My credit scores was poor, but they worked with me to give a very low down payment and now have me driving off in the car of my dreams. I saw the vehicle that I was interested in online and sent an email. I was contacted by Vincent via text message. I did call to speak to him and told him I was 3 hours away in Indianapolis, but if I am approved for financing for the 2007 GMC Acadia, I don't have a problem driving to the dealership. I have purchased out of state several times, so this was not an issue for me. Vincent told me to do the application and I completed the application on Thursday morning 02/22/18 at 7:30am. I never heard from Vincent until I texted him at 2:30 pm to see if the application had been processed. He texted back to see how much I could put down and I responded. Only to NEVER hear back from him or anyone else from the dealership. I waited until Friday around 4:00 pm to follow up. I called the dealership to speak to someone. I did speak to a man in finance and he said he would have the sales manager call me in the next few minutes. NO CALL BACK!!! I checked online again only to find out the vehicle was no longer available. So, Grossinger ran my credit and never responded to let me know if I was approved or to even let me know the vehicle I was interested in was no longer available. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter took her Chevy in for repair, and they said she needed all new parts and they were burned out, We took it to another auto repair they said parts were fine , fixed a wire. This dealer tried to get $ 1150.00 off my daughter for parts that were in good working order. I believe they call it Fraud??No one could be that incompetent. Then tried to charge her $ 99. 00 for there lie of diagnosis.

Deplorable Treatment Of Established Customers - Angry Customer
I purchased a vehicle from the dealership. It was a 2005 Dodge Caravan. Unfortunately, It was not without problems. I was told that someone at the dealership took a check that I had written when she left. I had to put a stop payment on it and when I came back to make the final payment on my car, it was agreed that I could pay the final amount less the stop payment check fee. Interestingly enough, I received call about a balance due for that amount for at least a week after the sale was finalized. This should not have happened. Even so, I was still pleased with my vehicle so I decided to keep an option open for another car purchase.
I came on November 23, 2016 to look at a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer. After being given assurances that it was still in inventory, when I got there, the sales people claimed that it could not be located – which should have told me something. Even so, I was shown and drove a 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer instead. I admit that it was a nice vehicle and I was interested in purchasing it. However, the salesman Walter was new and he said that he “needed to get one of the more experienced sales people involved.”
An African American man came over – I believe that his name was Kevin. I had dealings with him with the previous vehicle. However, what happened next was absolutely ridiculous. Please keep in mind that I intended to be a repeat customer. However, he “took a look” at my vehicle and told me that it was only worth somewhere around $500.00. he started to talk down to me because I told him that my wife wanted to look at the car that I intended to purchase first. He stated all of the work that would have to go into taking in my vehicle as a trade in, and could be worth more to his “friend” at another dealership,” but they would want my car right away.
I was SHOCKED! I told him that I could not commit to a purchase without my wife looking at the car and that I wanted to know how much my trade in was
worth – telling him multiple times that I never had a car before that I owned free and clear for a trade in value. He was further condescending by asking me repeatedly how much I thought it was worth. When I told him that I had no idea and he realized that HE was not going to make a sale – even though Walter was the assigned salesman – he just got up and walked away to another customer. Quite frankly, I am disgusted with this whole situation.
Extra effort should have been put forth because I am an established customer.
There is no way that my car is only worth $500.00 because I was intent on trading in a newer car against the older one that they wanted to sell to me.
The 2003 Lancer that I originally wanted is still listed in your inventory and a price difference should have been considered on my behalf because the 2002 car was not the one that I wanted.
And finally, they have shown me just how you treat established customers. Therefore, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM AGAIN
CUSTOMER BEWARE - Nancy F
You cannot trust any services from Woody Buick, A simple oil change resulted in my front light connector being cutout and the bulb removed. Service said I have a front light and flasher bulbs that were out. Luckily I refused the repair and took it to my mechanic that has worked on my cars for over 15 yrs. My mechanic immediately called to let me know that the light connector was "cutout" and the front light was not there. I guess Woody thought I would have them do the repair. They wanted to charge me $144 just for the 2 bulbs, not even mentioning the connector they cut out.
That would have gotten them another charge to illegally add to the bill. If Woody is cutting out parts to increase simple oil change charges what are they doing to people who have major repairs. There is no way you can know if they are purposely damaging parts or cutting them out to increase their charges. They cannot be trusted. Find another dealer.

I scheduled an appointment via phone/Internet sales and showed up exactly on time. Sat Jan 20 at 915am. I was looking at a used corvette. This dealership is almost 1.5 hrs away from my home.
I was greeted promptly upon walking in and guided to a salesman named Dan. He was very pleasant and in no way is my rating based on Dan. He was 5/5 stars.
After Dan and I talked for a minute, we went to take a look at the corvette. I asked if it's okay if Dan can test drive the car for me since I'm not the best manual driver, he said it was no problem. 3 minutes later the manager comes out and says we cannot test drive because it's not at least 40 degrees outside. It was 38degrees!!!!!!!
He was dead serious. Apparently you can't test drive sports cars below 40 degrees. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THIS WHEN I SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT BEFORE COMING TO LOOK AT THE CAR.
I find it extremely hard to believe they don't test drive sports cars in less than 40 degree whether. How do you expect to sell camaros, corvettes, Chevy SS and other performance chevys for about half the year in Chicago? Crazy thing, I didn't even care to test drive it myself. I asked the salesman to! I was NOT looking for a joyride. I'm not that kind of guy.
Classic dealership games. I was stereotyped 100%. Yes, I'm younger looking and I walked in with denim and a workout sweater. But, I was a ready, willing and able buyer. I felt so disrespected (by managers, not by Dan).

Jeremy T was our car salesman, and we had a wonderful experience buying a car from them. He was not pushy (we had been to a couple places that were beforehand), and he did everything he could to help us out. We love our vehicle, but you can honestly find a vehicle you love anywhere. What will keep us coming back was the excellent customer service Jeremy exhibited. Finding a car salesman like him is equivalent to finding a needle in a haystack.
