I have never been to Arnie Bauer Buick GMC Cadillac. So I had been searching for a used Chevy Tahoe and found a good match on a listing at Arnie Bauer. I got an appointment with Jesse. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle i was interested in. He was very attentive to my questions and gave me honest answers. We did a test drive and answered all my questions then too. I decided to but the vehicle and he worked with my financing and desired monthly payment within reason.
After I had purchased the vehicle, he still sat with me and answered more questions that i had about the vehicle.
Overall the experience was top-notch and i would definitely buy another vehicle from Jesse in the future!

Joey Marchi was extremely attentive, helpful, and truly steered me in the right direction. A straight up used-car salesman is a rarity. The car was shipped over 600 miles to me in a single day, and the vehicle far exceeded my expectations and was truly mint. I saw the vehicle that I was interested in online and sent an email. I was contacted by Vincent via text message. I did call to speak to him and told him I was 3 hours away in Indianapolis, but if I am approved for financing for the 2007 GMC Acadia, I don't have a problem driving to the dealership. I have purchased out of state several times, so this was not an issue for me. Vincent told me to do the application and I completed the application on Thursday morning 02/22/18 at 7:30am. I never heard from Vincent until I texted him at 2:30 pm to see if the application had been processed. He texted back to see how much I could put down and I responded. Only to NEVER hear back from him or anyone else from the dealership. I waited until Friday around 4:00 pm to follow up. I called the dealership to speak to someone. I did speak to a man in finance and he said he would have the sales manager call me in the next few minutes. NO CALL BACK!!! I checked online again only to find out the vehicle was no longer available. So, Grossinger ran my credit and never responded to let me know if I was approved or to even let me know the vehicle I was interested in was no longer available. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My lease was up and finding out my salesman was sick waited to hear back from him which finally happened. Was given some preliminary numbers on a new lease or purchase and was told to call back after the 15th of Dec because there would probably be better incentives. I called back on the 19th and my salesman told me he would get back to me on the 2 vehicles I was interested in, and never heard a word since. You would think I would have been contacted prior to my lease expiration or contacted after the 15th prior to me reaching out to them. But nothing, hot a word I have since dealt with other dealers to try a help me with my decision on a auto and have found all other dealers way more helpful than Napelton Cadillac. This is the first review I ever did in my life and hopefully the last, but I just felt compelled to write it because I have not felt this dissed in a very long time.

i was going to michigan from chicago and had a blowout on hwy i94 by exit 14 on a sunday i .drove non flat tire to get my self off road .called roadside and within a hour they sent kerry erwin from schepel cadillac to service my car .he was prompt informative and solved my problem with a replacement temp tire.he ordered a new one and instucted me to his place of employment (schepel) and told me he would call as soon as it came in which he did on monday. i made a appointment on tues. and when i arrived kerry was there to great me. my car was ready in 15 mins. (unreal.)this man went way of of his way to complete what was almost a disaster on a sunday.please recognize kerry erwin .he is a asset to your company

I came to hawk Chevy in Joliet in hopes of trading in my Mitsubishi for a Chevy. Matt Vega helped me through the whole process. I had quite a few questions which he answered and always found the answer if he didn't know. I got a new Chevy malibu all thanks to Matt. I scheduled an appointment via phone/Internet sales and showed up exactly on time. Sat Jan 20 at 915am. I was looking at a used corvette. This dealership is almost 1.5 hrs away from my home.
I was greeted promptly upon walking in and guided to a salesman named Dan. He was very pleasant and in no way is my rating based on Dan. He was 5/5 stars.
After Dan and I talked for a minute, we went to take a look at the corvette. I asked if it's okay if Dan can test drive the car for me since I'm not the best manual driver, he said it was no problem. 3 minutes later the manager comes out and says we cannot test drive because it's not at least 40 degrees outside. It was 38degrees!!!!!!!
He was dead serious. Apparently you can't test drive sports cars below 40 degrees. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THIS WHEN I SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT BEFORE COMING TO LOOK AT THE CAR.
I find it extremely hard to believe they don't test drive sports cars in less than 40 degree whether. How do you expect to sell camaros, corvettes, Chevy SS and other performance chevys for about half the year in Chicago? Crazy thing, I didn't even care to test drive it myself. I asked the salesman to! I was NOT looking for a joyride. I'm not that kind of guy.
Classic dealership games. I was stereotyped 100%. Yes, I'm younger looking and I walked in with denim and a workout sweater. But, I was a ready, willing and able buyer. I felt so disrespected (by managers, not by Dan).

The service department of this dealership is a joke, I'm having my car towed from there after they have failed to fix the car properly for the third time.
Each time they have had it, they break something else in the process. I'm not sure if this is a scam to keep getting more $$$ or what, needless to say I'm removing my car from their facility to have it repaired and all they work they claimed to do on it inspected as the shoddy workmanship performed by this dealer can't be trusted.
Mark the service manager, and Paul the service advisor could care less about customer satisfaction, perhaps they will care when the real boss asks the what happened when they have to respond to a court summons.

Jeremy T was our car salesman, and we had a wonderful experience buying a car from them. He was not pushy (we had been to a couple places that were beforehand), and he did everything he could to help us out. We love our vehicle, but you can honestly find a vehicle you love anywhere. What will keep us coming back was the excellent customer service Jeremy exhibited. Finding a car salesman like him is equivalent to finding a needle in a haystack.

Engine light went on in my 2010 Cadillac SRX with 60,500 miles, have extended warranty. They fixed timing chain. Less than 4 weeks later engine making horrible knocking noise and died. Dealer called, said engine "ate itself" and they were going to give me a whole new engine. 3 weeks later (after no word) they are now going to rebuild my engine, not replace it. Oops, someone goofed up. At least they gave me a loaner, a Chevy Malibu, though they had no record of it because they offered me a loaner again just last week! Better business bureau will be hearing from me as well as facebook campaign. Stay away! Still don't have vehicle back!
