Brian was very clear, helpful, and respectful. Plenty of time, normal salesmanship but not undue pressure. Once the purchase was made he spent a lot of time getting everything set up in the car- iPhone, Blue drive app/registration, remote start, features in the car, etc. Since some of the technology was new to us, the time was appreciated.
Overall, good experience and a very noticeable effort by the dealership to be a 5 Star dealership which translates down to the sales and post-sales paperwork process.

My husband and I started our search for a new SUV. We wanted something smaller than what I had and we wanted to purchase it from D’Arcy Hyundai. We had a 2005 SUV to trade in so we didn’t really know what to expect. Well after talking with Leroy Parks who was amazing!!! He helped us find exactly what we wanted and even then there were a few hiccups! (me being undecided as to what I wanted to do) Leroy was very patient, kind and caring which made the process easy to deal with. Guy the GSM and Zach the Finance Manager were excellent they were very professional and understanding of my needs and wants in a vehicle. My husband and I have purchased our last few vehicles from D’arcy because of their no pressure and family environment it made the process that much easier. I am telling you I was stressing because I didn’t want a car note, I didn’t want anything expensive and out of my budget and after leaving I felt much better about our purchase. A lot of people say public speaking (or snakes) is their greatest fear. How about going into a car dealership to talk with a sales man about buying a new car. How many tricks will they pull on you? How many surprise added fees down the line? Not so with Auto Nation's sales associate John Kraniotis. I found him to be a straight shooter who helped me make a smart buying decision. His friendly demeanor and expertise about cars helped me to become comfortable with the whole process. Plus, he spent extra time a couple of days later to help me take advantage the ins-and-outs of the new car's features (which were new to me). Do yourself a favor and visit John as part of choosing which car and which dealership you want to buy from.

Make sure you call an hour before you get there to confirm your scheduled appointment on a vehicle is still there. Drove an hour to get there only to be told that my vehicle was already sold since yesterday, yet the sales man didn't tell me that even though we were texting in the morning about directions. Could be a bad sales person or might be their management team policy.

Had windshield replaced at dealership
Needed a new one after it cracked again, had it done at an independent place, come to find out the dealership installed the lowest model windshield in my Ultimate package vehicle.
When I told the manager he asked why didn’t I come back to him to get a new one.
I guess cheating me once wasn’t good enough for them.
Just had a tire rotation, all tires have different air pressure and not by 1lb difference more like 6lb. Never checked air pressure.

hello used this dealership due to issues with selling dealer when car was purchased, the issue is desensitized service personnel, a steering issue is apparent three times sent vehicle to this dealer first time, steering is problematic, so they tightened steering column, when originally brought car there they actually said this year auto has possible component issues in the steering, second time brought back and the tech said put new tires on and have wheel alignment, i acknowledge the tires were bad but this steering issue is still there and felt it wasn't related to an alignment, the tires were replaced and called hyundai corporate this individual very considerate and concerned with our safety and satisfaction she referred specifically to service manager. now they claim nothing is wrong with car and claim it is a design issue with electric steering motor and they never acknowledged to the corporate person we were even there for service.

My fiance and I went to Grossinger Hyundai in Palatine this past Monday to purchase a new vehicle. We met sales consultant Burim and was met with great customer service! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not waste our time with a sales man pitch! We knew what we wanted going in, so we worked on a price that was affordable. Burim was more than willing to work hard to get us the best price. After a few hours of processing, paperwork, and a few cups of coffee, we left the dealership with a new car, at an affordable price, and would recommend to anyone looking for a new car!

Worst dealership to be at. In market for a new car and inquired online with grosinger hyundai. Spoke to a very nice online sales rep who scheduled me in for test drive. Sales manager was very rude and disrespectful and we walked out of there letting them know that we won't be buying a car from them even though they are the closest dealer to me. If their service is this horrible in their sales department, imagine what to expect after sale... Would never go to grossing Hyundai again for anything nor would i recommend them to anyone...

They called me and made it seem as if the would give me great help and would walk me through this new car process and oh yea we see you have a car from us already Great come in . When I got there it seemed as if no one wanted to help me. They didn’t going to detail about my Options and it was like they were just pushing me out the door . I felt like it was because I was a female and I was by self with my daughter. The salesman I was suppose to have Edwin was not even my salesman when I got there, the guy who did help me seemed uninterested they just gave me a quick over look and sent me on my way. No options no talking, it was like the felt like I was a waste of time. The crazy part is the car I got I brought from them. They made me feel unwanted and like my business wasn’t needed. I feel like it was because I’m a woman and I was alone and I look kinda young they felt as if they didn’t have to waste there time really giving me the customer service I deserved.
