Ashleigh Bourque is the best! She is not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I have been to a few Mercedes dealers and Portsmouth has by far the best customer service. They get their clients and treat them like they would want to be treated. The repairs I had done came out perfect and I left happy and excited to purchase my next MB at Portsmouth!

I arrived a little before 11:30, my appointment was at 11:30. I was immediately waited on by a very nice man named Dave. He was very helpful with my questions and set everything in place for my appointment. The time I waited for my car was what I was quoted on the phone when booking my appointment. My car was washed and very clean when it was brought to me. The girls at the service desk, are very pleasant and helpful.

Let me start off by saying, I wish I could give 0 stars. This by far was the worst service I have ever received. My car was recalled for a tail light harness malfunction. I called, got an appt and immediately upon arrival was treated as if I had no business being there and very rushed. To make it even worse they could not fix the problem and made it worse by causing issues on both sides of my car. Vincent, the service Advisor, was beyond rude and confrontational with me going as far to say this is now my problem now and had to make a new appointment to get it fix. To make things worse the GM, Kal Nasser, was even worse. He yelled at me behind closed doors and went as far as to call me a lier for being upset over my service. Kal Naserr is a Bully and a Tyrant. I am not quite sure how he’s allowed to be GM. I have never felt so shamed and low leaving a place. The only one that offered any assistance was Daniel Bolton the service manager, he was great, but to be honest, at this point I cannot bring myself to go back to the dealership after I was treated so horribly and they could not fix a standard recall issue. It’s been 3 days, no call or email from anyone there regarding my experience and I am glad because I do not want to be reminded of my traumatic experience. I urge you to stay away from this dealership.

They should have clinics for training people that need help with different features of the car Sometimes I ask my service advisor to explain A certain feature, the responses is “ I don’t know how to use it “. It’s very frustrating that you spend so much money to buy an expensive car like that and yet nobody is there to help you. Last time I took my car for service I brought the car back there’s a part missing. I don’t know what is going on here but they had to order the part and replace it
