Two weeks ago purchased a "used" 2017 Nissan Altima with only 19 miles on it for my husband. Mike Bolland was a fantastic Salesperson. He listened to what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend and work with us to find the perfect car that meet our expectations and demands. He didn't try to sell us what we didn't want, he went the extra mile to find the car that meet our needs. Ned Daly, the finance manager, worked with us to keep us within our budget and found the best financing for us. Buying a car is a very stressful process, but Mike and Ned made it easy and stressless. With my fiancé still in the hospital with our new son, and a car that had 7 days left on the registration, Concord Nissan set out to help us as best they could! I met with Rich Boyd, I gave him the background on my situation, my budget, and he took care of the rest. He pulled out a new Nissan Pathfinder S that checked all the boxes I gave him. These guys really know what they're doing when it comes to selling cars; not at all pushy, very knowledgeable, and really friendly. They even put up with ridiculous hour long insurance agent phone calls after closing time. I had my mind set on leasing a car and visited nearly every dealership in Keene to no avail, but RJ at Nisan did everything in his power to make it happen for me and after only my second visit I walked away with keys in hand. If you're looking to lease a car in the Keene area I would highly recommend Nisan.

I found a good deal on their website and submitted my info so a sales rep would contact me. (Kevin) called me immediately and suggested checking if I prequalify online, and that he will send a link. I explicitly asked whether this process is going to be a hard or soft pull. He assured me that its going to be a soft pull and there is no need to worry. Now I have three different hard inquiries on my report, and nobody even bothered to call or send an email to tell me about what I “pre-qualify” for!

I have to start off by saying that my situation may not reflect what they can do for everyone!
I have, lets say, not the best credit, and I was upfront with Giancarlos about that from the start. But, unlike any other place I went to, he didn't treat me like I was just a commission check and tell me he couldn't help, which is what I was used to hearing. He walked around the lot with me for a few minutes asking some questions, trying to get a feel for what I wanted in a car, and then made some suggestions.
Test drove a Sentra which we figured would get me into my price range and it was just a bit too small. He suggested an Altima which we took two out for test drives and I fell in love. After a little disappointment of being told a down payment a lot higher than what I expected wouldnt work, and the monthly payments being almost double what I could afford. We talked while the finance manager and sales manager scrambled to help me with financing. Which to my surprise, ended up coming back with my down payment only being slightly higher than I expected and my payments actually being a little lower than I was originally planning on spending, and on top of that, I got a car that was one year newer than I originally test drove.

I bought a new Nissan last week I was told I would be called when my registration came in I was not called I had to call then I go yesterday to get my car inspected the service guy said the machine just went down how convenient that was then I go back this morning and was told my front plate was bad I didn't argue with the inspection guy I knew there wasn't nothing wrong with the plate because I used to do inspections myself but I went to the registry just so I could get prof that the plate wasn't bad and I wasn't going back to Bertera Nissan just to get into an argument and being told no so I had to go to another inspection station and pay again for an inspection which they also said nothing was wrong with the plate I'm very unhappy with Bertera Nissan. I would like to say Bertera Nissan has gone out of their way to fix this matter and I would like to thank all departments they really care about customers

went in to buy a car, was going for test drive and someone parked car up on re rod from curbing backed up bumper came off.I put it back in place salesman said good as new! NOT! then went in to negotiate credit score 850 first tried to stick me with very high interest rate and said couldn't tell for sure till u do deal! NOT TRUE get pre approved for finacing befor going to dealership you will do way better and no xxxxxxxxx! then we get a sheet with monthy paments all reg and fees/now they charge u 495.00 doc fee which is legal but sucks then 170.00 for reg,title ok! then a box that said just Fees for 140.00 asked what this was-answer oh that's for misc fees xxx! at the end worked out he told me if i would do the deal for 174.00 a month for 60 I said I would he got up to go see manager you know the game! and manager signaled from across the room were done no deal I got up left and will never go back! found car at boch as usual with 12,000 less miles same year for 200.00 less! My wife and I purchased a brand new 2008 Nissan Rogue from Somersworth Nissan. The transmission failed within 18 months and was replaced under warranty. Nissan Corp. issued a engineering bulletin identifying a design flaw shortly before or after the transmission failure. We received an extended warranty from Nissan Corp on the second transmission. The second transmission was replaced a couple years later so now the car is on its third transmission. The car recently (April 2018) began exhibiting similar symptoms and needs another transmission making this the fourth transmission in 10 years. Nissan Corp and Nissan of Somersworth (the dealership) has decided they will NOT cover the replacement of our transmission this time around. Let me ask you a question? How many vehicles have you owned that needed FOUR transmissions in a 10 yr period? It would see to me that either Nissan or the Somersworth Nissan (the dealership) would want to support a customer like ourselves who have purchased three Nissan vehicles in the past 10 yrs but NO they want us to pay to replace the transmission. This will be the last Nissan our family purchases ever.
Low Price Guarantee - CBWEBDESIGN
Salem Nissan advertised a “Low Price Guarantee” on new Nissan vehicles. They claim if you find a lower price at a competing dealer, on the same vehicle, they will pay you $1,000.00. We did this and also, gave Salem Nissan a “written and signed order of competitor’s offer” showing a lower price from Commonwealth Nissan thus, giving Salem Nissan a chance to beat the lower price, which they chose not to.
Since we met the conditions of their “Low Price Guarantee” I made them aware of this and requested they honor their $1,000.00 Low Price Guarantee. Instead, Salem Nissan decided not to honor their offer and also, did not respond to me with any reason.
This review is my opinion based on our experience with Salem Nissan.
