Highly satisfied with my experience purchasing my Jeep Wrangler from Liberty. Chris Acker is a phenomenal sales associate. I found the Jeep I wanted in Jeep's inventory and it was "in transit" to Liberty and I knew it was the only one of its kind within a 100-mile radius. It had everything I wanted (and then some). If I didn't get this one, it was either go with my second choice, or order a 2019 and wait. Chris knew this, and he could have taken advantage of that situation and gouged me. But he was open and honest and from our initial phone conversation, I knew he would offer me a great deal. By the way, I live over an hour from Libertyville. So I was taking a risk going all that way for a bad experience. Chris assured me the Jeep I had my eyes on was definitely available and we briefly negotiated by phone. I was already comfortable with him and hadn't met him yet. Once I arrived the next day, he went above and beyond. Offered me very up-front pricing, a fair deal on my trade, and even though the Jeep had not yet arrived from the truck yet, he kept me in the loop and texted me right when the truck pulled in the next day. I picked it up this morning and it is beyond perfect. The finance manager was great as well. I am so happy with my Jeep and would recommend Liberty and Chris Acker!

I will say that I was told one price by the online person and the sales manager would not, I repeat, would not honor it. Second, the I don't feel the finance person was focused on anything but his own commission. I had an outstanding credit score and I feel I shouldn't have to negotiate my % for financing. He started high, came down some. Did not appreciate the deceptive nature of the sale.

Let's face it. Most sales in any retail setting come down to trust. Of course,,the brand of the product is important. But trust in the sales person's guidance toward the purchase is crucial. We would not have bought the van we decided upon if it were not for the sincerities of Mary Lamarca..
Our family doesn't throw around $40,000 like it is a minor matter.. It's a lot of money. Only feeling confident that Mary was honest and was being straightforward got things done. She advocated for us and stepped up to her sales manager trying her best to make everything work.
There is no problem for us that Sherman Dodge (and Mary) should make a little money selling us a van. But...no one wants to give their hard earned money nor stretch their budget for a person across the table who tries to sneak around the facts or who patronizes the customer.. Mary treated us like who we actually were....a family in need of a van for the transportation needs of our wheelchair daughter.. She worked every angle to help us solve a pressing problem.. We wish we were rich people. If we were, we would come back every year and buy from Mary , confident that we were transacting a very fair win-win deal.

At first I thought it were going to be great, than the man promise things that didn't happen, I wanted my old car back but they refuse to help get it home, Then the service people were nice after I came up there. I needed a oil change I call them first but they were full and didn't know when, I took it down the street and had some p0roblem they did help out for I can arrived at work on time. That were a great thing they done. I just hope they would keep their promise to people. I did received a brand new car and I enjoy it. thank you.

Found car online, Jared dropped it off for an extended test drive. Negotiations were all done via email and a couple of phone calls. Once we got our price, we drove the car back to the dealership and the paperwork was waiting to be signed. In and out in about an hour, no pressure tactics!

To say I'm incredibly disappointed & frustrated with this dealership is an understatement. I had set up an appointment last week to bring in my car on Wed, 9/13. The day before my appointment they sent me a text reminder. Well, I walked in for my appointment & the Service Department acted like they had no idea I was coming. I felt brushed off & unimportant from the start.....like no one really wanted to help me. I explained very carefully to Mike in the Service Department there is an electrical issue with my car which causes my locks to start locking & unlocking by itself...shortly thereafter my trunk will open by itself. In fact, I was driving to work on I-88 that morning & it opened up. There is some kind of electrical issue that may have something to do with the remote start. From the moment I sat down with a gentleman who handles used care & I felt like he could have cared less about me or my problem. I explained my issues to him & he immediately trying to pass this problem off on someone else other than Riverfront. I paid for a warranty that should have clearly covered these issues. I took delivery of my Toyota Corolla back in June 2017 & there is only 36,000 miles on it. The Serv Department had a technician look at my car....who knows how long they actually looked at it. The technician says my car needs to be taken into a body shop. I was then called & explained that because of my accident that the only way my trunk can be fixed is by taking it into a body shop. I told him my car has not been in an accident, but he didn't care. He & the technician also brushed off my lock issue. They didn't fix anything & didn't want to take the time to try & see what was really wrong with my car. He had more important things to work on. This is poor customer service. Everyone in the Service Department did an awful job. I had to readjust my schedule & take time off work to make sure that I could bring in my car & have a technician look at it. They didn't do their due diligence. This is terrible customer service & it sounds like Riverfront doesn't want to guarantee their product or services.
