My husband and I walked in at 4pm on a Friday night with a specific 2017 Rogue SL AWD in mind that we saw online at a great price! Wayne pulled the vehicle up for us, walked us through the MULTIPLE bells and whistles on the SL Platinum package and we were off on a test drive. He made the process very smooth. We were convinced this is the one we wanted, signed the paperwork and we were done is 2 hours! The insurance and registration were done on Monday and Wayne even came to my work, picked up the car to get it inspected and brought it to bodyshop to make them aware of a small chip in the paint on the rear gate. Buying my Nissan Rogue sport this past summmer was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thiago made me feel valued and everyone at the dealership worked with me to get me exactly what I was looking for. As a woman coming in alone to purchase a car I was hesitant after past experiences, but not at Nissan I felt like I was treated with the respect that I had not felt I was given at other dealerships. The manager,Carlos never made me feel pressured and that was the best feeling. Even when there was a tiny spot on my car that was nothing one of the employees who was not even working with me ( Fidora I believe) took me down to their car wash to take it off because she knew it was bothering me. He truly made the experience less cumbersome. I recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue from this dealership. I brought the car in for a 30 day checkup, and to my dismay found that dealer had caused $10,000 worth of damage to vehicle. They gave us a loaner, and offered to fix car. 10 days later, they still have not begun work on vehicle.Finally,mafter not hearing from the dealership (despite promises from the owner to take care of this, and be in touch, we called them. Knowing that this damage will reduce the value of our vehicle, affect the CarFax rating, and possibly affect the integrity of the vehicle, we asked for a replacement. We were told that we would be charged $1,500 for depreciation of our vehicle. Unacceptable! It is not our fault that they damaged our vehicle. We are pursuing all avenues, including BBB, corporate customer service, attorney general's office, and social media to see that we are made whole on this issue. Would not recommend this dealership!!

boch never responded or even tried too. they did work on my car without fully diagnosing it and I had to bring my car to a bodyshop to do an insurance claim because what they did was one out of 5 things that needed to get done on my car an that one thing was 630 and they tried to charge me another 700 to do more work. I don't got time for back and forth especially when they aren't diagnosing and advising customers the right way. they could've easily told me to just go thru my insurance instead they charged me 630 and now I have to pay 1000 deductible for insurance. the service manager also had the nerve to tell me get my money back through my insurance and that he doesnt give two xxxxs about the nissan survey it doesnt effect him. so you know see what kind of service they are offering i will be posting this to every site online from dealerrater to yelp to google so everyone gets to see how xxxxed up bochs service is and how they dont care about there customers.
