A real no pressure experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and had the answers to all my question. The process of buying my new vehicle went smoother then any other dealership o have ever been to. Since I work close to 80 hours a week their dealership streamlined the purchase process so I did not miss any work time. Their hours of operation are fantastic too allowing me to fit to my crazy schedule. I have and will continue to recommend them highly to everyone I know. Thanks again for the great experience.

I went there to test drive a Cadillac, after looking at it it seemed too small inside for my needs. I tested a few other suv vehicles and fell in love with the last one. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend but they met me in the middle. I had extenuating circumstances and Tim trusted me and got me in that vehicle. Then a week later they got the cosmetic parts we added in the deal and and a second key. They even drove to meet me to make things easier. I love my new to me suv and recommend this dealership highly! I have been to a lot of dealerships and they have better salespeople and care about the customer more than most others. Go see them and you will see for yourself !

Very good experience with all parties involved. It first started with Dannielle reaching out to me regarding an online inquiry, then speaking to Melany who was Awesome. I was able to get alot of the numbers and so forth out of the way before I went into the dealership so that could speed up the process. Then when I went to the dealership I worked with Marvin Machado who also was awesome and made the whole process smooth and went fairly quickly. I was having a terrible experience with Boch Nissan and was considering holding off my vehicle search for a few months because it was becoming so frustrating. Then in a matter of a few days I was able to get a great deal and a smooth transaction with Nissan 24. Great customer service and very good prices.

This was by far the very best car buying experience we have ever had. My wife and I walked into Kelly Nissan of Danvers knowing exactly which vehicle we wanted. Mounir was outstanding from the very beginning. He was quickly able to find that the vehicle was still available. We took it for a test drive and my wife loved it! She was upgrading from a 2006 Pathfinder to a 2017! Mounir was personable, professional, kind and friendly!! We would happily send any friend or family member to him!
He assured us everything would be ready to go for pickup the next day (today) and we got a big wave and a smile as he saw us drive in. He recognized my truck, as we discussed it as well, being a Nissan also.

I purchased a new Nissan Titan XD from Herb Chambers Nissan. I met with Richard Appleton, who was pleasant, informative and easy to talk to. He gave me many options and gave me time to make my own decisions. They offered me $1000 more for my trade than any other Nissan dealer (and I visited 3 others) and I decided to buy the new truck.
The entire experience was great! I was very surprised how helpful everyone was. There was a scratch on an interior trim piece, and when I brought it up to the sales manager, he ordered a new piece for me and apologized for the issue. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I have bought 6 new cars over the past 30 years, and this was my best experience by far. You should give this dealer a visit. You won’t be disappointed.

These guys really know what they're doing when it comes to selling cars; not at all pushy, very knowledgeable, and really friendly. They even put up with ridiculous hour long insurance agent phone calls after closing time. I had my mind set on leasing a car and visited nearly every dealership in Keene to no avail, but RJ at Nisan did everything in his power to make it happen for me and after only my second visit I walked away with keys in hand. I wouldn't recommend buying anything here. There is ABSOLUTELY ZERO customer service after the purchase of a vehicle. Their salesmen also DO NOT know anything about the vehicle and how to run the vehicle and what features it has. Also make make ZERO effort to have someone else who is knowledgeable about it show you about the vehicle they just sold you. If you give them a bad survey they WILL NOT contact you to resolve the issues!! Service department is a JOKE. They do not care, they just say nothing wrong and blow it out the door. They are only interested in cash gravy work like brakes and flushes. They could careless about any issues with new car till it towed in and wont move. And then they still hassle you and tell you that you are WRONG and it's not their fault! The service manager Don is an pompous jerk. Wound definitely not recommend purchasing a vehicle or service hear!!!!!!!!! truck towed back after they failed to repair problems truck left in worst condition than came in on tow truck trans oil cool lines leaking spare tire just about to fall off hood bump stops falling off wiring not put back were it belongs (I have pictures). after seeing all this and Nissan only pays to tow you back to closest dealer i paid the extra money and had truck towed off cape to another dealer to hopefully correct the sloppy workman ship (hacks) as there is no customer service hear and i refuse to go back they treat people poorly after sale there is no customer service. will not be back will tell everyone i know not to come hear!!!!!!!

On 4/13/15 I bought this Certified 2014 Nissan Frontier with supposedly 4000 mi now have 25,800 mi they had to replaced rear wheels+ tires+warped front brake rotors+pads+front drive shaft. Wound up in dispute over warranty Thank God I was under warranty Now they want $900.00 for 36 mnth maintenance B.S. I paid $400. for 15,000mi maint.service.
