Bentley Service at it's Finest - Michael Lipinski
I was traveling from Nevada to Chicago, just as I crossed the Illinois border at 11 pm at night my engine light came on my 2017 Bentley and I had no acceleration. I called Bentley Roadside they said they will only be able to pick up the Bentley and hold it until the next day. I explained to them I need a loaner vehicle tonight to get to my meeting in time the following morning. Bentley Roadside put in contact with the Service Manager Tom from Bentley Gold Coast.
I explained to him my situation and he sent a flatbed that night with a loaner vehicle for me to drive. They picked up my Bentley and I was able to make to my meeting in the morning.
I picked up my Bentley the following day and able to complete my travels on time.
That is what I call Bentley Service at it's finest.

I called to set up an appointment, I live 150 miles from the dealership. Spiro Garbis was my contact (salesman). He told me to come in and he would have everything ready. When I arrived the car I was interested in had been detailed and was setting inside for my convenience. Negotiations were pleasant and done in a timely manner. General Manager Daniel Kern was on hand to welcome me,
Spiro was great to deal with as was everyone at the dealership. Overall one of the most pleasant auto
