Great Experience Buying Another MINI - MINI!
We bought a Countryman a few years ago and Luigi Lembo was our motoring advisor. He was fantastic - no pressure, really easy to chat with and ask questions, and super enthusiastic about MINIs. We had such a positive purchasing experience then that we went to go back to get his help buying a 2-door hardtop. Again he was a huge help, and made the whole car buying process easy and enjoyable!

I bought a used mini with an optional service contract costing $2500, refundable in full within 60 days then decided to cancel the service contract 3 weeks later, and expected prompt refund. Its now 4 months later and STILL NO REFUND. Typical of the industry and car dealers generally, perhaps, but not excusable.
