar discount for that car which would had been about the same cost as the car I left with. Discriminating and stealing 2700 from two old people is not the way to do business. I even called customer service and started a file on it. When they contacted Micheal he told them he gave us a discount. He sure did off the original sticker price. We are very active in the communities when asked about our new car bhc we let every know exactly what the kia dealer did to us. Not to mention that both my husband and son were shopping for cars. It wont be with this place ever again. These people should be ashamed of themselves.this situation should be taken seriously.

Buying my 2013 Kia Sportage from Bonneville was one of the best decisions I could make! With the outstanding help and comfort from Eleni, my purchase was stress free and easy which isn't too common with shopping for vehicles. Thank you for a smooth experience in getting our 2016 Fusion. They did a great amount of the paperwork and smoothing of the process. We had a window to drive down 3 hrs from Maine and were on our way back home three hrs later with time to test drive, learn about the cars new features, trade in our car and even have it treated with a protectant for the paint and warranty. One stop and happy with a great value and nice car. Thanks to Derek there who followed up as well with kind notes and an open schedule. Doc Bowie and family in Maine.

We bought our first Kia last fall and had a problem with the drivers side mirror. We arrived at the dealership for our repair appointment on Saturday and the part was not ready. They had painted the part the wrong color and refused to discuss replacing the part under warranty. Our phone calls Monday to the manager went unreturned and we did not hear from the service department with any information on their plans to get this problem resolved.

Don't bother with this service department if you don't absolutely have to.
They are very unprofessional, rude and inconsistent on their level of service.
The management and service desk guys have changed over the last year a few times and now it's worst than ever.
I have questioned the level of service, which was not received well.
I have even been cursed at by the Service Desk person, JOE.
Joe's still working there!
Save yourself some aggravation and go to Quirk Kia or Kia of Somersworth if you can.
How little I mean to this dealership! - corbo
I made an appointment for an oil change for my brand new car. I only had it now like 50 days (First oil change), which was for 10:30 Sat. morning. I finally called to check on my car around 2:00pm to see what's up. I was told its not done yet. I asked why? Now - this part I can't believe... they told me, we have walk-ins sitting here, so we work on those cars first. I said I made an appointment for 10:30 so I wouldn't have to sit and wait. I then asked, "So I made an appointment and people waiting inside is more important than me, a person who set up an appointment and dropped it off so it would be there without issue?" I don't seem to rate very much with this dealership apparently.
This even get's better. I get a call from them about another hour or so later and they tell me that my oil change is done but we had an accident with your car. We backed it into another car. I asked like four times what damage was done? She would not tell me. She said its not that bad. (Really??? You crash my brand new $36,000 car and it no big deal). I go down there and nobody really wanted to help me. So I need an entire bumper for the car and who knows what else is wrong under the car it must of hit the tailpipe damaging that also. Now I have a car that's been damaged and will lose value just because of the accident, but the way they talk to me I should be thankful that they will fix it.
What they should be doing is giving me another car that is not damaged this isn't a car that been around for a year or so not even 60 days old. How careless can you be with a car that has warnings and camera so you don't back into things. If it wasn't brand new I wouldn't expect this but I do now.
The only person that loses here is me and its not fair. The entire thing feels like I am bothering them and I am one out on everything. What happened with caring for your customers?
The manager was not much help at all he did call but again it seemed as I was bothering his day. Bottom line is, I feel they need to make me whole. When I dropped off my car for a simple oil change, it was an undamaged 2 month old car with 5000 miles on it. Now, even though they will fix it, it is a damage repaired car, significantly affecting its value, due to their negligence.
I find it very hard to recommend this dealer to anyone and boy do I know a lot of folks, and wait until I hit Facebook and ask all my friends to pass it on.

We're to start.....Dumpy dealership and I paid way to much and they totally ripped me off on my trade in and purchase of my 2014 Kia Cadenza. Then they claim that with there free oil changes they will clean your car. Worst cleaning job ever... every single time..... My five year old would do a better job at detailing but what made me completely pissed is that the service manger called me a liar in front of multiple sales people in the show room after accusing me of not ever changing the oil and then realized later that the idiots at the dealership had changed computer system and the maintenance history hadn't transferred over. I would never buy anything from ANY autoserv dealer but I totally would buy another Kia because the car has been great and have 30,000 miles and no problems except my autoserv experience

BUT, after meeting this staff this dealership went to the top of my list. We were treated great! Offered very affordable terms and our time was valuable. Great job to this crew!!!
