I just purchased a 2015 ford mustang gt with low miles for a very good price. My salesperson was Skip Solarczyk he didn't put no pressure on me at all. I went to another ford dealership( will not mention there name). I felt like they bs me and wasn't trying to work with me. After that went down hill, I drove past van druen and seen my car. I stopped and talk to Skip at least 2 times before I really decided to go ahead try and get the car. It didn't take that long for the deal to happen and it was right up my alley. I leased for the first time and was a good experience. I did want to finance my truck but kept payments lower by leasing and they explained to me how I won’t get charged for miles that I go over at the end of the lease if I buy the truck at end of lease.

My 15 year old son had found a truck at this dealership that he really wanted and after contacting the salesman, Brandon, we were able to come to an agreement on the price and we bought it without my son knowing. Brandon also helped me surprise my son with it, bow and all. I will cherish that moment forever. Brandon and his staff were great to deal with and the purchasing process was simple and quick. I was referred to this dealership by a friend and told to ask for Darko. He was very nice and pleasant to deal with. I was not 100% sure which SUV i wanted when i walked in and he was more than accommodating to let me test drive the vehicles i wanted and explain to me which features i would and could get with one vehicle class and not the other. He was very understanding and definitely gave me his full attention to make sure I made the right decision for my self. I was traveling from Virginia to Wisconsin when the air conditioning failed in our Ford Explorer. I contacted the Service Department late in the day. Service Consultant Joe Lambert told me their schedule was full for the rest of the day but he could work me in the next day at 1000. I brought the vehicle in the next day and Joe got me right in to diagnose the problem. Once the problem was found he provided me with an estimate for repairs. I approved the estimate and Techician Kyle completed the repairs. Joe was professional and friendly. I was on my way to Wisconsin within a few hours and very satisfied with the service I received.

My second purchase from Ron Tirapelli Ford My first was good but the second was the best. I had been to various dealers to find a F-150 with the equipment I wanted and all the others dealers did not listen to what I wanted only what they wanted me to purchase from them. They were also dishonest with the financing rates. One dealer told me all used vehicles were at least 8%. Ron Tirapelli financed through Ford Credit and it was under 3%. I wont shop anywhere else.

Buying a car is never fun. For some people, It is a miserable experience. I have personally never felt that way, as I have always used Arlington Heights Ford for my vehicle purchases. I had a problem with the headlamp wiring twice the headlamp burned and went out they found the problem replaced the entire headlamp & wiring. Second problem I could hear rattling when I drive. The technician test drove the car with me heard the noise found it order the anti rattling clips replaced them within an hour I was done. Service technician was amazing polite and very detail in finding the problem and fixing it he made sure I was happy. Marvin was excellent in his assistance with getting the technician to take me out on a test drive and asking him to do what he could to fix what every noise I heard. They are extremely professional and I would return for service to my vehicle every time. I'm always greeted with a smile and customers first that's what I love about Metro Ford!

I took my car to Buss Ford for a full service oil change and during my visit a service tech (Brandon Singer) which now I now that he is the quick lube manager, I felt that he was very informative with me as I really didn't know what I needed. He sat with me and explained everything that I needed, so I could understand and not feel so overwhelmed being a woman. I will differently go back to Buss Ford because of that young hard worker. We recently brought our F-150 to the service department for the 150000 service. We wanted belts, hoses, brakes, and the oil cooler / air conditioner serviced. Marv called us several times while the truck was being serviced to confirm if we wanted a particular item replaced. The work was done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. We will be going back to Fieldhouse for future service work.
