My husband and I had been looking for a specific color used Volvo, which we were fortunate to find at this dealership. We discovered this car unexpectedly while we we’re on vacation in Massachusetts. When we went to the dealership to discuss trading my vehicle in, and the logistics of how to make a smooth transaction since we were from out of state and we didn’t have my car available at the time that we were at the dealership. The salesman, Ken, and the GM, Kevin, went above and beyond to facilitate the sale and to organize how to get my car traded in in a way that was most convenient for us being out of state. Mark also did an incredible job with organizing all of the financial paperwork and logistics of buying the vehicle in Massachusetts and needing to register it in New York. Once the sale was completed, they set up to have a driver meet my husband and I with the vehicle to make the trade so that we didn’t have to drive all the way back to Plymouth. They went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. This dealership and the people working there are not like any dealership I have ever been to, They were all very genuine and willing to go the extra mile to improve our experience as customers and minimize the hassles of buying a vehicle out of state. I would highly recommend this dealership and will drive back there from New York to make another purchase in the future.

Although I have found having my car fixed so frequently quite frustrating, the staff make it work. I have an ill child and a demanding job, Steve knows and goes above and beyond to help me stay functional.

This past weekend had a tire blowout on Rte 95. Called Volvo Roadside assistance, after a while got a text that they where having a problem getting a tow truck too me. I called back and explained that my wife has Alzheimer and any help would be appreciated. Young man put me on hold and said he was going to call dispatch. Came back on the line told me he found a tow company and would be their in45 min. I then called Volvo of Norwood, I asked if I could get a loaner for the day or least a ride home. I also explained to them my situation. Sales Manager Mike got on the phone, said they don't have loaner on the weekend, but he called the general Manager and we would have a car ready. When I arrived in the tow truck, Mike was waiting at the door, also Joy the recepionist was with him. With Nancy whom I met when I purchased the after market product, they immediatly jump in to help my wife. Help her go to the rest room and stayed with her while I did the paper work. This was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. You have a customer for life, took a awful situation and turned it into one I will trully remember for ever.

A Happy New Volvo Driver - Steve O.
I recently purchased a 2018 Volvo XC60 T5 Inscription from 128 Volvo. I dropped in for an initial test drive and only a few days later drove away a happy new Volvo owner. Alan Warner did a fine job introducing me to the car and its features and ultimately delivering the car to me. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and low pressure. Sold on the car by Alan, the car itself and my test drive, I negotiated my purchase with Sales Manager Frank McLaughlin. Frank was great to deal with...accommodating, transparent, open to negotiation, and more than fair in finalizing a deal that worked for me. I liked the product and felt at ease in my dealings with everyone at 128 Volvo and how they worked with me to earn my business. I look forward to enjoying my car in the years ahead. Intent on servicing my car at 128 Volvo, I can only hope my experience with Service Department will mirror my very positive buying experience.
Amazing Service I Drive 50 Miles For - CNordyke
I have purchased 4 Volvos and all of them from this dealership. I also do all my maintenance with this dealership. My 2007 XC90 has over 185k miles and runs like a charm thanks to the amazing job that is done at this dealership. I moved out of NH in 2012 and last year took my car into a local Boston area dealer for a light on in my car. The service advisor made a comment about not worth putting money into my car. I knew immediately this was not the place to take my car and immediately returned to Manchester and Tom and his team at Merrimack Street Volvo. The waiting area has snacks, wifi, hot tea and coffee and is walking distance to some great restaurants for lunch.
If you need a new car, used car or a repair stop by and visit you won't be disappointed.

If I could give Lovering Volvo SIX stars I would! What an incredible and hassle free buying experience. My hats off to the Lovering family for truly being a place that clearly hires the right people, who do the right thing by the customer. I couldn't be more thrilled over picking up our new 2019 Volvo XC90 Inscription with the color combination and equipment I was looking for. It all started with Richard Johnson, our Sales Advisor who you immediately will fall in love with. We are previous Lovering Volvo customers, and a few months back we were thinking of turning in our lease early, and Richard gave us all the options, and provided guidance on what might be best for us to maximize our value. Turns out a few months later when I called the showroom, Richard remembered me, and even remembered the names of our kids my husband. Not only is that a great memory, but it's someone who actually listens to the customer. Plus, Richard is someone you can have a conversation with and not feel like you are being sold to... we talked about everything from cars to music to family and more. Bottom line is that you need to buy your new Volvo at Lovering and ask for Richard... you won't be dissapointed.
Additionally, I can't say enough great things about the Dan Carlen the Sales Manager. Dan also remembered me from my previous visit, and was so laid back and helpful to make all the numbers work. Since I was trading in my full-size 2014 Range Rover Supercharged, I was worried about not getting a fair price for the car, as I baby my cars and knew it was in meticulous condition, so I didn't want to give it away. Dan came back with a very fair number, and there was no need for me to haggle. It was a pain free as a car buying experience can be. Dan is a class act for sure!
And finally, Cory Brickley the General Sales Manager was phenomenal when I came in to pick up the car and explained all the documentation, the additional products that were available to me, and he even did all the paperwork for the sale! Talk about being cross trained and knowing how to multi-task, it was clear Cory loves his job.
Once again, if you are considering a new or used Volvo, I would not go anywhere else other than Lovering Volvo in Nashua. They truly care about the customer buying experience.

Terrible customer customer - Customer
They are rude and arrogant! They increased prices without customers knowledge after already agreed on a specific price! Lack of communication with customer. Instead of trying to apologize for their wrong doing by increasing a price that I wasn’t aware of they insisted that I paid after asking them questions about why the price was changed, they called the police. Car was shut off after 2 days of getting the car back. They asked to bring it in again just to charge me an additional 1500. They held my car for a total of 4-5 month period without any calls or updates. I spent about 3,000$ on rental that I found out they should’ve provided to me when I dropped my car off. I also got an additional 1000$ charged on my bank that they have not yet to explain why because they keep yelling at me and hanging up on me. The are terrible!!!!

This is a rather small multi-marque dealership in Hyannis... - volvobuff
This is a rather small multi-marque dealership in Hyannis on Cape Cod selling Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW. Their Volvo inventory is miniscule (roughly one of each model), so almost every sale has to be a special order. I found the sales manager to be friendly but ineffectual, the Volvo salesman (there is only one) to be very nice and helpful, and a BMW salesman to be a bit uptight and snotty. Six years ago, a sales of two BMWs fell through because the sales manager didn't follow up and couldn't get me the cars I wanted on schedule. Three years later, a Volvo sale died on the table because their pricing was simply not competitive. Cape Cod has a lot of well-heeled retirees, and this dealership apparently feels that they don't have to be competitive in either service or price with off-Cape dealerships. They are friendly, laid-back, and generous with test drives, but they don't seem to be very interested in whether you buy a car from them or not. I didn't.
